Honestly still kind of emotional.I was looking for a hiking boot for the weekend but came really late. Like 2 minutes before they close late. I was really just browsing and didn’t expect much but a sales rep approached us and took so much time and care measuring my feet, giving me hiking socks to try, and letting me try some shoes. In the end it took about 15 minutes, but I just felt so appreciative. Honestly this is what makes REI the best. If the rep ever sees this, it’s a dude, thank you again!!

Kenji Inoue: I got my 10 year old rucksack #21 repaired here. They have a tailor on-site for alterations and repairs. They stand by their lifetime repair warranty, and their items are made to last. The staff is cheerful and helpful, and they have a good selection at the store! Worth a visit if you're in the area!

They assessed the damages and took them in no-questions-asked other than whether I'd like to pick them up in-store or have them shipped to my home.Excellent customer care and refreshing to have an outdoor brand that stands by their products as well as their image of sustainability where lesser brands have scapegoated "wear and tear" or "user error" to escape such services. The less mass in landfills the better.Will return as a customer. Hoping for bonuses & pay increases for all staff come review-time.

I’ve never left any questions unasked when I’m there and always leave knowing something more about the industry that I’d didn’t know before. From Connor, Jackson, Freddy, Daniel and Eli and so many more, throughout all interactions I’ve always felt like I was not only valued as a customer but as an equal as to someone who shares to that same appreciation of what an amazing company has become. I told them I was being cheap and black was the ideal and of course, most coveted of the colors for such an accessory, but this did not hinder their endurance. After a couple of misses, Elijah finds me the most perfect multi-wear waist pack. It had one solid strap which is adjustable in any way imaginable and oh, so minimal and sleek. It was so perfect, I could cry. I didn’t, but I could have.So, to my super hero Elijah, thank you so much for dealing with my indecisive, ADHD brain and helping me walk a way with the Nike Sportswear Rebel Crosdbory in black, of course. Emily Gipple: Great selection, easy to find what I needed, easy parking, good prices. It’s nice to just get the right things I’m looking for quickly in person, instead of wading through the million options on Amazon and unboxing the deliveries.
Osh Morethstorm: Fairly priced and bargain priced vegan items are plenty here.
Marcus Monaghan: This is the only retail store left in the area that treats people right. I’m there 15-20 times per month and customer service is always good. They are pleasant and willing to accept returns and honor price matches without any trouble.
Rathish Kumar Rajendran: One of my go-to stores is Target. It's always tidy and well-organized, and the staff is helpful if I can't find a product on the shelves. I appreciate the frequent email notifications about promotions and deals, and the wide range of products makes it easy to find what I need. I prefer using self-checkout at the end, which is quick and convenient, usually taking no more than 3 minutes. While the rewards program is moderate, overall, I highly recommend this store to my friends.
J N: Downtown Seattle Target has 2x underwear
Nick Hardwick: This Target somehow got better ever since the ones in the U District and Ballard closed. Sure some items are behind locked doors, but the store is well staffed and well stocked so you're not waiting for long. Plus it's now full of actual security who can keep the insides safe from the out, so I feel even more safe going than before. If this is how big retail stores are headed in this area, can't say I'm disappointed with the results here.
