Saggio Ricercatore: Have visited Jill Fresonke, Kevin Connor and Benjamin Apichai for naturopathic and acupuncture services as needed for several years. I would give these visits 10 stars. Dr Fresonke is professional, personable, thorough and compassionate.Drs Connor and Apichai have provided acupuncture care that resulted in relief in just 3 visits of pain in the neck-shoulder-elbow kinetic chain that had plagued me intermittently for several months. They too were thorough and professional. I have since gone back for acupuncture whenever medical issues linger - bronchitis, stiff neck, tension headaches, etc. - and repeatedly found relief.The administrative staff is friendly and reasonably efficient and the dispensary/gift shop is also a marvelous resource for books on wellness related topics, a healthy snack after your visit, and a variety of environmentally sound gifts and self care products - including a great selection of essential oils.Why not 5 stars? I also saw Sondre Beres for grief counseling a couple of times and cannot recommend - if I reviewed counseling service separately I would give 0 stars. Also, as they are a teaching clinic partially staffed by Bastyr students there are closures during school holidays.

Being totally mindful of what could recreate the conditions and symptoms.Later, I followed the teacher from the student clinic and became a patient of her practice.It’s nice to have more natural ways of combating symptoms, but also to have access to antibiotics if necessary and to really aim deeper into lifestyle choices & our mental space, to aim to shift what’s causing them in the first place :

Ameera Girly: I love this medical facility. The doctors and workers are fantastic. The parking lot is quite small, their employees should be parking in their designated locations. This employee van in the picture I have posted, I have seen her countless times park in the patient parking area, with two highly aggressive dogs in the back of her van. Not only is it cruel and unethical to leave dogs in a van for her entire shift, it’s unfair to us patients coming to seek medical treatment which have to resort to street parking when the garage is full.

Ashley Stephens: This place is a true life saver. I am not exaggerating, I have been suffering from debilitating migraines since I was an adolescent which has made it truly hard to enjoy my life. I have gone to several different doctors, neurologists, ER's, chiropractors and I've tried countless medicine and nothing could keep my migraines under control. Now I see Melissa weekly and my migraines have reduced dramatically, most can now even be treated with Tylenol and a jug of water. When I do get a bad one, I come to see Melissa and she brings the pain down more than any other treatment ever could. I can't express how happy I am to have found North Seattle Community Acupuncture.
Susan Lorraine: I have had 2 visit so far, one with Amanda and one with Melissa, I went in with a headache and left without one; I have definite improvement in tennis elbow pain and in energy level. The setting is serene and quiet and it does not feel like you are amongst a crowd, I have had 0-4 others sharing space in the room with me at various times; yet it feels private, voices are kept so low as to barely be noticeable, and the treatment chairs are reclined so that your gaze, if eyes are opened, is directed upward, and the lights are low. This affordable option for health maintenance has strong appeal to me and I hope to continue to benefit from it.

Miranda's dietaty adjustment recommendations, and food pills dissolved my many gallstones in 2 months. CJ Estrella: I have seen Miranda for the past year. I came with a terrible case of seborrheic dermatitis from ears to chest, up & around my neck to the back of my head, my upper legs... so Miranda strengthened my digestion, definitely my gut, and my thyroid was off. We were working on dietary allergy issues when she began testing all the toxins. She found all the toxins that I remembered were involved in a class-action lawsuit from where I grew up on an east coast military base. Many service personnel have cancers linked to the chemicals found on that base. I'm especially grateful my energy, my digestion are better, and my rash is gone. I'm super glad I found her!!!

Juz Cho: I went for an accupuncture service due to a really bad shoulder pain. Yi managed to squeeze me on a next day appointment. She is very professional and really insightful in regard to discussing your issues and what treatment plan to use.I used my insurance so look into checking if your insurance will work for her service because usually prices are discounted with insurance.I had about 12 sessions with her for about 45 mins just accupuncture services.In terms of my treatment, I was doing the accupuncture once a week, and she was focusing on my shoulder then after around my 7th treatment she was already focusing on my lower back. Overall I will definitely come back for more treatments in the future.
Jojo Lee: I've been undergoing treatments for over a year now. Yi is an incredible acupuncturist with exceptional skills in treating back pain, rhinitis and endocrine disorders. Although it takes time, I know it’s worth it. I had been suffering from back pain for several years, but after undergoing a few cupping and acupuncture sessions with Yi, I can now sleep comfortably on a pillow for the first time in years!!! And I can finally sleep well not waking up like someone punched my back during the night. After a long day of work in front of my computer, even my back still feels hurt, it can recover easily after massages.

Mitch Brazier: The owner is very knowledgeable and proficient in Chinese acupuncture and herbs. I came in with chronic nerve pain, migraines, and TMJ. My TMJ is mostly a non-issue and my migraines have lessened by 50% after 10 weeks. My chronic pain impacts me much less in my everyday life. Western medicine doesn't work well for chronic, long term illnesses and I would recommend trying Chinese acupuncture.

My quality of life was severely impacted and I felt like I was dying. It was terrifying. Bob did some research and began mixing up herbs. The first batch did nothing. The second batch made all the symptoms worse! But I was desperate so we kept trying different mixes. Bear in mind that this is a rare disorder. On the third try, it was like an actual miracle: I could breathe deeply for the first time in several years, and my pain was completely gone. I cannot tell you how grateful and relieved I felt. But I do feel he saved my life.I can't imagine what might have happened if I had given up after the first or second round of herbs while we worked together to find the right mix. His work is both an art and a science.Over the years I went from having to take that mix of herbs three times a day to be able to breathe/stay pain free, down to twice a day, then once a day, then finally to once a week, then once every few weeks. Amy Marohl: Bob and his staff are wonderful! I had never done acupuncture before prior to my treatment here, mainly because I don’t like needles. The method Bob uses is basically painless. Highly recommend if you’ve never had acupuncture before and are hesitant like I was.As for the herbal medicine, I have been sleeping better, getting stronger, and my anxiety is going away since starting that part of the treatment. The amount of knowledge Bob has is incredible, and I am extremely thankful I found him and the clinic!
