Elizabeth Hardy: I was in Seattle and had to visit the flagship store. I also had my favorite salad. The Cilantro Line Chicken Salad in the Cafe is wonderful. It had been a while since I had been in a Nordstrom so it was a nice shopping visit.

Steve Midas: This is for the U-Village location.You'll need to drive around and walk into the shopping area, but the walk is worth it --- especially during the sales events.Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professionally helpful. They were intuitive, and the staff worked together to find the right fit!They carry clothing for both Men and Women but will have considerably more selections for women. The quality is very good for men's t-shirts.Women's jeans is where they shine. They can special order a pair if they don't have it in stock. They can also alter the hem, for the life of the jeans.They have discounts for those in the medical field and if you have a Madewell account. Also if you bring in a pair of jeans, they will credit you $50 and donate the jeans a non-profit.Midas 5-stars for the very collaborative staff and connection to the community service.

I was searching on YouTube to find the most comfortable and flattering jeans available on the market and many influencers talking about Madewell. So I had to come out and try them out.Honestly, their jeans are amazing, in terms of both fit and comfort. These are some high-quality jeans. Got some pairs during their sale for great prices. They have jeans in multiple sizes, styles, colors, lengths, curvy/regular/plus. So I am sure that you will find something that will fit you.The shop's decor is minimalist. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only small thing I didn't like is that I wish I had got more help when I was trying out and needed help in finding the right fit given that there are so many options.The store is in the university village, so plenty of parking is available.Highly recommend this place!

I was really just browsing and didn’t expect much but a sales rep approached us and took so much time and care measuring my feet, giving me hiking socks to try, and letting me try some shoes. However, after eyeing a certain necklace for several weeks I decided to come into the boutique to check it out in person.First off, I felt that the precautions for Covid-19 were done well. A sign on the front requested that I checked into a waitlist and since no one else was in line at the time, I didn't have to wait long. Before entering, my temperature was checked and I was given hand sanitizer to use.Once in, Blake was extremely friendly and helpful in finding what I wanted. He made me feel like I was shopping with a friend, rather than a stranger, and I appreciated this a lot. I would definitely recommend him and this boutique to anyone shopping for Gucci, and I would be excited to come back again.

I was eyeing this scarf from their new Fall collection and it hasn't been easy to find. When we approached the Gucci department, we were greeted by Ansel, with a temp check and sanitizer. I showed him my screen shot, He went to the back room to check and the rest is history! I got my gorgeous scarf and can't wait to rock it.I recommend this location. Great customer care and I felt safe and comfortable here, and made a new friend! I will be contacting Ansel for my future purchases.
Margot Winters: First off I have to say, moving to Seattle just before Covid has been an absolute pain. My Gucci store back home was the best, and I was eager to experience Gucci in the flagship Nordstrom. I was lucky enough to meet Blake the day I walked into the store. He was such a gem to work with. I felt completely cared for and everything Blake showed me was exactly my style. My first time there was just to browse, but then Covid happened and I was unable to get into the store. Blake texted me throughout the closure to check in on me and my partner and to send over some things he thought I would like. It was a huge deal that he took the time to reach out even though I hadn't made a purchase yet. Now that the store is back open I can't wait to get in and get that 1955 horsebit top handle bag I've been eyeing for months.
