Our neighbor's vintage and pricey china cabinet was moved from their home to ours by movers who performed an excellent job.To ensure the item's security, the entire cabinet was covered in thick storage blankets and a cellophane film. Each glass shell was individually wrapped. The transition was smooth and expertly done. They are fantastic, and we'd utilize them again.

Leah Fahey-Miller: My wife and I had a great experience using this company's service. They were flexible with our scheduling and rescheduling, answered all of our questions. The crew was professional and was respectful of our things. They showed up, not only on time, but early. Overall, just made the whole process as stress free as possible. Robert Smith: I was told by a local friend that Hansen Bros was the best moving company in Seattle...and he was right. The guys who packed and moved me were professional, courteous and very strong!I have a number of Chinese antique furniture pieces which are very fragile and they all arrived flawlessly. I was not looking forward to the move but that crew made it pretty painless. I highly recommend Hansen Bros if you are looking for top notch service.
Charles Davis: I figure I've moved five times as an adult, and this one was the best. The Hansen Bros crew not only packed, they unpacked and put everything away where it belongs. When they left there were no boxes to empty and get rid of. Clothes were in the right drawers of my dresser; dishes and food were in kitchen drawers and cupboards. The kitchen layout is different here, but the Hansen crew put everything in a convenient and appropriate place. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dan Ogden: in advanced and have delivered. Within the first month of storage we had a few items but we quickly expanded over the next 3 months. For three months we order and shipped items to the secure warehouse where the Hanesn team received, confirmed and secured our items. We shipped furniture, appliances, mirrors, art work, etc. Once all of the items were received and a closing date on the house confirmed, the Hansen Team committed to a delivery date. On the date the team loaded all of the items on a truck and had 3 men delivery to our new house. The team arrive at 9 AM unloaded, unpacked, moved all of the furniture to the correct location then removed all of the packing/shipping boxes in 1 day

They needed to stay while I screwed the brackets into the wall and into the mirror and were very helpful as that was done and the mirror needed to be moved back and forth, in and out. They made a very stressful job for me a lot easier.

K C: I had to move, not too far way but still some distance. The movers came and packed up my larger items. I had packed my own stuff, so they were just moving those boxes away. They paid attention to fragile items which I mentioned. They worked really hard and only took one break in between, which they totally deserve. I had no real issues and would totally hire them again. Nothing was damaged or broken.

Dhvani Vora: They were really good. Despite having lots of hiccups that day, the move was done quickly, efficiently and still carefully in a time bound manner. During those hiccups, they always gave heads up as much as possible and communicated proactively about everything.From the first phone call I had with them, the attention to detail in that call while making sure that all my needs will be taken care of gave me the confidence to hire them. During the move they were super careful and quick. I would hire them again and recommend to anyone who wants to have a great moving experience. Suco: Had a great experience with them! This was my first time hiring a moving company as previous moves I did not have a lot of furniture. This time around, I did not want to move myself or bother friends to help me.Was given a day and an arrival window of when the movers would arrive. I was told step by step what was happening and was impressed with the communication.One piece of advice, if you're wanting them to move your mattress, you will have to either be charged $20 for a cover from them, or you can buy your own cover elsewhere and bag the mattress yourself.Overall, I am impressed with how the movers treated my furniture and how efficient they were.I will definitely be using them next time I have to move!For the 4 hour move, fees, taxes, and a tip, I spent a bit over $700 total. Which with how easy this move went, is well worth the struggle and hassle of renting a truck, moving everything yourself, and dealing with refueling and returning the truck.Thank you again!

Jacob Hunt: Over Seas vehicle shipping was affordable with this business. I shipped a few luxury cars to a buyer in Spain with Shepherd. The entire process was explained well and pricing was never a confusion. They handled everything professionally. No damage was done to vehicles and everything arrived right when it was scheduled to.
Dominik Holz: Does anyone book international moves and already know what to expect? I think its slim to none. So finding a place to handle my move to the U.K had me feeling a bit nervous. During my first call the guy who answered the phone was friendly and treated well. He laid out the price options, asked me what. I love the fact that they have different rates depending on how quick you want your things to arrive.On the day of the move, the movers arrived right on time and went right to work. They were extremely detailed with out they packed my fragiles. The lead mover made me feel very comfortable by speaking to me while everything was under way and asking basic things like "Are you excited to be a new place". Even though it's small talk it really helped ease my mood.I had a budget for this move from the company I work for and was were worried that they might go over it. They never did. No additional pricing at the end. Just a time all together payment at the start. Made for good move to London, thanks guys!

The price, how long it would take, the possibility of things not arriving at all. A lot raced through my mind. Brian Nez: Kenneth and Armando did a great job moving my 1 bedroom apartment within Seattle and went above and beyond as far as moving is concerned! Care was taken -- furniture was dismantled so that each part could be individually protected, and my freshly painted walls were not scratched even in tight spaces. Kenneth is very personable as well. I have only compliments for them.I had to take one star off because there was a service fee even when I offered to pay in cash. The contract says "A customer service fee of up to 7%, but no less than 4% is applied to all credit card charges. The Service charge will not apply if payment is made with Money Order, Bank Cashier’s Check, or Cash." However, later on after having scheduled my move, when talking with the back office on the phone I was told there is no difference in price for cash vs. card.One other thing to watch out for is the trucks come from Tukwila, even though the company is based in Seattle, and you have to pay for the travel time to/from there!
Laura Stachel: I used Neighbors Relocation Services to move from WA to UT. From beginning to end, these guys were terrific! The estimate was thorough and professional, yet I didn't feel like "just another job", it was personal. They sent 6 guys and 2 trucks to load up my life. They packed efficiently and carefully. Upon unloading, everything was placed exactly where I wanted, and everything was in great condition. I had one person at the office that I was in constant contact with, so I never felt "alone" in the process. If you HAVE to move, use these guys!!!!!
