Stephanie Xie: Love the Pilates classes here! The instructors are great about correcting your form, giving different options, and explaining the moves so you don’t injure yourself. Out of all the studios I’ve tried I like the Pilates here the best!

Swechha Ghimire: This studio and the instructors are awesome! Sometimes the Pilates classes at studios can be super chaotic and demanding but I feel like the classes at Tribe are challenging but manageable!! The instructors are also really nice and explain how to do positions well! Sometimes the music isnt my fave but thats really my only complaint!

Jessica: has been super great at what they do and they always jump in to help correct my form when needed in a friendly and nonjudgemental way. I can already feel myself building strength and actually look forward to working out rather than dread it. The strong and lean class in the back room is also a great circuit based class using traditional weights, and I switch it up between that and the reformer light class throughout the week!

Monse Valdez: 10/10, absolutely recommend. Tribe is amazing. Wonderful instructors who will help you with your form, clean studio, great music and great class variety. Erica Lien: I'm new to pilates and am really enjoying Studio 45 so far! Love that the classes are only 45 minutes but still very challenging even for someone who does strength training and HIIT regularly. The studio is super clean and the machines are well-maintained. Just be sure to give yourself enough time to find parking!

Rooted in expertise and care, Jessica has created a program for me that meets my goals and compliments my physical therapy. Adriana Brito Ruiz: I decided to take on Pilates to complement my Crossfit training. Jessica at Emerald City Pilates has surpassed my expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable of the human muscle systems. During class, she closely monitors my movements and provides constant guidance to ensure I perform the exercises correctly, avoid injury and I achieve maximum effectiveness. Her methodology of teaching has also increased my awareness of my body. I am very happy I decided to take this step in my fitness journey.

I can feel the difference with her classes that help strengthen and relax at the same time. The studio itself is beautiful and clean, very well maintained. Hali has so much great experience in Pilates and conditioning and it shows with her attention to the details. Every session is customized to me personally and I’m looking forward to many more classes with Hali.

Mimi Bird: Had a great session with Hali Erickson. Kim Mathisen Broetje: This studio is wonderful. The instructors are amazing. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, Triune has classes and instructors that will suit your level.They offer a ton of variety between reformer, mat, TRX, chair and more and the monthly membership is an excellent value. They also offer zoom classes, which is amazing when you are out of town.As someone who was tired of attending group classes that felt competitive, Triune is a breath of fresh air. The customers are also wonderful and I appreciate the friendly, welcoming community here.Pilates is improving my posture, balance and overall strength. I'm an avid hiker/backpacker and after only six months at this studio, I've been amazed at the improvement in my balance on the trail. I can't wait for ski season to see how leg strength improves my turns!If you're on the fence, don't hesitate to give them a try.

I trained for years under Donal and now take regular classes at Triune. He was able to work through my injuries and I now believe my body is stronger than ever. The holistic approach to pilates has me hooked for life. Flexibility, core strength, balance, and general mind/body connection has me excited to explore pilates for the rest of my life. I enjoy the studio and all of the instructors.

Amanda Marley: I signed up for a free intro 30 minute class and it was so incredibly amazing. I’m familiar with at home Pilates workout videos but this - club Pilates - is the ultimate experience. I’ve needed more motivation to workout lately and after this class I knew this was the place for me. They’re clear on their directions and the movements are very intentional-something other gyms don’t provide. I’ve tried several free intro classes at several types of gyms recently and club Pilates fits just right. They provide student and first responder rates and as a nursing student REALLY helps me out. Try a class-you won’t be disappointed!

Uma Pandit: I had an amazing experience at this studio in Wallingford! As someone new to pilates on the reformer, I was a bit nervous stepping in. However, Jill, the instructor, was an absolute gem. She not only made me feel at ease with the equipment but also tailored the session to ensure I felt comfortable.One of the things that really stood out to me was how supported I felt throughout the entire class. Jill's guidance and expertise really made a difference. It's rare to find a workout that not only strengthens but also nurtures your body, and pilates here definitely achieved that. Moreover, I found free parking right outside the studio, so that was a big plus.Overall, I can't recommend this studio enough, especially for beginners like me. Huge thanks to Jill and the team for such a wonderful experience!

Lori Mina: I started with a 4-week beginner Pilates special with Jill in April 2023 and have gone once a week ever since. I’ve tried gyms, different classes, and videos, but I never found something that I loved and stayed with consistently. I enjoy the small group sessions especially because Jill and the other instructors are supportive and help tailor the movements to my lower back or neck pain. My core is definitely stronger and I no longer wake up with lower back pain. It’s an investment but it’s definitely better than surgery. Thank you, Studio Evolve!

Tara Tamaribuchi: When Wade was retiring from teaching dance at Cornish and mentioned he was going to be teaching Gyrotonic at Studio Evolve, I could not pass up the chance at taking gyro with this amazing teacher. I have been practicing with him weekly for the last two years, and it's almost hard to write this review because his schedule fills up so quickly. He is a very popular teacher. Whether you are a dancer or non-dancer, Wade is great at attuning to what your body needs and can work towards. Every week is different. I have been practicing gyro on and off for more than 10 years, and with Wade we never get into a staid routine. It feels like we are always working on something new or approaching the practice with a different focus each week. Everyone working at Studio Evolve is friendly and welcoming, and it has a clean and peaceful vibe. I enjoy going there every week!
