Ken Bible: We had an incredible moving experience with Eco Movers as they planned all our packing and loading to move us from Redmond WA back to Houston TX. Jorge and Erasmo were phenomenal. They showed up exactly on time and were very thorough in explaining the entire process before they even started. They carefully packed all of our belongings and carried them down three flights of stairs to the moving van. They were exceptionally kind, careful and a total enjoyment to work with. K C: I had to move, not too far way but still some distance. The movers came and packed up my larger items. I had packed my own stuff, so they were just moving those boxes away. They paid attention to fragile items which I mentioned. They worked really hard and only took one break in between, which they totally deserve. I had no real issues and would totally hire them again. Nothing was damaged or broken.

Not only was it extremely heavy, but also required corkscrewing it through a pinch point. Out of the dozen companies I called, Gentle Giant was one of two that said they could do it. They were also the more affordable of the two. The team was timely, efficient and simply awesome to work with. We appreciate the care they took moving such an awkward and heavy item. Lauren Strick: Adam's is the moving service to call if you're looking for an experience that's efficient, stress-free, and friendly to boot. We've used them twice now, once for our move from Cap Hill to Ballard and more recently to empty the contents of our basement into a storage pod in our driveway.Jonathan and Alex were awesome, asked great questions, and had the basement empty before we even had a chance to ask how ti was going. Not only that, but they were incredibly thoughtful about how they organized our things in the storage pod to maximize the use of the space. They even took some extra steps to help protect things from the moisture that could leak in under the door.Really can't recommend them enough. We'll be calling them again in a few months after our reno is done.

Robert Smith: I was told by a local friend that Hansen Bros was the best moving company in Seattle...and he was right. The guys who packed and moved me were professional, courteous and very strong!I have a number of Chinese antique furniture pieces which are very fragile and they all arrived flawlessly. I was not looking forward to the move but that crew made it pretty painless. I highly recommend Hansen Bros if you are looking for top notch service.
Charles Davis: I figure I've moved five times as an adult, and this one was the best. The Hansen Bros crew not only packed, they unpacked and put everything away where it belongs. When they left there were no boxes to empty and get rid of. Clothes were in the right drawers of my dresser; dishes and food were in kitchen drawers and cupboards. The kitchen layout is different here, but the Hansen crew put everything in a convenient and appropriate place. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dan Ogden: in advanced and have delivered. Within the first month of storage we had a few items but we quickly expanded over the next 3 months. For three months we order and shipped items to the secure warehouse where the Hanesn team received, confirmed and secured our items. We shipped furniture, appliances, mirrors, art work, etc. Once all of the items were received and a closing date on the house confirmed, the Hansen Team committed to a delivery date. On the date the team loaded all of the items on a truck and had 3 men delivery to our new house. The team arrive at 9 AM unloaded, unpacked, moved all of the furniture to the correct location then removed all of the packing/shipping boxes in 1 day

Leo Ahearn: We had stored a 6'x8' antique mirror with Hansen. We moved to a new house and it had brought here. It is extremely heavy and so valuable to us. The movers were so careful and thoughtful and so pleasant to work with. They needed to stay while I screwed the brackets into the wall and into the mirror and were very helpful as that was done and the mirror needed to be moved back and forth, in and out. They made a very stressful job for me a lot easier.

Movers came just on time and started packing right away. It took them about an hour to pack everything, detached curtains rots, shelves etc. it would take us at least another day or two. I guess they are a small company that’s why. Im updating this to a four stars. My stuff was fine, except for one couch that had two buttons torn off somehow——They’ve had my stuff in storage for months and they are refusing to pick up my phone calls, reply to my voice messages or my emails. I am calling them multiple times a day for the past few days. I asked them if I can have another moving company come get my stuff as they are booked, and they left a voice message that would involve a fee of a 100 dollars!! Why? For coming and getting my stuff?And now I’ve been calling them multiple times a day to ask if I need an appointment for getting my stuff, and they are absolutely refusing to reply on any platform. I am absolutely sick of leaving three voice messages a day. I won’t recommend them to anyone.

Connie Haney: We used Neighbors Relocation Services to move our household from two 10x20 storage units to our new home. Andy, Pedro, Manuel, Alejandro and Gilberto did an outstanding job. Brian Nez: Kenneth and Armando did a great job moving my 1 bedroom apartment within Seattle and went above and beyond as far as moving is concerned! Care was taken -- furniture was dismantled so that each part could be individually protected, and my freshly painted walls were not scratched even in tight spaces. Kenneth is very personable as well. I have only compliments for them.I had to take one star off because there was a service fee even when I offered to pay in cash. The contract says "A customer service fee of up to 7%, but no less than 4% is applied to all credit card charges. The Service charge will not apply if payment is made with Money Order, Bank Cashier’s Check, or Cash." However, later on after having scheduled my move, when talking with the back office on the phone I was told there is no difference in price for cash vs. card.One other thing to watch out for is the trucks come from Tukwila, even though the company is based in Seattle, and you have to pay for the travel time to/from there!
Laura Stachel: I used Neighbors Relocation Services to move from WA to UT. From beginning to end, these guys were terrific! The estimate was thorough and professional, yet I didn't feel like "just another job", it was personal. They sent 6 guys and 2 trucks to load up my life. They packed efficiently and carefully. Upon unloading, everything was placed exactly where I wanted, and everything was in great condition. I had one person at the office that I was in constant contact with, so I never felt "alone" in the process. If you HAVE to move, use these guys!!!!!
