Jessie King: Emir went above and beyond to clean our home. We had moved out and were no longer living in Seattle. Unfortunately our key we left in our lockbox had frozen over, which is not something that happens in Seattle. He made multiple attempts with hot water to thaw the lockbox. He was successful and once inside a room had been unlocked from the outside, which he was able to open too. This was a multiple hour ordeal and we really appreciate the way her went out of his way to get our carpets cleaned especially with a few pet stains we had too. Highly recommend!!

I had two couches cleaned - both that get daily use by a dog and two boys. The amazing technician, Emir, was literally sweating from working so hard to get the dog hair off! Barry O'Connell: Emmanuel's is one of the very best shops for rug cleaning in the country. Not only do they do a great job and all the normal cleaning stuff but they do all the jobs that most people no longer do like blocking a rug which is the correct wrinkles or shape and color correction if there's a problem with a bleeding color. I would consider them one of the top five in the country and the best in the Pacific Northwest.
Alex Petrescu: Have been here multiple times to get rugs cleaned and it's always a great experience. Their ability to also fix small tears is great since you can get your rug cleaned and fixed at the same time.

Their technician came to the door to pick up the rugs last Friday, he had a few questions about the rugs, then asked if I wanted enzyme deodorizer and for them to be re-scotch guarded which I didn't know was an option so I am glad he brought it up! Having two small dogs that go outside and walk on them both meant both options were a good choice for me in addition to the cleaning. This Friday the technician brought them back for delivery and they are like brand new again! I'm very happy with the service provided and will be using their service again in the future. They saved me not just time, but also money having them professionally clean my area rugs vs disposing of them and having to purchase new rugs. Thank you again!

James Tipple: Excellent visit and service! The entire house, where pet "issues" had been ignored for years, was given the red carpet treatment. Stains that I had tried unsuccessfully to get rid of for years disappeared. They revived the carpet's pile, and it now sparkles and even has a pleasant scent. Quick to respond to any inquiry. In less than 48 hours, from initial online estimate request to home visit assessment and project completion! Keep in mind that this is for a home with two stories. I am not an easy person to please, but I wholeheartedly recommend Andrew.
