Azarah Gillis: My son’s illness is complex, and in the beginning of trying to figure it out, it soon became a plethora of different providers, each with their own specialized lens practice and best route of care. After a few months of this, and my son continuing to get worse instead of better, I realized my son’s treatment team needed a ‘Specialist of Specialist.’ I had worked with Dr. Joshua Bess before in a professional capacity, and I had never forgotten the care he showed for his patients; and so, when I reached out about my son to his office, and Dr. Bess recommended Dr. Adams, based off of what I had shared, I had no problem trust falling into it. And Dr. Adams has indeed been that ‘one ring to bind them’—but in a good way! He has done an incredible job of looking at the complexity of my son’s medical history, the opinions of current providers and their treatment options; and through his own in-depth evaluation, constructed a much better comprehensive understanding of what was taking place. Since having Dr. Adams come on board, the care provided by other professionals has been in better concert to the bigger picture of my son’s health. I am deeply grateful for the work Dr. Adams has done with my son, his keen focus on family integrated care, as well as the follow-up care he has and continues to provide.

Tony: Pre op nurse Deadre got me ready and post op nurse Vanessa took care of me after the surgery. My anesthesiologist was Dr. Evelyn Lindenthaler. If you are able to request an anesthesiologist, you need to get her. She was beyond perfect.
Blade Olson: I love this center. I have quite a severe phobia of needles and the nurses and anesthesiologist were so kind and made me feel at ease. The procedure was a bit complicated and took longer than usual due to the amazing diligence of my doctor. Thank you

kaleokalani19: Arriving at my scheduled time I was promptly met by the receptionists. They greeted me proffessionaly, with a smile. I registered then was met by surgical staff, anesthetist, nurse, and surgeon, everyone explaining the process, all very friendly and informative. Surgery was quick and uneventful. I woke in recovery to a friendly and engaged staff. It was busy, but rotated smoothly. My 2 nurses were friendly and very helpful making time go much easier. This is my second surgery here and I would come here again if I needed another surgery.

heidi kyle kuttler: Can't speak highly enough about my wonderful experience at the Seattle Surgery Center. Everyone from the front desk staff to my recovery room nurses were so friendly and helpful. I was happy to meet with my surgeon Dr Wilcox prior to my operation as well as my anesthesologist who would care for me during surgery. I walked into the surgery center very nervous about my operation but within minutes was at ease and comfortable with my care. They have such a smooth running operation at the Seattle surgery center, I was out of the there by my estimated time and my husband said he was well informed throughout the process on how I was doing. I hope to never have surgery again but if I do I will be happy to have it here. The care I received from both Dr Wilcox and the staff at the surgery was the best around. Thanks again to everyone that assisted me on my day of surgery, your smiles and kind words helped more than you will ever know!!

Larry Nafziger: During this past January & February of 2022 I went through the SCCA Proton Radiation Treatment for prostate cancer. I had learned that this was a successful and quality treatment for prostate cancer and decided to spend 6 weeks in Seattle to do this. This is an amazing treatment for several kinds of cancer with very good results. For me, the best part of this experience was the people at the Proton Center. The atmosphere at this facility was different than any medical center I have ever been to. Every day it was a pleasure too walk in the front door and be greeted by Jessica, Ian, Colton or Annie. They always greeted with a smile and were the perfect people to provide the encouragement needed for the patients as they came in for their treatments. The radiation therapists that I met with for each treatment were amazing people. Nicole, Aja, Trang, Cliff & Katelyn were the primary therapists I saw each day. They were always kind, compassionate and professional. Their experience was evident and I had much confidence in them. They were the best!Likewise, the nursing staff was excellent. During the 6 weeks I met with Sami, Steve, Micah & Sita. What a special group of caring professionals.It is a privilege to have Dr. Jonathan Chen as my doctor. He is very knowledgeable about the proton treatment for prostate cancer and his manner and care is at the top of the chart!I am very grateful to have been able too have this special proton treatment and believe it has been the best option for me. Because of this great group of dedicated and caring people, I believe some extra days have been aded to my life.The most difficult part of this treatment was saying good-bye to everyone on the last day.Thank you so much for making this such a positive and healing experience!Larry Nafziger
Paul Dombrain: I don't think I need to tell you how terrifying it is to get a cancer diagnosis. Then, to learn that part of your treatment will be getting radiation treatments. I really was shook to my core. The staff here that with me and explain the process. Gave me a folder with all the information about the treatment and the side effects and what to expect in the weeks to come. By my second visit they all need me by name. They were so friendly, empathetic and their professional and calm demeanor really put me at ease. You can tell these people are professionals and you can tell they really care. Rebekah Murray: and the two security guards at the parking garage helped me and my husband directed us to the elevators.For public transportation it was pretty clean too. Lots of parking- we did go on a Monday in the morning so I’m sure that contributed to that.The people at the customer service desk were awesome too- I had moved between receiving the paperwork from my doctor and being able to submit it, and they let me change my address which I didn’t expect.Super great experience.

Toni Lea Curry: Hands down the best optometrist I've ever been to. She listens, asks the right questions, and is respectful of patient's needs. Sure, glasses cost money, but great eye care is priceless.

TIMOTHY Kirol: My wife and I both see Dr. Hua and have NEVER had a bad experience. Everyone in the office is friendly, courteous and all 'round great. Our glasses have never taken much more than a week to get back from the manufacturer , our appointments are always promptly and we have been able to schedule both of our appointments back to back so that we don't have to make 2 trips. We always refer friends and neighbors to the clinic and have only heard good feedback. We appreciate the time and attention while in the office, and will probably stay with them for as long as we are able.
Jacob Cafferty: Service is keyAt each step they took care of my needs. Appointment setting was easy. Text message reminders. Thorough and unrushed exam. Suggested great option for contacts and had extra samples when I forgot which ones I liked. They handled a snafu by the frame manufacturer by offering a substitute frame during the interim. When I arrived at closing on Friday to swap them out they welcomed me and didn't make me feel like I was and inconvenience but rather another opportunity to provide exemplary service. They are all the way across town from where I work and 25 miles from home but I will go out of my way to return.
Clarissa Dusciuc: Excellent, conscientious service. I like how they didn't try to sell me a new pair of glasses even though my glasses were kinda broken, and the prescription was slightly increased, and my insurance coverage is great. I did get new glasses for all those reasons, and they are the best I've ever had.
Wan-Yee Kuo: I agree with all the other reviewers that the staff are friendly and are full of positive energy. Dr. Hua is always very thorough with her exam and will explain things patiently and clearly. I really appreciate those qualities.
James Ward II: Leah is amazing! She is so genuine when it comes to what your needs are as a customer. When I'm shopping for glasses, she takes all the time that I need to make a decision and help me with the best fit. Additionally, my eyeglasses temple-arm broke and my warranty had expired. Leah went above and beyond to help my find a replacement part for my eyeglasses. Her personality is inspiring and her service to her customers is outstanding!

Leslie Milligan: Arrived at 10am on Thursday. The waiting room was busy, but not overly crowded. My wait was about 2 hours without an appointment. People with appointments were in and out very quickly, so clearly that was the way to do it. I was so impressed with the men working in the reception area. They treated everyone politely, with respect and kept everything moving well. No one was yelled at, no chaos, all conversations were conducted at normal speaking levels. Bravo to the government employees working there today and every day.
HJ Bo: Pleasant visit, security officers in both the lobby and the administration office were very diligent and helpful. Very professional!! Thanks officers!

David Bevers: I've had this dispatch health landmark hills care come out to my home, they took very good care of me, as well as a friend, beats waiting in the ER, at least if you're waiting and you're waiting on them in your own phone so You're comfortable, they send the prescription if needed right to the pharmacy of your choice, I went and picked it up, on my way back to Good health. And they also are going to do a chest x-ray which is being ready to be done in a matter of minutes, I am so pleased with this company. The people are respectful thoughtful and caring
Deb Hunt: I wasn't feeling very well, couldn't get an appointment any where. I called Landmark Health and they had a nurse at my doorstep within 65 minutes, of course I've used them before and new they would take care of me. Two days later and I already feel better. Thanks Landmark!
