Cat V: Always 5 stars for container store. This is a huge place with anything container related you could possibly need. They have a million storage solutions but office organization supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. prices are pretty steep but you’ll never feel more organized. Also they have a bathroom here that you don’t need a code for. Never super crowded, even on weekends, so checkout moves quickly.
Connor Poske: and asked if I could come by. Tiffany answered. She asked what pieces needed cutting and how much length to cut off. I then drove to the store and arrived at 6:50PM. I saw Tiffany helping other customers. I sort of stood there awkwardly because I didn't know what to do. Tiffany actually came up to me and said "Are you the one that needed the cuts? 29 inches, right"? She actually remembered the length without me reminding her. She took the pieces in the back, emerged 5 minutes later, and handed me my cut pieces which are now hanging beautifully in the garage.This experience was notable for a few reasons:-Easy to get a hold of an actual person at the physical store quickly-Fast and competent customer service w/no questions asked-Tiffany willing to go the extra mile despite being at closing time-Stressful situation turned into a problem quickly solvedThank you!

mark hetrick: I had an issue with binding mounting recently that was enough to be very noticeable. After a few phone calls and of three times sending me to someone else who could supposedly help I just went to the store in Seattle. I live 3 hrs away including a ferry ride, so not a trivial trip. I’m happy to say EVO made it right and gave me a new off the rack same pair of skiis and mounted properly. So a bit of a runaround but fully satisfied with the solution! Great guys in the shop!!!!

Gary H Y Zhu: First of all the store is amazing, that’s been established already. Definitely worth a visit even as a tourist spot. But today I was touched by the amazing customer service I received. Honestly still kind of emotional.I was looking for a hiking boot for the weekend but came really late. Like 2 minutes before they close late. I was really just browsing and didn’t expect much but a sales rep approached us and took so much time and care measuring my feet, giving me hiking socks to try, and letting me try some shoes. In the end it took about 15 minutes, but I just felt so appreciative. Honestly this is what makes REI the best. If the rep ever sees this, it’s a dude, thank you again!!

Bradley Scarp: My 6-7 year old Dell laptop would not power up, at all, suddenly, and none of the numerous online advice or recommended remedial steps were of any use. The guy at GoEBITS on the Ave listened carefully to my description, asked questions, made no promises, took my laptop and charged me the diagnostic fee. He said they’d get back to me within two days - which they did. Fairly extensive corrosion: cleaning and soldering after repowering through a secondary source; all data preserved. About $200 worth of work - inexpensive for a big headache. Thanks, fellas.

Anxiously, I dropped them off with GoEBITS, and for three days they diligently and carefully worked on them for hours. I could call them and someone would always answer the phone and follow up with the technicians.Jesper, the owner, called me when some of the data was starting to appear, and kept me updated each day after that. Then, he called with the great news that they were able to save all the data in the drives and format it correctly. He was so happy and proud, and I was so relieved. Everything about the experience was organized, prompt, and professional.I learned that Jesper has owned GoEBITS for twenty years, and they work with UW, Fred Hutch, and major local businesses for their computer problems. Brandon Hunter: Small, but extremely helpful staff. Very willing to go above and beyond to truly help customers. It's rare to find businesses that actually care more about their customers than they do the almighty dollar. Support shops like this and keep them around. If you don't, you'll be left with giant corps that don't really need you.

PK Hogle: It was great to find a place that works on Apple products that are obsolete to Apple but still work just fine. In my case though, I do have a 13 yr old laptop that died and Apple wouldn't help. I had pictures from two big family events on it and some old family recipes. GoEBITS was able to recover the entire hard drive, yay!!!

Liam Watson: seemed like the place for what I had in mind, and so I checked it out. It was 110% worth it, and I can confidently say it was the best clothing shopping related experience I’ve ever had. I went in and chatted to who was either the manager or an employee there, to be honest I wasn’t really sure, but I explained what I was looking for and got ready to go try them on. Before that though, he offered to let me try on some other items I was looking at. Given the inventory here being quite high end and priced accordingly, I explained that I couldn’t really afford to spend much more than what the jeans cost, and regardless, he offered to let me try on multiple t shirts and jackets to see how the jeans looked with other pieces. He was so incredibly helpful and let me try on some gorgeous Kapital jackets with the jeans and it made for a very pleasant afternoon. I ended up getting the jeans and they are breaking in very well. Whoever was in the brown v neck sweater and baggy black slacks on Friday afternoon, if you happen to read this, thank you again, you rock and so does Glasswing.

Without it I can die, literally.Brought the phone into the Capitol Hill location and explained the situation. Tony said no problem, and did a rush screen replacement while I waited in the parking lot. It was a very positive experiences and a much smoother experience than going to the Apple Store.I recommend GoEBITS!

Miwa Fukumoto: The Red Ballon Company has such a variety of balloons and they did a great job with selection and delivery. I needed the balloons to stay up for a couple of days prior to the event and they added higher helium that made the balloons stay up for longer days. Neil helped me in the store to pick out some balloons and made them into this lovely cascade bouquet to not take up too much space of the view. They had a wonderful delivery service as well since all those balloons would have not fit in my car! Will be working with them again in the future!

Lyndon Shi: A good variety of shoes, including minimalist and zero-drop ones. The owner/manager is very nice and so helpful; he brought out 5-6 different models for us to try and explained the differences between them. Other customers received the same level of care and attention too!

Megan Toups: Someone at Super Jock and Jill in Redmond recommended this shop to me as they were out of my size in all the styles I was interested in trying. I went to their website and saw that they carried every style of every brand of shoe I was interested in. I was very excited to go in and actually get to try everything and compare shoes better. I've been searching for the right pair of shoes for hiking for several years, but I've found it hard to find what works best for my feet and the issues I have. I really loved the selection of shoes this shop has. I got plenty of help and the man helping me had answers for all my questions and was patient with me while I tried on probably 8-10 pairs of shoes. I won't be going to any other place for shoes after my experience with this place. Thank you guys so much for having an awesome selection and super knowledgeable staff.

Carol Brown: Micah went above and beyond for a special made nightstand we had ordered. It took longer than expected with delays. We were unable to fit the nightstand in our vehicle when it was ready for pickup. With no hesitation Micah offered to deliver it…Wow that is a rare gesture nowadays it seems. Heejin Hwang: I went there right after it opened at 11 and there weren't many people. The staff is friendly and it is an atmosphere where you can freely look around without being noticed at all.
Abigail Saleniuc: Great place for a fun girls trip shopping trip. But it is only worth it if you’re in the area, they offer the same exact products online.Their parking is back in only and very busy most of the day, was lucky enough to find a spot right outside their door after about 10-15 min waiting.Was a fun experience and they have a beautiful store. Also the “shopping” experience is fun, order with one of the associates and get to pick up your goods in a little bag when they’re ready. I went during the Friends of Glossier sale so everything was 20% off💄🎀

Clara Brown: Juan is absolutely amazing! He's one of those stylists where I feel comfortable getting in his chair and trusting his judgment completely. As a person, he is incredibly kind, intelligent and community-oriented. He is now our family stylist and I would never go anywhere else!

Sarah Mabrouk: I recently got a Keratin Complex treatment from Lucy and 10/10 I would recommend. I have very curly and frizzy hair and the treatments I have gotten in the past did virtually nothing for me. After this one my hair is so smooth and shiny, and it has taken my curl and frizz down a lot making it so much more manageable and reducing my drying time by about 50%. If you are on the fence about which treatment to try I highly recommend the keratin complex if you want to reduce your curl and/or frizz.Also have to mention the salon is absolutely beautiful and the staff is all so friendly and welcoming, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience as smoothing treatments can take a long time.Thanks Lucy and Glam & Tonics staff!
