I was buying zero waste items online which is definitely not zero waste because everything had to be shipped to me, so when I heard a zero waste store was opening nearby I was so excited! I absolutely love the employees -- they're super helpful & have made fantastic product suggestions, plus they recognize me when I walk in & always greet me personally which makes my shopping experience extra special. The products are exactly what I had been buying online, plus I've found some awesome extras that I've now made pantry staples like oats, olive oil, Jasmine green tea, raisins, sushi rice, plus my favorite incredibly decadent chocolate chips. We've also switched to bamboo toilet paper & now use the silicone baking mat I bought instead of parchment paper. Big thanks to Scoop for helping my family make more eco-friendly choices!

When i said it’s my first time, they gladly gave me the run of the store and let me look around.I wanted to see what’s available, as i used to get most of my dry food from waste-free stores in Europe.The store has tall ceilings, so they put in tall shelves, but associates have to climb a ladder and grab the glass containers or fill while on the ladder. I don’t understand this, as it doesn’t seem practical.I’m not sure if customers are allowed to fill their own containers or sales person has to do it for them. But that is a down side for me. I would be tempted to buy more if containers were easily accessible. It’s a marketing trick people- if i can’t reach it, I’m not buying it.While large glass jars look visually appealing, there are more practical produce storage containers

A lot of different merchandise with a green theme, even essential oils andtoys. A woman who was very interesting giving talks about different concepts on the fly.

Ophelia Li: Jim is a passionate individual and very knowledgeable about minerals and stones. He carries a great variety from specimen and jewelry. Being that I visit different crystal shops wherever I go, I don't think the price are outrageous especially when it's in such an iconic shopping center and a convenient location. At the end of the day each piece is one of a kind and you're the one to decide if it's worth it. I would highly recommend making a stop there and judge for yourself!

Dylan.D: have a impressive collection from fossils, meteors, BC jade, garnets, raw Ruby's and raw emeralds, beautifully cut opals and other gems from around the world, my favorite is the rare uncut tanzinite which is in limited supply because you can only find it in Tanzania and the mine is estimated to be out soon. I bought a meteorite for a good price.also they had a great employee where she had wide knowledge as well and let me inspect everything while also managing the store. I give this gem store a 5 out of 5. Keep it up will be back again.

Recommend checking out the garage sale section of the store - it’s definitely the biggest garage sale section of any store I’ve been to.Very cool to see this place! They have their own parking garage and it is free if you spend under an hour shopping.

Gary H Y Zhu: First of all the store is amazing, that’s been established already. Definitely worth a visit even as a tourist spot. But today I was touched by the amazing customer service I received. Honestly still kind of emotional.I was looking for a hiking boot for the weekend but came really late. Like 2 minutes before they close late. I was really just browsing and didn’t expect much but a sales rep approached us and took so much time and care measuring my feet, giving me hiking socks to try, and letting me try some shoes. In the end it took about 15 minutes, but I just felt so appreciative. Honestly this is what makes REI the best. If the rep ever sees this, it’s a dude, thank you again!!

Bojan Vukadinovic: If you're looking for the mixed items grocery store with a heavy European flavor, look no further, this is absolutely it. Not to mention bazillion their own custom brand named, custom flavored products. You can find multiple items here, that no other big chain grocery stores are carrying and most of those are to die for. Been shopping there last 30years and prices have not gone that much up, if you can believe it. Inflation, what Inflation - good old $100 bill runs real loooooong in here, in good, or not so good times. Staff, always enthusiastic, polite and beyond helpful, no exceptions.

Two years later I had water damage that required the flooring in my kitchen and entry to be removed. I had Greenhome Solutions redo those areas, and you would never know that there was any damage.

Corey Fitch: Recently spec’d Valinge for an 8 unit townhome project. Super impressed with the look and durability especially at the price point. I tend to hold some units as rentals and would generally move to an LVP or similar for those units, but after seeing how tough this stuff is I’ve started using it everywhere.
Karthik Jaganathan: patiently explained all the various options. They have great environment friendly options for countertops, hard and carpet flooring, decking and even siding and the prices are not unreasonable.

He helped set up a time for the installers to come out and measure our space which happened in a timely manner.Our materials were delivered on time and our installed was scheduled soon after. The installers arrived on time and did a great job from start to finish. The biggest change for us is that our old floor was uneven and slopped - we now have an even and smooth floor. It has completely changed the space.Everyone was great at communicating scheduling, the install process, and all of our questions along the way were answered.We could not be happier with the final look. This was a part of the house we never spent time in, we now find ourselves in this space all the time.
