Ashley Millican: I’ve been seeing Dr. Carkin for 15 years or something like that. I’ve never had any other doctor sit with me for close to an hour and really listen to me. I know I’m a slight hypochondriac and over share about everything I’m experiencing but Dr. Carkin always listens intently and offers steps to move forward. I’ve always wished she could be my GP and I’m already sad thinking about how she will one day decide to retire. She is the best doctor I’ve ever had the privilege of seeing. Myla is the other shining star of the clinic. Myla will make you smile within two minutes of meeting her and she is always so positive and optimistic. Myla was there to train me on giving myself shots and helped determine a good course of action when I have flare ups. Having RA is hard, draining, and at times a very depressing condition but both Dr Carkin and Myla have made my life enjoyable again and I know I am in good hands with them. There is nothing more you could ask for from a doctors office.
Diana Woodin: Dr. Philip Moberg was my doctor for years. He treated me with respect and never rushed me. He got my RA under control and was always so kind. I loved his staff too. Becky in the infusion room was very kind too. I moved to La Quinta and have been so unhappy with my RA care ever since. My current doctor is very arrogant and treats me with what feels like contempt. It really makes me miss Dr. Moberg even more. He is a rare doctor! The whole practice should be treasured! If this is your doctor, appreciate him!

He recommended I see Heidi Turner, a dietician in his office. She treated me for SIBO and has me on a low starch, no sugar diet. He also recommended massage therapy once a week and I am seeing Daniel Olson at Experience Momentum in Lynnwood. Rhonda Knuckey: There are many aspects of Dr. Lee and her staff I appreciate but what stands out the most is the time Dr. Lee takes to listen. I have had more medical issues than most people experience, unfortunately. The treatments left my body, mind and spirit broken and shutting down. Trying to get a primary care provider to listen to me began to feel impossible. For as many times as I tried to explain not being able to sleep or being in pain, I felt ignored. I decided to seek Naturopathic medicine after not getting answers about symptoms I was experiencing. Dr. Lee had me fill out a questionnaire but then spent an hour listening to me describe what I was experiencing. At the end, she gave me suggestions and information to help me decide on my next steps. Every appointment starts with time to talk about progress and discuss options. Thach Huynh: Hi, let me start off by saying what a pleasure it was being treated by Dr. Diane Lee. Not only is she very professional but also very personable. Unlike most modern day Doctors who just want to prescribe you pharmaceuticals she got to the root of my problem.I suffered from ulcerative colitis. For a year my IBS specialist just went through the text book prescribing me one pill after another. After a long 12 months of pills on top of pills I felt deflated as nothing would help keep me in remission longer than 4-5 weeks. I then was referred to Dr. Diane Lee through a long time friend and I can now say that I have been in remission for 5 months now.Her methods of rebuilding rather than masking the problem has yielded great results for me. Through supplements, diet and knowledge I am now loving life again.A simple review cannot measure the amount of appreciation that I have for what she has done for me. I am forever grateful.

Cam Tu: I’ve went to many different Doctors for my GI issues. I was on many meds including protonix and omeprazole twice a day with no relief. Emily Hickey: I have seen Dr. Lee for two office visits so far and in those two visits she has been way more helpful than any other doctor I have seen. She had me get my blood work done right away and has helped form a plan for me to see if I am seeing improvement. Part of my problem is my stress level and in the past other doctors have said “oh, you are just stressed” and done nothing. Dr. Lee actually is helping me and listening to what I am saying. Dona Rozanski: After suffering with horrendous gut issues that were unresolved after various doctor visits over the course of several years, I turned to Dr. Diane Lee for help based on her online information regarding her understanding and treatment of histamine intolerance — the one thing I knew for sure that was wrong, although I knew there had to be more. I went to her with the hope that she maybe held the key to the solutions to my problems somewhere within her digestion knowledge, and I wasn’t disappointed. My digestion was so messed up that I was nauseated most of the time, unable to eat very much at any time, and was rapidly losing weight. Other problems were surfacing as a result, and so it was in desperation that I arrived at her office. She first did a minor test after asking many pertinent questions, and then immediately put me on a program that almost instantly started making me feel better. Although it took a few months of hard work to climb out of digestive hell, with her help, I am so much better that I can hardly believe now how badly I was before I saw her. In the meantime she is also helping me with some other nagging health problems as well. I like to tell everyone, “She saved my life.”

Chloe Alethia: I have been seeing Dr. Lee weekly since early 2018 for fatigue and pain management. Before seeing Dr. Lee my average daily pain levels were roughly an 8 and now they are currently averaging about a 4-5. For pain management, Dr. Lee has performed acupuncture, trigger point injections and cupping. At the beginning of each visit she spends time to follow up on previous visits and listen to new concerns. Not only is Dr. Lee excellent at performing these treatments but she is extremely good at listening, explaining her concerns and educating her patients. I highly recommend her.

Sheri Medley: I barely walked in, needing a second opinion regarding my ankle injury. I was in severe pain and needed help. I was absolutely blown away by the wonderful attention and care I received from the entire staff. Doctor is wonderful. He listened closely, handled my foot and ankle with care, did an ultrasound right there in the room and pointed out to me what he was seeing, what was going on inside my ankle and what his plan was for treatment. He was excited and involved and interacted with me regarding my care plan. He was thorough, very gentle with my injury, and spent weeks following up with a progression of therapies to get me to walk normally again. Dave Ahlers: I have been to Dr. Kuzel for two different injuries - once for a sprained ankle and once for a jammed, arthritic toe. For both injuries, I was in multiple times to have the injury assessed, treated, and reassessed. Dr. Kuzel was thorough in his assessment, clear in his explanations, and conservative in his treatment. His ankle treatment included a boot, wrapping, and physical therapy referral. I'm still dealing with the toe issue, and saw a negative review from another client, so felt motivated to offer a contrasting experience. I highly recommend him to anyone with foot/ankle problems.

Was told too young at first then was told overweight . I kept searching and found Dr. Crutcher. He knew it needed to be replaced and could see my pain . Worked on A1C and getting all the clearances fro surgery . First time up to bathroom had no more pain , just only the burning on outside from surgery which you have to just ice ice ice . Didn't even need pain meds . I am so thankful has given me my life back!

The building itself has almost everything you need right there, so no need to go elsewhere for x-rays, physical therapy, dentistry, etc. Everyone has been very helpful and able to answer any questions you have. April Alexander: I had an absolutely amazing experience with PNW fertility. I froze my eggs here in 2017 and both Dr Lamb and Dr Shahine took amazing care of me. Some of my early testing had disappointing results and Dr Shahine walked me through them and maintained positivity without giving me a false sense of hope. She has an amazing ability to deliver difficult news with empathy and maintain optimism. Given my AMH levels, I think I ended up with excellent results after 4 rounds of freezing.

David Picard: I have been using PacMed Northgate for 15 years. I began seeing Teri Wolber, A.R.N.P., and continued with her for 10 years, until she retired. Excellent medical services and responsiveness. I then began seeing Dr. Elizabeth Ware and have had excellent care from her, as well.You can generally make appointments on-line via MyChart, as well as ask questions and get timely responses. In addition to the medical staff, I've also had a few surgical/hospital needs and have also had good experiences with the hospital care. I recommend PacMed Center Northgate without reservation.
Shannon Adams: I have been using PacMed Northgate for 8 years since moving nearby. The facility is older and lacks ambience but I have found the doctors and nursing staff excellent, service quick, appointments available when I need them and good follow-up. Dr Ware and Dr Fox are particularly strong providers and highly recommended if you like the facts and collaborate in your care.

Kevin Schafer: This past year I received a diagnosis of prostate cancer and started looking for a Seattle surgeon to perform a Robotic Prostatectomy. I did considerable research on different urologists in the city - of which there are many. Then, however, my primary doctor revealed to me that he had undergone the procedure himself and highly recommended HIS surgeon - Dr. Joel Lilly. From our first meeting, through surgery, and now almost a year of follow-up, I have found Dr. Lilly to be warm, engaging, and utterly professional. The surgery went well, and now a year later, I have no sign of cancer. I have no hesitation in recommending him highly for this surgery - or other urological issues.

Colin Morrow: Was understandably a bit nervous heading into this, but they were fantastic at explaining the procedure, what to expect, and basically getting me at ease. A few moments of discomfort during the procedure, but they did an amazing job and I had zero issues post op.

Michelle Wong-Lau: Why the one stars? I received excellent care from the GI medical team for my colonoscopy today. They were professional, efficient with great bedside manners. Nursing staff and Dr. Isle completed the procedure within an hour of checking in. What more could I ask for? 10/10!
Anna Chen: I transferred to Pacific Medical Center First Hill the last quarter of 2022 and couldn't be happier. The care I've received from my PCP, Dr Miriam Kennelly and several specialists in the practice has been absolutely exceptional. And that's not all, the receptionists, nurses, lab techs ... so kind, caring, patient, dedicated professionals... the lot! I feel lucky to be under the care of such a wonderful team!

The staff are fast but patient and thorough, and always respectful. -1 star from a bad experience with a young phlebotomist who failed to draw my blood repeatedly one day, but that's my only negative experience.
