I was able to find the kit without any issues. All the aisles were well marked and there were plenty of employees available should I have needed to ask for assistance. I went midmorning in a weekday. Parking was not an issue and going through the self checkout was quick and easy.

He got it powered correctly and then did a full new install on the downstairs unit as well. And he was pleasant and professional. We’ve used Glendale Heating before for troubleshooting a freezing line and they were good, but Nest can be tricky and Max was great.

They have been able to fix things quickly, diagnose problems quickly, or suggest other reputable specialists to fix our problem quickly. Richard Middlebrook: They came when they said they would, they checked out my furnace and replaced a leaky valve. Very professional and good service. They also changed my filter, after offering that I could do it myself and save a little money.

Vantage Adventures: The courteous and knowledgeable service I received from Adam on the phone was second to none. I needed a thermostat for my Vitrifrigo fridge/freezer and he was able to find it and get it to me in a very timely manner, and give me updates of the status whenever I inquired about it.I have the part and I have it installed and I still haven’t heard back from a large marine supplier in Richmond, BC. Don Hennick: When I say 5 stars I mean it. Holding that fith is reserved for above and beyond. I'm afraid that old scool shops are rapidly vanishing in the dim light of the internet of things where when something snaps you turn to the search bar on line and wait for brown to drop it on your porch. The right to repair movement admittedly is a hopeful beacon in the political fog. This year in particular has been tied in knots finding help with tune ups. Everything is in catch up mode as the turtle decides whether it's ok to poke their head out yet catching a mask on a lobe of it's shell. If its five you want its five you'll get dealing with Sure Marine.

I found a unit which was not the same vintage, nor the same output as my old one. On troubleshooting with their advise I was able to solve the problem, no parts needed. No sale, but great service, and i will both refer these guys and be back when I need parts too!
Sushi: I purchased a heater from them cost $750 and it did not come with any mounting bracket or hardware. The told me they sell a "kit" that comes with all of the extras for another $400. And the brackets are $7 each.The president of the company reached out to me and said they will send the brackets at no cost.
