Brian White: Dr. Pulido is a great physician and takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides excellent care. The staff at the lab, assistants, and front desk have been great as well. I have yet to have a single negative experience here. Also conveniently located in downtown! Just a couple of blocks from Pioneer Square Station, though they do have parking available.
Andrew G.: I've been coming here for many years. I like my doctor and I've never had trouble with billing. In particular the doctor and care team have been generous with their time in responding to online inquiries and requests promptly.
Austin K: Not sure why this place gets such bad reviews, maybe it depends on your pcp. It was very quiet, only a couple other people in the waiting room, and all the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Janel Howat: Love Swedish Downtown Primary Care! Staff are helpful, kind and welcoming. My PCP has been super helpful in treating my anxiety and depression problems and giving me at home ideas to work on. I appreciate how clean the lobby and waiting rooms are. Staff are friendly, welcoming and show sympathy to my medical concerns both in person or over the phone. My only bad mark would be I often have to wait longer than I'd like for the provider I see, and that often causes delay for me to get to other appointments. Overall, great group of providers and people.

Kylie M: Dr Ann Watson is amazing, down-to-earth and really listens to you unlike other doctors that are pushing you out the door as soon as you walk in. The building itself has almost everything you need right there, so no need to go elsewhere for x-rays, physical therapy, dentistry, etc. Everyone has been very helpful and able to answer any questions you have. They also accept Medicaid which is fantastic. I'm very happy with Pacific Medical Center:

Barbara at SV Complexity: I am very happy with an urgent care visit at the UW Medicine Urgent Care at Ballard Clinic yesterday and Dr Stephen T Dudley. I had an earache. Staff were professional, competent, and kind. I walked in without an appointment. The available time was three hours later but they suggested coming back later. I was able to go home for dinner and run some important errands in the wait time instead of wasting time sitting in the waiting room. I will definitely use them again.

marionberry jerblongo: BEST URGENT CARE EVERI used the online "Get in line" tool to reserve my appointment and headed over early in case a spot opened up.Every single person I interacted with was incredible. The front desk staff was so friendly and helped me get comfortable. The nurse, NP, and lab staff were kind, listened fully to my needs, and moved me through the care system/testing so quickly.I used to go to Polyclinic NOW urgent care and had a terrible time every visit - usually ended up crying because of the abysmal care. I left the UW center feeling heard, and with the tools to navigate my health concern.I cannot recommend this place enough and will be going back any time I have an urgent care need.

Colin Morrow: Was understandably a bit nervous heading into this, but they were fantastic at explaining the procedure, what to expect, and basically getting me at ease. A few moments of discomfort during the procedure, but they did an amazing job and I had zero issues post op.

Jason Babcock: As a long time resident of Pike Place Market I've enjoyed the convenance and Professional Caregivers, Providers, and Pharmacy Staff over the years.Today specifically, without an appointment this afternoon, the young man at the front desk went above and beyond to request a second set of hands help me with additional wound dressing which I so appreciated. Even though at first I began to lose patience.. he focused on the task at hand and absolutely helped me when others may have given up on my request... I'm embarrassed that I've forgotten his name but I believe he's the only young man at the front desk... Exceptional accolades out to the entire staff and the nurse who made it all happen gave me instructions on how to change the dressing along with enough supplies to last until I return to see her on Friday... Thank you all. Tomorrow I'll edit this and include the names of the employees and the nurse so they receive the proper atta-boys.

Jamie miller: I need a release of information and stopped by to fill out the paperwork, it only took two minutes and the front desk was so nice. I wanted to mention how you get in the building because I stood at 1st and Virginia for half an hour trying to figure it out. You have to go to either the entrance on 1st and take the elevator down to level 2, or go around to the back alley and enter there The side door on Virginia is exit only, and no one comes out of it.

Dr. Boateng: Dr. Oltman is great. He does a good job being present, thorough, personable, and efficient even when it’s super busy and you know he’s got patients back to back. He makes us feel good about our son’s care as a Black family.Samantha at the front desk is so helpful and kind. Some of the other staff can be curt and not have the best attitudes or purview for customer service.

Mindy Jones: I drive all the way from West Seattle to here because the staff and doctors are so amazing. They're actually nice, they treat me like a human being, and they take my concerns seriously. I wish that this was the standard and medicine, but unfortunately it is not. I wish other facilities could do what this facility is doing and hiring good doctors with up-to-date information, that give good medical advice, and show that they truly care for people. Dr. Hutchinson is amazing! Even the people that work the front desk are nice and friendly. Hands down this is the best primary Care facility I have ever been to in my entire life.

There really should be more doctors who are so efficient and caring with their patients.

Dr. Fradkin is patient, kind, and very good at connecting with kids rather than getting information from us, the parents, which is a great skill to have when talking to a pre-teen/teen.

lisa cunningham: How many people do you know how rave about their experience going to a OBGYN appointment? It's not something you typically look forward to. Well, that's not the case with SWMC. What Lise has built here with this practice defies everything you think you know about how a doctor's appointment should be.Lise and her staff treat you like a whole person, and it's clear they really care about you. The clinic doesn't feel like a clinic, it feels much warmer and more welcoming. I used to prefer the anonymity of the larger health systems, but Lise and her staff take the time to build rapport and trust and have done such a good job making me feel comfortable and unashamed to talk about uncomfortable stuff.AND! And. I have begun seeing Stephanie for Physical Therapy, and it has been - literally - life changing. She has helped me understand my body in a whole new way and not only do I have less pain, but I feel empowered to do what my body needs it to do to stay healthy.Obviously, I'm a fan. I can't say enough good things about this clinic.

She is incredibly knowledgeable about women's health and will help her patients find other providers for their conditions if needed. She can give recommendations for many specialists in Seattle and clearly networks well in the area to provide for her patients. Womens health is clearly her passion and it shows in her work. She makes going to the doctor fun!!

Its like a female reproductive theme park with concessions, fun decor and cozy seating. If every doctors office was like hers, I would live in them. Tessa Yessa: I had a great experience here from appointment setup to the actual appointment. My phone call was answered quickly both times I called and I was able to make an appointment within a few weeks. The woman at the front desk who checked me in was pleasant and friendly, very welcoming. The medical assistant was also super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Greaney was great, understood my needs and helped me with what I wanted. This was my first visit with her and I will keep her as my primary care physician.

Scott Merilatt: Nice, bright office with friendly and helpful staff. Dr Janssen was great, took care to thoroughly understand my health history. Glad to find a home base for primary care in Ballard.
Jeanne Reesbrown: Very quiet building next to Ballard Hospital. I have only my Cardiologist in the Swedish system. I visit him here instead of the busy Cherry Hill location. Easy to park. Few people.UW is home to my remaining doctors.
Angelee J: We felt we were well cared for and our concerns were addressed. We recommend this practice for their comprehensive care and well trained and experienced providers. There’s a parking deck. There’s also the hospital and lab as well. It was also super convenient to get to this location.

They helped me set up MyChart and after I submitted additional documents for my provider, I received instant feedback, flexibility with my requests, and the MA even took the time to write me another email just to check in and give me a status update and time frame for the paperwork to be completed.Front Desk staff was super friendly, even at 7:30 in the morning!I am very glad to have established care here and I feel very supported.
