Jovel Crisostomo: Super yummy food 😋We got the pepper salt squid, shaved noodle chow mien, and stir fried pea vines with mushroom and bean curd sheet. It was all so good and went well together. Will definitely come back 😄
Katy Davis: We have been coming here for years and Shanghai Garden is always excellent. Great for large parties of people. We ordered about 12 dishes for 10 very hungry people and every dish was excellent. It was about $25 per person, so the price was normal for Seattle. The eggplant, the hand shaved barley noodles and the orange chicken were excellent. We will keep coming back.
Salvier Itsme: The hand shaven noodle had good texture but was a little greasy. Personally I think the portion was also just a little bit small for $20 compared to surrounding restaurants for what you could buy for $20. I would only come here again if my friend wanted to go which is the situation that happened. It's not something I would come out the way for though..

To sitting down and having a small hot towel brought to clean your hands. A delicious aperitif brought to start your night. Every interaction is polite, attentive and professional.We have gone to Altura for my birthday two years in a row. We will be going again for our anniversary in two months.Both experiences, the food and presentations were beautiful and delicious. Each menu was a different experience with a few staples we loved from our previous visit. Everything is amazing, there wasn't a single item or dish we were even slightly disappointed by. The same can be said for the drinks, wine and dessert.A perfect place for a special night out. They've made my birthday feel really special each time and we're so happy every time we visit. Coonoor Behal: This place is out of this world, I can't believe I don't see it on more "Best of" lists for Seattle. I prioritize "event meals" in my life and this is easily in my top 10 ever. Was fortunate enough to get off the waitlist and take my parents there for Christmas Eve and it was a delight start to finish. Food is just jaw-droppingly moan-worthy, every single item took our breath away. I got the wine pairing and loved it...they for sure snuck in some extra wines for me too but didn't make a big deal out of it! Service is lovely and clearly professional but also relaxed. Love the look of the place too, more like a taverna rather than a stiff, white table cloth place you'd imagine at this price point and quality.

Herakles Li: Came in here for a pretty late brunch. Service was good and they were kind to check in on us as the kitchen and bar were closing.We got the po boy and the tasso ham Benedict. Crab cake, clam chowder, halibut, pan fried pacific oysters, scallops and seafood pasta were all delicious.An Automatic 20% service charge was included on our check for a party of 4.“A service charge of 20% is included on your check. Tips are not expected but graciously accepted and retained by your server. Commissions are paid to our teams as a part of their compensation. The 20% service charge is 100% retained by the company. WA state law requires that we collect tax on all service charges.”
Michael Mahoney: Good food BUT sure wasn’t worth the price. Even though the food was good it was very pricey. Our server was Luna and she was terrific, friendly and knowledgeable. Guided us through the menu and all the offerings. Our bill for drinks and food was $250 they tack on 20% to the bill it doesn’t go to the servers. The servers are on commission so I really hope they have a good base salary. Would we go again no because of the price and the food.

Felicity Watson: Beautiful food, beautiful service!I went here for my 21st birthday and it was amazing. It’s a more communal type restaurant where the whole table orders for each other so we all got a taste. I would definitely recommend the risotto it was perfect! The view was so pretty but the tables were a little cramped in.

The food never disappoints!I love how they have options to "purchase a meal for a family in need" - just shows their values are so community focused. Michael G. Barash: Hotel restaurants can so often be an underwhelming experience, but happily Conversation is excellent. The food is delicious with inspired ingredients, the cocktails are great and innovative, and the service very attentive.But beyond that, I must say that the atmosphere at Conversation is special. I don't honestly know what it is, but coming for dinner in the evening, it just feels so relaxing and intimate. The gentle lighting, the bronze silverware, the glow from the windows, maybe it's all these things and more, there's just an attention to detail that makes itself known subliminally that just makes dinner here wonderful.They also do breakfast which didn't leave the same impression on me. I'd much more recommend dinner.

Jersey Taylor: Kinda sad yesterday, because I switched it up and ordered the roast pork egg foo young. The egg foo young part was pretty tasty, but the gravy was too watered down and just no. I didn't like that they had the "gravy" already on it instead of on the side. I wish I had known or else I wouldn't have gotten it or just asked for the "gravy" on the side, which once again was a no. The fried rice never disappoints, however do a little better with your veggie options because frozen peas and carrots are not it!

Noodles were soft and springy.The Orange Chicken comes with a subtle brown sauce that clings to the meat, offering smooth richness and and light notes of citrus.
