Capitol Cider: what do users think?

Allen Richardson: Yes, gluten free and nut free but unlike other places “a stir” makes an effort to innovate, not just eliminate. Fish and chips, crab cakes, fried chicken sandwiches and other offerings are expertly prepared. Exhaustive cider menu, unique cocktails and super desserts round out a delicious experience. One of our favorite places.Dietary restrictions: Celiac

Elif Lee: I love the food. Chef Ton and the staff are super friendly. Everything is gluten and nut free but the taste is off the charts. True Mediterranean tastes as well as American classics. Celiac friendly.Dietary restrictions: Celiac friendly.

Tatiana Stone: , the food was really good. The sweet potato fries and the fried chicken are a must. This is now one of my Seattle favorites 🤩🤤Wheelchair accessibility: The quarters were a bit cramped but it looked like there were some good tables for people in a wheelchair.

Devin: So good, I come here every time I'm in cap hill.Update: posted before the name change to "a stir". The vibe downstairs is why I return, which is essentially the same as when it was under different ownership as Capitol Cider. The vibe change to the upstairs feels like generic millenial rebranding and clashes with what the downstairs is. Also, Capitol Cider was just a better name. It had alliteration, it's in Capitol Hill, and it was specifically for cider. As long as the downstairs doesn't change, I'll keep comingDietary restrictions: Gluten-Free options

Nadine: The steak we ordered had the perfect desired cooking point. Getting this done with a delivery is an achievement.Unfortunately, the packaging of the fries damaged their consistency, but not the taste. Delicious!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Kevin Jones: Delicious food and great service. If you have gluten or other food allergies I recommend.Dietary restrictions: Gluten and wheat

acquitted 2000: Nice vibe, lots of menu options. You wouldn't know it was gluten free.Veal meatballs were a highlight;Brussel sprouts lacked flavor.Attentive service, well done for a party of 8.Wishing this place success, give it a shot!

Nuflours Bakery: what do users think?

Ty Hen: Found on Alaska mileage plan, and decided to indulge my pastry tooth after seeing they had lemon bars. Bars were decent(crust was a bit undercooked; crumbly and bland, not buttery or flaky. Lemon vanilla donut was soft and tasty, just a tad pricey for the size. Were out of a bunch of drinks on the menu, or didn't have them. The girl working wasn't clear. She wasn't unpleasant. She was very polite, just seemed distracted and a little perturbed, like something had occurred earlier and she wanted to get home. Clean establishment, but the decor wasn't welcoming. I may or may not be back.

mayanthia: Fantastic gluten free bakery! I really enjoy their lemon vanilla donut and the chocolate eclair. My teenager loves the peppermint brownies and the salter caramel brownies. My husband strongly recommends the cinnamon roll. Seriously, go repeatedly and just try everything. You won't be disappointed.Dietary restrictions: Good options for gluten free and vegan. Everything is well labeled.

Myles Caddell: One of the best spots in Seattle for Celiac's. A dedicated gluten free bakery. We loved their savory hand pies and quiches, their cinnamon rolls and donuts, their entire menu without having to hunt for asterisks on what parts of the menu were safe. It's all safe, and it's spectacular.Dietary restrictions: Celiac/Gluten Free

Adam M: Gluten free or not this place is delicious! Order now!Food: 5/5 …

Missy: Just grabbed some food items for the first time here and have to say I’m pretty impressed. I have celiacs disease and I can’t trust any place that’s not dedicated gluten free, but also finding a place that has good tasting gf foods is challenging. The hand pies are delicious, the tiramisu is great, and looking forwards to the white cake tonight.

R. L. Stroud: Good news: The food is great! I had the brownie, it's more cake-like than traditional gooey stuff, but I didn't taste or see any salted caramel, it was a Sunday--maybe they ran out. Everyone thought the food ranged from B+ to A+.The so-so news: All 3 of us ordered espresso drinks. We were told straight up it was a latte or nothing. My husband asked about a double shot straight and the barista said, fine. It was a pretty slow Sunday, we must have waited 10 to 15 minutes for 2 double shot lattes which were meh. Also, it looks like they just opened, which isn't true at all. They had 3 chairs & 3 little tables inside, when they clearly could have had double that inside, and there were 2 tables outside with a few more seats. I'm sure the excuse is well--COVID, but they could do better. But double thumbs up for take away!Dietary restrictions: This is a great find if you know someone with celiac disease. It's so great just to them finally relax and enjoy themselves because there's no gluten!Parking: If you know the area, 15th near the hospital, parking's tight, but we have a disabled parking pass, and there's a spot a block or so away for vehicles with disabled permit holders. Not fantastic, but it's Capitol Hill.

Bicky Nguyen: Amazing hand pies! Delicious baguettes, donuts were pretty good but a little on the sweet side. Highly recommend it!! The staff member was very friendly, talkative and informative. He recommended an amazing cafe for us, as they only serve drip, coffee and espresso. Lots of great recommendations to go to. Will definitely return if I'm ever back in Seattle! Thanks for making my visit AWESOME!!!

Matthew Mahany: Food was great!Service was quick and friendlyPrice was fair.Brussel sprouts were amazing.I had the prime steak and enjoyed every biteSusi had the Wahoo fish 🐟 yumm!

Matt Block: Ehhhhh it's a bar/restaurant in SLU. you get what you expect. Decent cocktails, decent food, good service. Not breaking any new ground but it's a solid place to eat or drink.Recommended dishes Wild Boar Bolognese …

HH: Good restaurant

Vedran Brozović: A very nice place to grab a drink after work or to get dinner with friends.Tips and impressions:* It is a good idea to call in and reserve in advance to book a table.* It is on the pricier end with the $30-50 range for a meal, but I did enjoy the steak here.* Service is great but you might need to remind them that you ordered a drink if it's busy.* Also, keep in mind it's pretty noisy and you might have a hard time hearing other people. Good if you like the feeling of a bustling place though.Would recommend visiting and a great choice for after-work dinner and drinks.

Six Seven restaurant: what do users think?

ArcAngel: Beautiful view, delicious coffee and delightful staff. The food was great and the atmosphere of the restaurant was charming. Not too pricey either!Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options on their breakfast menu such as waffles, french toast, bagels, parfait, omelets and pastries!!

Chris E: First time visiting, during a trip to Seattle. We stopped in for happy hour. We were able to get a table outside. This restaurant is located in the Edgewater Hotel, on the northern end of the Seattle waterfront area. Happy hour prices for drinks are a couple dollars off. And they have a limited food menu. I ordered the wagu sliders, which came with garlic fries. Both were very good, in my opinion. And made a good meal. The weather was fantastic, so that made the experience even better.

Jay X.: , she forgot about us again and never came to pick it back up. At this point its been more than 20 minutes and the wind had picked up so me and girlfriend just walked up to the reception area and waited for someone. For a total of $100+ and $20+ per dish, it was not worth it, considering the lack of service we received.

Bateau: what do users think?

Marina: Been here twice for special occasions. Most recent was a birthday dinner with four people. The atmosphere is very nice and multiple servers per table ensured the drinks kept coming. They work on a whole animal approach meaning the cuts of meat run out as the dinner service continues. So if you want all the cut options make your reservation for early dinner. This is a fun place for special occasions.

Sarah G: I have sensory issues and they accommodated my needs, which is a huge deal. We got put in an area that was a little more private and I appreciate them taking the time to do that. Food was excellent and well thought out, steaks were cooked to perfection, and wine choices were superb. We went for my mothers birthday and they gave her a small candle and a hand written card. Staff wished her happy birthday and were nothing but kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. There were so many thoughtful touches to our meal it made the night truly special. This is hands down the best restaurants in Seattle.

SY Lee: . A delightful meal. I’d suggest making reservations in advance. They also have a tasting menu for $125 pp, might check that out for future.

Stavros Macrakis: that the tasting menu gives you two different cuts, one more tender, the other more tasty.Surprise! The non steak dishes were as good as the steak! Nice variety, nicely composed. They only have four red wines by the glass -- I wish they'd have more -- but I've got to say that the Cahors was one of the best I've ever had, and the St Émilion was also good.

Safwan Khan: I tried fish and chips, they were ok.

Ayla Haulbrook: . The Caesar dressing was house-made and I wish I could buy it by the bottle. Drinks were phenomenal. The Pearl Diver was delicious and the lemon drop was the best I’ve ever had! 100% recommend! Darla was our server and she was an absolute gem.

robin sneed: One of a kind, with this certain feel in which one is brought newspapers to read and lemons wrapped in muslin for iced tea. The oysters are absolutely fresh and well prepared. Extensive menu highlights a place for locals who are frankly, in the know with this restaurant scene. Do visit when you come to Seattle. Gets crowded on the weekends.

Hangry Panda: Gluten Free Fried Chicken, Teriyaki & Bubble Tea: what do users think?

Hangry Panda!

Dedicated gluten free fryer!

Valerie Spirakis: Dietary restrictions: Clearly marked and many gluten-free options

Chelsea Kramer: We LOVE this local spot. We order hangry panda 🐼 once a week. Like someone else said, I’ve spent a small fortune here and it’s 100% worth it. Delicious food, nice people, and great small business. Keep being awesome hangry. 💙🙌🏼Dietary restrictions: Gluten

Prateek Sharma: Food: 4/5

ocean vast naturebeing: and when I brought it up they were willing to have a conversation about it, though unwilling to honor the online stated price. overall highly recommended 🥣🍟🥛🍗Dietary restrictions: yay gluten free!

Sawyer: what do users think?

Marsha Krebs: Only a week left to enjoy this gem.

Michael Lynch: Excellent service and creative dishes you won't find anywhere else. We definitely overordered for two people. A single appetizer, entree, and dessert would be just right. Instead we also got the pork sandwich and regretted eating so much delicious food.

Natalee Lopez: Compliments to the chef and helpful staff. Every single thing is delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and clean. Cocktails are delicious too.Recommended dishes Pork Belly Steam Buns, Wood-Grilled Artichokes …

Stephanie L: , juicy sirloin, delicious cod, and that leches cake. I was completely stuffed and couldn’t get enough!! The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the service was absolutely wonderful and took the meal to the next level. I cannot wait to visit again!

Alex Como: . I dare anyone to work our industry for a day and say we are adequately compensated. You love that new restaurant down the street? By all means, frequent it. But don't take everyone you know and order everything you can. You try putting out 7 different orders in 15 minutes with cook times of 8 to 15 minutes, restock your line, clean your line, track your stock, and have time for a break, for an 8 to 10 hour shift.Right now restaurant workers are working way too many hours because nobody wants to work this industry anymore because of the lack of respect and pay. I don't know a sous chef who isn't working 60 hours a week right now because they can't fill their rosters.Anyone looking to pay the bills? Please join our industry- take this as a call to arms so to speak. We need people so we can keep giving you guys amazing food, service and experiences!Chef Mayers, you have my full support. Same with everyone at Sawyer.

Aurelia Mai: Great service, delicious food, wonderful ambience!

Janet Williams: Food and drinks were so so good. Thomas in the kitchen was so nice.

Baylor G: Friendly staff, good food, nice portion size, and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.

Jonathan Shadel: I loved every dish and drink I tried. The service was impeccable and the space is beautiful.

Violet: what do users think?

David Silvestain: One of the most memorable meals I’ve enjoyed anywhere. Violet is a cozy, welcoming environment that belies the culinary genius serving this great restaurant. We enjoyed multiple courses watching the chef work his art in the kitchen. He created the best lamb dish I’ve ever eaten. Upon remarking when noticing one of the beautiful dishes he was creating for his tasting menu, the chef brought one to the table for us to enjoy. In every aspect you can sense the love and passion that goes into this experience. My highest possible recommendations. We can’t wait to return!

Brenda Tincher: Six of us went to Violet for a friend's birthday dinner and we all had the tasting menu with wine pairing. I didn't pick the location, but was excited to try Violet. I understand why Violet has a reputation because the wine pairing and service was excellent. The food was prepared competently, but I was underwhelmed by the menu. I feel like Violet is resting on its laurels at this point. A tasting menu is supposed to offer an unusual or special experience or allow the chef to show off a bit. But, there was nothing innovative or seasonal about the courses. One scallop in a broth? Nothing special about that scallop except how lonely it was. I liked the belgian waffle with fois gras, but I have issues with restaurants serving unethical food. Same for the blue fin tuna we were served which is endangered. The little piece of lamb with two asparagus spears on pureed potatoes was delicious, but its pretty much standard fare at this point. For the $200 I paid, I'd really hoped to come away more impressed and delighted.

Shannon Patterson: I don't give 5 stars all that often, especially for restaurants these days. As shared in the reviews, the service was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious. We were there for my friend's birthday and they greeted us with sparkling red wine, which was a delightful way to start and made the occasion feel as special as it was from moment one. The cocktails were wonderful, too.A bonus is that we could HEAR each other - the background music was just that and the acoustics handled the noise well.I'd definitely go back.

Michelle Escobar: Simply outstanding. Violet has delivered consistently incredible food, ambiance, and service. This fine dining gem has upscale food in a cozy setting -- just the perfect balance for Seattle. The menu features a variety of truly expertly prepared dishes by Chef William, but standouts for me are the octopus, fois gras, and of course the Joel Robuchon potoates. The scallops are a revelation. The newly added tomahawk is an absolute classic -- perfect for two people, get it... you won't regret it. The American Omakase is exquisite -- worth every single penny -- and do yourself the favor of getting the wine pairing -- it's truly an incredible culinary experience! The service is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable; don't be intimated at all to ask for recommendations and give a price point to work in -- they are not judgey or snobby at all and truly want you to have the best night ever. And the cocktails.... always a win!!!

Sharada Rayan: .The food was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. We didn’t do the omakase and were very happy with all the dishes we ordered.

Carly Feliciani: I went to Violet last night with a girlfriend for dinner. We were looking for a spot with an intimate feel to catch up and luckily found Violet. The vibe was *chef’s kiss* and the food was excellent. Service was also wonderful. The owner/chef even came out to chat with us after our meal and was so kind. Such a great night. I will definitely be back!

Eric Gerard Parsons: I didn't just happen to come on a night when everything was clicking. I have dined at Violet several times, and it's the food, the service, and the atmosphere that keep me coming back. I can't imagine that anyone would argue about the excellence of the cocktails or the thorough wine list. Every bite of food I've had forced me to suppress acting as if I was in church, if y'all know what that means.

Jonathan Bensen: I almost don't want to talk about this place so it stays my secret place, but it's too good not to share. It's rare for me to order a tasting menu, and love every dish. But I did here. Everything from the first drink to the last dessert was fantastic. Food was fresh, seasonal, perfectly cooked and had both familiar and fun new flavors. The servers were fantastic too, being warm and attentive. The other great thing about Violet is the price. This level of quality at the price point is rare, and I really appreciate them bringing this type of food to more people. I can't wait to come back!

Megan Kershek: Kevel was an exceptional server. He was attentive, explained every part of our 5-course meal, checked in appropriately and elevated the entire experience! The food was outstanding! Every dish was cooked to perfection. The ambiance was delightful, like dining at a fancy friends house; I loved the decor. 15 out of 10…I’ll be back again!!❤️

Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge: what do users think?

C DeGuzman: . Only plus was a complimentary birthday mimosa.

Gwendolyn Jeffers: I had the absolute best experience at Charlotte restaurant and lounge. Once we got up to the 16th floor and found the restaurant, the hostess gave us a warm welcome and we asked her if there’s anyway we can sit by the windows and she sat us at a wonderful table with a stunning view. Timoteo was our server and his service was phenomenal. He gave wonderful suggestions regarding the menu and even went as far to write down some spots we should check out in the Seattle area before we leave. He’s very knowledgeable and extremely hospitable. Food was delicious, ambiance was amazing and service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Oksana Mikhailenko: The views are stunning, the restaurant is beautiful, service was great and the brunch was delicious. Is the food overpriced? Sure. But you’re paying extra for the view and the building, really. I’m pretty picky, especially with food, and I thought everything tasted great and I would return in the future.Went back for drinks and dessert a few weeks later and we were blown away by the desserts. This restaurant is a must visit if you want to get wined and dined.

Katherine Tucker: My steak was so delicious and I loved the sauces that they included.

Michael Charlton: Excellent food as always, great spot for a special occasion with great views!Vegetarian options: While not an expansive vegetarian menu or selection what they do have is masterfully preparedDietary restrictions: Good gluten free, nut free, and vegan options

Alina Ivanov: We celebrated our 5-year anniversary, and for this special occasion, we chose Charlotte Restaurant. Nestled in the heart of Seattle, this gem offers an unparalleled dining experience that is sure to tantalize your taste buds. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with an ambiance that exudes elegance and warmth. The attention to detail in the decor sets the stage for what's to come—a feast for both the eyes and the palate. We started our culinary adventure with their appetizers: Oysters and Black Garlic Roasted Octopus. Then, diving into their entrées, we had Chilean Sea Bass and Gnocchi Seafood. And let's not forget dessert! Charlotte Restaurant's sweet offerings are a true delight; we had Araguani Chocolate Flourless Cake and Red Velvet Cake. But it's not just about the food at Charlotte Restaurant—it's about the experience. The impeccable service and attention to detail ensure that every visit is memorable, whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a night out with friends. So, if you find yourself in Seattle craving a culinary adventure, be sure to add Charlotte Restaurant to your list. Trust us, you won't be disappointed!

Carrie Rabasa: I had a good experience here. I hesitated to make an appointment due to many negative reviews, but the wait for a different clinic was two months longer. The process of making an appointment was smooth, and on the day of the appointment we were seen on time. The nurses and doctor were friendly and professional, and by the end of the visit we had a diagnosis and plan for treatment.

Trey: The reviews scared me at first, but it wasn’t bad. It was like any other clinic.
