Rob Hewitt: One of very few stores remaining on the streets of downtown Seattle. Lots of friendly staff. Was blown away that they had to take drastic measures for loss-prevention. They literally locked you in and escorted you out because theft is so rampant by the transients and tweakers.

Liam Watson: seemed like the place for what I had in mind, and so I checked it out. It was 110% worth it, and I can confidently say it was the best clothing shopping related experience I’ve ever had. I went in and chatted to who was either the manager or an employee there, to be honest I wasn’t really sure, but I explained what I was looking for and got ready to go try them on. Before that though, he offered to let me try on some other items I was looking at. Given the inventory here being quite high end and priced accordingly, I explained that I couldn’t really afford to spend much more than what the jeans cost, and regardless, he offered to let me try on multiple t shirts and jackets to see how the jeans looked with other pieces. He was so incredibly helpful and let me try on some gorgeous Kapital jackets with the jeans and it made for a very pleasant afternoon. I ended up getting the jeans and they are breaking in very well. Whoever was in the brown v neck sweater and baggy black slacks on Friday afternoon, if you happen to read this, thank you again, you rock and so does Glasswing.

Since I was liking the merchandise, she showed me this slouchy button-down top, perfect for casual-no-I-didn't-dress-for-you occasions. I wondered about flouncy skirts, but she said they didn't have them in-store at that time, but pulled some great ones up on their website, which I will certainly look into. I don't recall the other workers that basically waited on me while I was trying on things in the dressing room, but as I said, they were all willing to help. Free People has a top-notch crew at their Spokane store!

John Howard: Extremely happy with my first visit. Carlos was knowledgeable and friendly. Picked up an Oni Denim jacket in black/indigo, the likes of which I’ve never seen. Price was fair. Store is on par with my other favorites James Dant and BlackBlue.
John Voorhess: Despite having previously lived in Seattle for a decade, I've only recently shopped online with Blue Owl. My new jeans arrived yesterday perfectly hemmed. The measurements online are accurate. I'll definitely be ordering more in the future.
Chris Marroquin: the team at this store goes absolutely above and beyond in making you feel welcomed and helping you make the best possible purchase. It was so far beyond excellent customer service - kindness you don’t often run into. I can’t recommend this location enough.

Steve Midas: This is for the U-Village location.You'll need to drive around and walk into the shopping area, but the walk is worth it --- especially during the sales events.Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professionally helpful. They were intuitive, and the staff worked together to find the right fit!They carry clothing for both Men and Women but will have considerably more selections for women. The quality is very good for men's t-shirts.Women's jeans is where they shine. They can special order a pair if they don't have it in stock. They can also alter the hem, for the life of the jeans.They have discounts for those in the medical field and if you have a Madewell account. Also if you bring in a pair of jeans, they will credit you $50 and donate the jeans a non-profit.Midas 5-stars for the very collaborative staff and connection to the community service.

I was searching on YouTube to find the most comfortable and flattering jeans available on the market and many influencers talking about Madewell. So I had to come out and try them out.Honestly, their jeans are amazing, in terms of both fit and comfort. These are some high-quality jeans. Got some pairs during their sale for great prices. They have jeans in multiple sizes, styles, colors, lengths, curvy/regular/plus. So I am sure that you will find something that will fit you.The shop's decor is minimalist. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only small thing I didn't like is that I wish I had got more help when I was trying out and needed help in finding the right fit given that there are so many options.The store is in the university village, so plenty of parking is available.Highly recommend this place!
