Betsy Zhu: Mr. Keon Knutson is a very good eviction lawyer. I chose him for he has a clear charge sheet and clear working steps. When he was too busy, he told me clear that he could not accept my cases at that time. But after he accepted my cases, he worked on steps on-time. Compared to other lawyers I used before; he is more reasonable. If I did the work with any mistake, he would fix it for me, instead of stopped there and not know how to handle it and redo from the beginning. He already won two cases for me. Levere Searles: One of the best law firms in the Seattle area. I needed a lawyer to help me and integrity law group got me the relief I needed. Hopefully I would never be in another situation where I need a family lawyer but if I do integrity would be my first option.

Derek: . From what I can tell, Max provided good legal counsel and helped my partner know exactly what he was signing and what his rights were pre and post-marriage. We were told that notarization would be another $10/signature, so we figured with 3-4 sets of signatures, another $60-80. No big deal. However, when we both went to do the notarization and pay the notarization fee, we were blindsided when we were told that in totality, their services were going to cost $500 and that this would be a flat fee much "lower than the hourly rate they typically charge." What? We were under the impression that the consultation and document review was $200 and that the notarization would be another $60-80 for a total of $260-280 total. Now, Max did add a fairly standard, 2-page addendum into our prenup stating that we both knew which spousal rights under Washington State Law we were waiving, but my fiancé told me that he had not been informed AT ALL that this would result in an extra fee, let alone an extra fee of $220-240. I don't know whether the addendum was a copied and pasted boiler plate or if it was drafted from scratch and actually did result in at least one more billable hour of Max's time, but in my opinion, it should've been made transparently clear to my fiancé what that additional document/service would cost and this was not communicated to him at all at the time. We both felt blindsided by the amount we thought we were being charged for ILG's services basically doubling. In summary, decent legal advice and services, but ILG desperately needs to work on pricing transparency and communicating additional charges to clients.

All the lawyers at the firm are very competent and no-nonsense.Most recently he helped me with an eviction and get compensation from the county. Evictions are really complicated now, tenants have a lot of rights and protections. A lot of things can go wrong in the eviction process. Max did everything as fast as he legally could to serve the tenant with an unlawful detainer lawsuit and then worked with the county to get me some compensation.Not the first time we have used Max he helped me petition my wife for immigration and get her into the US very smoothly. There's a lot of documents, forms, and steps to the process but Max explained everything clearly and to make the application for the greencard, work permit, and travel permit get processed as quickly as possible. Now we are planning to sponsor our in-laws. Wish me luck on getting a bigger house 😂

Path Finder: , and his office offered a free initial consultation. Evan was very professional and knowledgeable, and spent half an hour looking up laws and offering me advice. I did not want to take advantage of his kindness, and offered to pay. He asked me to pay half of his regular price, and donate the other half to a non-profit of my choice. Will go back to him for sure.

Park Office: The reviews are funny as those who are complaining are the ones that have judgments against them. You need to remember that these attorneys are attorneys for the landlord, not for the residents. You all need to get your own attorney as they don't work for you. I wish they did HOA's as I would be with them in a heart beat!!

Marlow Harris: The landlord tenant laws in Seattle are difficult to navigate. This company will help you if you need to do an eviction, cease-and- desist or unlawful detainer. They will serve the notices for you and also got a card for you. It’s expensive, but often housing providers have no choice and need competent attorneys to get rid of squatters.

Jason Newcombe has handled several citations for my wife and I with spectacular results! All of our cases have been dismissed and my record has not had to suffer thanks to this office. You may not be aware of the procedural process that is required of local agencies and although most officers are doing their best every day to ensure our safety, there are some that are in need of further training opportunities.
