Benjamin Manne: Very thankful to Mark for his advice on our refrigerator repair. Although he wasn’t able to do the repair himself, he counseled me through his recommendations for getting it fixed by the supplier. Just an honest, friendly, and knowledgeable professional. I’ll absolutely reach out to Wiseman’s Appliance in the future.
Kayah Swanson: Mark showed up less than 24 hours after we reached out and fixed our problem in under an hour for less than he originally quoted us. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
Brandon Knox: Called on Monday and a new Dishwasher, the exact model we wanted that wasn't even in stock, was installed by Friday. When I called, Steve Wiseman answered the phone and helped with my order and installation schedule. The price was competitive, maybe slightly better, than the big box stores, but the service is on another level. Steve was very responsive by phone and email. I also love that the installers are part of an in-house team, not contractors, and so both accountable to the business I purchased from, and invested in the same great service we received from Steve. The installers were on time, professional, and did an amazing job. 100% buy your appliances from Wiseman over the big box retailers.

Sandeep Kini: Our fridge broke and we had trouble with one of the big box stores. Luckily I called Wiseman’s and they were able to help get us a new fridge very quickly, going out of their way to help. The delivery / installers were very through and had great communication. I would 100% recommend and use them again.
Mohammad Kanso: I needed to replace my built-in panel-ready dishwasher in my condo unit. The process was complex because it required removing and re-installing the panel door on top of the dishwasher. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and walked me through the process step by step. He was very kind and was patient as we dealt with scheduling delays. I would definitely recommend Wiseman appliances!
Chris Casiano: Had a repair person tell me our old dishwasher was dead. Called around to get a new one, couldn’t get the one we wanted that also matched our kitchen and couldn’t get it sooner than 8-10 days— an eternity when you have to hand sanitize bottles for an infant.Finally got to Wiseman. They had an in-stock model that we were looking for, perfect for our needs, and had it delivered and installed the following day, all at about the same price as the big box stores with longer lead times and no personal touch. Everyone we worked with was fantastic, from Amber the sales manager to Steve who kept us informed on where the delivery team was at to John and his apprentice on the delivery team.
Paul Loeb: Wonderful folks. Been using them for 25 years. I love using a family owned company like this. Prices are competitive. They give you great advice on which appliances work for your needs in a way that you can't get from a big box store. They deliver promptly when the appliances come in are available to answer small questions that come up, and if something does go wrong, a couple of the family members do service as well, and will do everything they can to keep your appliances running if it makes sense. We feel lucky to have them in our West Seattle neighborhood.
Lea P: I've bought 7 appliances from Wiseman's. The staff are hometown friendly and earnest. I'm glad they've weathered the supply disruptions of the Covid era. This is a local business worthy of lifelong patronage.
Tom Haseltine: The in-store staff is very friendly and helpful; and the service personnel arrived in a timely manner and performed the work professionally. Additional granite-cutting work was needed and they gave a referral that was also prompt and professional. I've bought several different appliances from Wiseman's and am happy with the products, people and pricing.
Susan Davis: I've bought a stove, and washer/dryer from them. No hard sell, just good old-fashioned decent service and products. It might cost a little more than the big box stores, but I'm all for supporting local businesses.
Martin Sherry: . So not finding a decent freezer for sale anywhere, we drove up to Wiseman’s and lo and behold they could get us a freezer! It was delivered by them in a few weeks later and seemed ok, but upon closer inspection we saw the door was damaged and the door seal leaked causing ice to form inside— not good. This wasn’t Wiseman’s fault, it came out of the box it came in that way. But much to Wiseman’s credit within a few weeks they delivered us a replacement freezer of the same brand and model, a little smaller but it will work just fine for our freezer needs. They stand behind their products and if it’s not right they make it right! We had also bought our Maytag clothes washer and drier from them several years ago and both products have worked perfectly since their installation. I’d say for your appliance needs skip the big box retailers and start with Wiseman Appliance in West Seattle, Martin & Barbara Sherry

Ed Rutherford: The staff at the warehouse was great. The Albert Lee experience was poor. Although promised to be at the Fife warehouse on Saturday, when I called ahead they said they had delivered my appliance to someone else. I had to drive to Ballard to pick up the refrigerator because my elderly mother's refrigerator failed and she needs cool storage for medications. The store manager apologized and said that their system was to blame.

I was able to find the kit without any issues. All the aisles were well marked and there were plenty of employees available should I have needed to ask for assistance. I went midmorning in a weekday. Parking was not an issue and going through the self checkout was quick and easy.

Benjamin Macke: Update has been made. Geek Squad has paid for a new drive.I was having issues with windows installing. I gave the Geek Squad team my computer to install windows because I was having issues. They told after about a week they couldn’t and I needed a new motherboard. I came and got my computer from them and it was apparently still hooked up as I could hear them detaching my computer from what is was hooked up to and the sound of case panels being put back on on. Once getting it home and taking a look at everything. They had shattered the sata port to my brand new barracuda 2TB hard drive. The band new hard drive that is formatted for windows. I now cannot install windows because the sata disc is damaged beyond use and I am further delayed in my professional life because of this negligence.After leaving my voice mail about this. They called me back and replaced the drive. Apologized about how everything happened. They had me come in with the old drive confirmed the damage. They replaced my drive with the exact same one and again apologize for this happening. I feel like this situation was handled with the best professionalism and customer service was awesome. I would come back to this team to do future repairs.
Jimena Sobrino: for a diagnostics and she immediately knew it was a fan malfunction. Roberta went above and beyond to get the laptop open even with 4 tripped crews not coming out! Ultimately, she got it all taken care of, even cleaned it of any malware, and got it working like new!! Praises to Roberta!

As I looked at each item, I thought that each one would make a very good Christmas/birthday gift for a relative you aren't particularly friends with. I do hope Amazon 4.9 star store becomes a thing instead as I would like to see more of the absolute all time best selling items.The staff here are definitely 5 star though!

Emily Gipple: Great selection, easy to find what I needed, easy parking, good prices. It’s nice to just get the right things I’m looking for quickly in person, instead of wading through the million options on Amazon and unboxing the deliveries.
Osh Morethstorm: Fairly priced and bargain priced vegan items are plenty here.
Marcus Monaghan: This is the only retail store left in the area that treats people right. I’m there 15-20 times per month and customer service is always good. They are pleasant and willing to accept returns and honor price matches without any trouble.
Rathish Kumar Rajendran: One of my go-to stores is Target. It's always tidy and well-organized, and the staff is helpful if I can't find a product on the shelves. I appreciate the frequent email notifications about promotions and deals, and the wide range of products makes it easy to find what I need. I prefer using self-checkout at the end, which is quick and convenient, usually taking no more than 3 minutes. While the rewards program is moderate, overall, I highly recommend this store to my friends.

Nick Hardwick: This Target somehow got better ever since the ones in the U District and Ballard closed. Sure some items are behind locked doors, but the store is well staffed and well stocked so you're not waiting for long. Plus it's now full of actual security who can keep the insides safe from the out, so I feel even more safe going than before. If this is how big retail stores are headed in this area, can't say I'm disappointed with the results here.
Rizza Tan: … relies heavily on their self-checkout machines, which is constantly short 95% of the time upstairs & downstairs… shopping baskets needs some washing / cleaning like with physical soap & water.

Bouala Keopraseurt: I went here during the day and towards closing. It's pretty busy during the day and staff are everywhere and helping customers. And then there's closing.... Not as many workers, but they didn't seem to care bout the customers, unless the customers was going to buy something. They only ask " how they can help you " once and that's it... I thought it was really rude and unprofessional. My advice is go during the day if you're needing/ wanting help with your music stuff.
