Raymond Grooms: Was able to find the best pair of socks for my mom to send her for her bday. The owner and her staff are great and way knowledgeable about socks. Def check out this gem

Mark Whipple: This place has many, many socks... you probably already guessed that. The assortment is huge and their prices are very, very good. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would m etion the name of the woman who assisted me but she was so gorgeous I completely forgot to ask her for her name. I highly recommend this store.

Alicia Scribner: and they graciously let us in! They had a huge selection of fun and high quality socks! The owner was so friendly - I highly recommend supporting this awesome shop!

Its amazing to see such a huge transformation since the business first started in Wallingford over 10 years ago.The Sock Monster has always been a staple for my holiday shopping, birthday gifts, or simply just treating myself. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They're great resources if you have any questions about the merchandise. It's always a great experience shopping here!

Mayson Brennan: What an awesome store to explore and spend time in. They have a great selection of socks that are great quality and are super soft to the touch. Upon entering it is very welcoming and inviting. What a great store to get socks for gifts for kids, men, and women. The value for the items are fair priced and there are sales on a lot of items. The service from all staff I've encountered was excellent upon entering to exiting the store.

Colin Fox: The GM was so helpful getting me the right socks. He rocks 🤘 !

Tanya Dawson: Sock Heaven!!!Wonderful Staff!!!

Joe Choe: I am a regular customer of The Sock Monster for over 4 years now. It’s safe to say that I do not own any plain socks. I always enjoy my trip to The Sock Monster and always buy more socks than I should. The selection is always being updated and I rarely see the same socks over and over again. Kelly is an absolute delight and orders Gnome socks for me all the time. I wore out a pair of Gnome socks in less than 3 months and I went back to buy the same pair, to my surprise they were out of stock and it was replaced with brand new inventory. I quickly learned from my mistakes and I always buy two pairs of the socks I really like. It’s so easy to buy unique gifts for birthdays and holidays. I would highly recommend stopping by The Sock Monster! You won’t be disappointed.

Kendall H: Love getting socks here! Bought them for myself and as fun gifts many times! So many choices.

C MART: My order was virtual and the whole experience was wonderful

Monster: what do users think?

Laura Emmerson: I love this shop! I went to a monthly craft night. The events are a great way to be part of community and craft. I bought some water color paints for the event. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Cheryl Kuczek: This store is lovely with handcrafted merchandise from local artisans to very cool & fun crafty classes that allow peeps to try out new cool stuff to make. Store owner and staff are kind and patient with customers!

Amita Siddiqui: Super cute place to take craft lessons. Lots of fun stuff in the store to just browse too. My daughter and I took a pairing class which we loved. It was short, easy and just the right activity for a rainy Seattle evening. Beats kids staring at a screen. You get to use your hands, be creative, and with no pressure for fixed results. Can’t wait to try their embroidery, resin art and other classes too.

Jake Whitaker: Great store with a fun selection of cards, socks, shirts, crafts and so much more.

Steven Sparkman: Great fun eclectic shop

Danielle Lambert: the best local arts and crafts 🌟

Amanda Tehaney: Took the embroidery class. It was so fun! The store is super cute and the shop owner is so kind. I’ll be back again for another class!

Laura Cameron: and everyone had a blast!

Izzi Humes: cute gift store! always love to poke around

Erin Kerr: My friends and I booked a private rug tufting class and had an amazing time. None of us had ever tufted before but by the end we were feeling super confident using the machines. Our instructors Rosalie and Andie were so helpful and lovely to spend the day with. I want to come back to Seattle just to take another class!! Thank you so much!

S H: A must see if your in Ballard. Fun and quirky and great gifts for anyone.

Miranda Bradley: This store is such a joy. The products are a lot of fun and the classes are fantastic. They do their reward points in "butts" so you get to say fun things like "I'd like to redeem some butts, please." It's the perfect spot for fun gifts, stickers, crafts and a cozy sweatshirt or pair of socks.

Holly Chan: Monster has always been my go-to spot when shopping for unique and delightful gifts for loved ones in my life, and it’s the first place I recommend to others! Love cats? Nerdy stuff? Plants? Space? Quirky humor? There’s something for everyone here, curated from small diverse businesses across the country. It’s also from this shop that I’ve learned of new artists and small businesses, and for that I’ll always be grateful. The staff are always welcoming and friendly as soon as you walk in. Sometimes if you’re looking for something specific they’ll go on the hunt through all the options with you, or sometimes if something sparks joy you’ll end up gushing with them about it for ten minutes. I haven’t had a chance to try out their crafting classes yet, but I’ve been meaning to, especially if it means getting to hang out within the great vibes of this treasure trove of a store.

Sam Keske: Cute, local arts, crafts, and trinkets. They also host workshops like introductory crocheting. Friendly staff can help you find the right oddity to take home. Cool!

I love the forgiving-structure look for clothes; always have… it’s an ode to the EuropeanLook… and nothing’s more comfy!Jewelry, gifts, accessories too. “Shop SMALL”! …Support a Small-Business that’s Woman-Owned. 😁 Keep Diversity Alive.

Tracy Reilly: I love this place! Excellent customer service and a unique, stylish collection of clothing and gifts.

So I think I am going to buy the shoes off the Twitter add and return my shoes to Nike.

Nick Villanti: Cute little store to pick up gifts for family or something for your kids. Staff is very friendly as well.

Dax Rich: I visited here for a gift for my kids while visiting Seattle, and I was very pleased with the options. The shop owner greeted me as I walked in and was very helpful in helping me to find a great toddler shirt for my son. I was surprised how hard it was to find a toddler shirt in the area, but this store had both a decent variety as well as cute options. I left very pleased with my purchase and my son wears his Seattle shirt as often as he can! I highly recommend this store.

yvonne sanchez: My friend and I found many cute souvenirs. They have cute beanies, gloves, toys ect... When visiting Seattle I will definitely stop here

Dulce Escutia: Thank you for helping us pick out some sensory toys for my nephew!

ABC: The shop assistants are very interesting and friendly. ^^

AV Goodsell: Really cute shop with a fantastic selection of high end kids clothing and toys. I haven't been in years and was surprised. My kids didn't want to leave. Take them here if you want to go for nice treat! Also impressed by their selection of sparkly outfits and kids raingear

Lauren L: The CUTEST Kids Store!! Soo many cute clothes ans a whole wall of great books! The Bear up on the wall outside even blows bubbles! Their moving clocks are super adorable and come in all themes! They even have a large variety of rock and hip hop tees. Highly Recommend and definitely worth a stop!

Karen Kohfeld: When your family puts in a last minute request for you to return from holiday with Seattle chocolate...this place doesn't disappoint. They also sell children's clothing. And the owner is friendly.

Alicia WalkerMayo: Very cute and stylish. Very helpful too ❤️❤️❤️

Geneva Kramer: We absolutely adore this shop! The owner is always so helpful in finding sizes, colors, and matching pieces. There is a lovely variety and everything is in style/current. Now that we’re out of state the owner still takes time to send pictures when I need something for my children, find outfits, and ships quickly and well packaged. Everything always fits because she knows her brands sizing so well! The brands she picks & chooses are quality, in demand, and always the best. Cannot wait to visit again - if they had an adult store I’d visit as much as possible for myself, too!

J M (Mycroft): Vintage band shirts for kids and lots of other super cute stuff

Brittany Erickson: We love this store! They carry some of our favorite harder to find brands of kid clothes, and we stop in every time we are in town. I recently placed an order for shipping to AZ, and ran into an inventory issue. Barbara was quick to jump in and spent a lot of time helping sort it out. We are customers for life!

Ly Nguyen: Nice little children's store. The owner is super nice.

Sneaker City: what do users think?

Brian Fuller: Great store and it's going to close. That bites . Too much theft and climbing rates

Paris Phillips: Great exotic shoes .. hopefully they got your size other than that my go-to place for kicks.. heard they're leaving the downtown location too bad still my go-to place hope they open up somewhere real soon

Bruce Prehn: Shock you want they will have it I highly recommended if you need a cool pair of socks they will have it

Shayla Benson: Best in TheTown!

Ramiro R: Nice shop, not a huge selection though. Prices seemed fair.

B: got to meet the youtubers themselves in person flying all the way from Texas and actually seeing shoes that were outstanding.

Ben Kordash: Some times they don't have a good assortment of sizes available for the popular shoes but this is always the first shoe store that I go to when I am in the market for a pair quality (Adidas, Puma, Nike, Saucony, New Balance, Jordan, Timbaland, and other "street wear" brands. Its all about what they have in stock on the day you pop in. This is a small family run business that is interested in pleasing their customers. Take a few moments to introduce yourself if you have purchased more than one or two pairs of shoes from them. Be nice and kind, and thankful. They just might ask what you like and set something aside for you next time. I always tell tourists to go here if they ask where a good shoe store is.

Hey Jessie !!!: Still one of my favorite kicks shop

Tawnya Burkart: Still providing services curbside.
