Neko Ramsay: A bit of a tight fit in a rather small shopping complex, this store is a riot of color and products ranging from jewelry to kids first perfume and accessories.I can't express how impressed I was by the staff though. In spite of a hoard of little girls running around the store causing chaos and a shopper in front of me who had to split her purchase across about 4 gift cards, I never got the impression that the clerk would want to be literally any place else but her job which is what 90% of people would.A nice, if petite, Claire's.

Jennie Cowan: Karen at Claire’s in Seattle assisted my daughter in getting her ears pierced. Karen was kind, friendly and gentle. She was a great balance of selling Claire’s products while showing care and interest with my daughter’s style. Karen was so good I tried to leave her a tip but they don’t accept tips. Karen seemed to enjoy her job and take pride in it. Her co-worker Jenny was also very helpful. I highly recommend this store for ear piercing!

Jason Wise: I ordered some bandanas from Revival Shop Seattle. They were the only folks I could find who had specifically what I was looking for. I wanted something made in America from 100% natural cotton and in a very specific pattern, and Revival had just that at very competitive prices. I should also add that I made my order after store hours.The very next day, as soon as they opened, I received an email from the owner herself. She reached out to apologize and explain that an item that was listed in stock at a certain quantity was only available in a lesser quantity. I bought multiples of this item, mind you.The owner made every effort to ensure I was informed of the situation and to make it right. She offered me solutions, up to and including a full refund right then and there, and sincerely asked how we could move forward in the best manner for me, the customer.We got everything straight with a couple emails and my items were headed my way that very same day. They arrived promptly and were packaged with class and care.I gave Revival a shot and I am very glad I did. They are focused on customer service and run their business with integrity and a helpful attitude. They even tossed in a cool sticker for my locker at work, which I greatly appreciate. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant buying experience and will gladly buy from them again.

Honestly still kind of emotional.I was looking for a hiking boot for the weekend but came really late. Like 2 minutes before they close late. I was really just browsing and didn’t expect much but a sales rep approached us and took so much time and care measuring my feet, giving me hiking socks to try, and letting me try some shoes. In the end it took about 15 minutes, but I just felt so appreciative. Honestly this is what makes REI the best. If the rep ever sees this, it’s a dude, thank you again!!

However, after eyeing a certain necklace for several weeks I decided to come into the boutique to check it out in person.First off, I felt that the precautions for Covid-19 were done well. A sign on the front requested that I checked into a waitlist and since no one else was in line at the time, I didn't have to wait long. Before entering, my temperature was checked and I was given hand sanitizer to use.Once in, Blake was extremely friendly and helpful in finding what I wanted. He made me feel like I was shopping with a friend, rather than a stranger, and I appreciated this a lot. I would definitely recommend him and this boutique to anyone shopping for Gucci, and I would be excited to come back again.

I showed him my screen shot, He went to the back room to check and the rest is history! I got my gorgeous scarf and can't wait to rock it.I recommend this location. Margot Winters: First off I have to say, moving to Seattle just before Covid has been an absolute pain. My Gucci store back home was the best, and I was eager to experience Gucci in the flagship Nordstrom. I was lucky enough to meet Blake the day I walked into the store. He was such a gem to work with. I felt completely cared for and everything Blake showed me was exactly my style. My first time there was just to browse, but then Covid happened and I was unable to get into the store. Blake texted me throughout the closure to check in on me and my partner and to send over some things he thought I would like. It was a huge deal that he took the time to reach out even though I hadn't made a purchase yet. Now that the store is back open I can't wait to get in and get that 1955 horsebit top handle bag I've been eyeing for months.

david stephens: While Nordstroms may have some of the same higher end men’s brands, Marios is the best store for men’s clothes in the Northwest for the simple reason that they sweat the details.They carry the best quality stuff that has timeless style. And they provide friendly and highly personalized customer service. I have trusted the advice of their manager Bernardo Cozza from when he managed men’s clothes at Barcelino to Neiman Marcus and followed him to Mario’s. Zoe, their sales associate, is very knowledgeable intelligent and has great energy. That’s true of the whole staff in the store.

Liam Watson: seemed like the place for what I had in mind, and so I checked it out. It was 110% worth it, and I can confidently say it was the best clothing shopping related experience I’ve ever had. I went in and chatted to who was either the manager or an employee there, to be honest I wasn’t really sure, but I explained what I was looking for and got ready to go try them on. Before that though, he offered to let me try on some other items I was looking at. Given the inventory here being quite high end and priced accordingly, I explained that I couldn’t really afford to spend much more than what the jeans cost, and regardless, he offered to let me try on multiple t shirts and jackets to see how the jeans looked with other pieces. He was so incredibly helpful and let me try on some gorgeous Kapital jackets with the jeans and it made for a very pleasant afternoon. I ended up getting the jeans and they are breaking in very well. Whoever was in the brown v neck sweater and baggy black slacks on Friday afternoon, if you happen to read this, thank you again, you rock and so does Glasswing.

Kendra Rocha: This is hands down the best place in Seattle for alternative and goth clothing. The selection is great, and they've expanding upstairs to the Cramp and the little shop in the corner upstairs that has some fun festival wear, and niche outfits. I will say it's a little cramped in the stores as far as space goes because they have SO MANY clothes, but I'd prefer that over not a big enough selection. The employees are great and will help you find any fit that you're looking for. They really have everything, clothing, home goods/decorations, accessories, shoes. If you're alternative/punk/grunge/goth in Seattle, this is the store for you!

Yogi Donovan: Excellent place for the local minded shopper. A bit more off the beaten path than its Capitol Hill cousin, this particular spot has the goods on clever art work and unique gifts. Think of Spencer’s for when you lived in the suburbs but now you live in the city unironically. Finally, the staff here seems to be willing to share in on any jokes or humor you may have about your lifestyle in Seattle and there are a few hidden jokes amongst the stores inventory itself. Defnitely recommend a visit during a Sunday farmers market!
