I was in for a small print job of 3 or so prints and he was very accommodating throughout the whole process of getting the print file received and prepped for the best quality print we could get. We had to go through a few iterations of color correction when the physical prints didn't turn out as intended, but Michael was very patient in following my adjustment requests. When we got to the desired product, I wasn't charged for the service, saying that the transaction fee would be higher than the amount for the print job themselves 😂 And I even got to take home a few extra finals, too.
