Kim Andes: Awesome place to get bloodwork done. Easy, efficient, & my experience has always been virtually painless. Very skilled practitioners. My only negative would be for the parking garage. Make sure to know your license plate number so you can pay via scanning code while you are above ground. There’s only a faint signal in the underground garage.
Aryn Cooper: I personally had no issues at this location. I signed up for testing online, paid, electronically faxed my request, showed up around 7:20am the next day for testing, was seen quickly and sent on my way. No issues and no complaints.
Nexus Five: I stopped in with no appointment. Austin greeted me in front, checked me in without my having to type anything, and did a quick and easy blood draw. Out in 6 minutes!

B “Berry” Bee: One of the only places that actually knows how to draw my blood. They are quick and clean and efficient, it's always quiet compared to the swedish lab in the same building. I don't know why anyone would go to the swedish lab when quest exists, I remember waiting sometimes up to two hours in a sweaty roomful of upset people. At quest it's a small comfortable room with maybe one other person and they have a really lovely check-in system and they often ask you to make appointment first. They also never lose my samples and tests either. Swedish lost so many things of mine.
Locust Do: I had made an appointment online. Initially, I had trouble finding the suite from the lobby. The gentleman at the desk informed me it was on the 12th floor. Once there, I checked in at the kiosk and was called in soon after to get my blood drawn. The nurse was friendly and quick. I had no problems.

Nancy Overton: After having two visits and 11 pokes from an in-home phlebotomist to take blood for a test recommended by my neurologist, they were able to successfully take blood on the second try! Very happy with their work.
Collin Parks: I needed blood work done at the 11th hour for an athletic event. Not only did they let me schedule right at closing, but they stayed patient with me despite this. They got all kinds of pre-made panels for a bunch of different needs, including various athletic events, and the results came back in time for the event.Definitely the place to go if you need some miracle workers.
Bristol Brown: Very good experience. They knew what they were doing and the blood draw was painless and quick. I highly recommend this lab.

peteyrng: Wow... did pre-travel COVID testing here. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and had my results not even 2 hours later. It is the good kind of test that all the airlines and customs want if you are traveling internationally. No hassle, they were super friendly. They don't come to your car anymore unless you are high risk but that's totally fine. It is right inside the door, easy and quick. Really appreciated how kind and efficient they were. Easiest thing about my travel day. Worth every penny for the peace of mind and speed.
Paul S: Recently had PCR test for the return to Canada and the process was smooth. Received the results in less than 12 hours. No complaints other than the fact that Canada still requires a test to cross the border but that's Canada's fault, not US Bioteks. Yes I'm ranting.
Neil Bailey: Went for international travel covid test. BE PREPARED AND BRING YOUR PAPERWORK. Depending on the country you are traveling to additional forms are required that you need to bring. The actual test is very fast. Check in and wait. Nasal or spit depending on requirment. Then paperwork. You may need to wait outside depending on how busy it is. My experience went smoothly, but its really about knowing what you need to bring. Results came quick for international certificate. Parking lot seems to be always full.
