Elizabeth Hardy: I was in Seattle and had to visit the flagship store. I also had my favorite salad. The Cilantro Line Chicken Salad in the Cafe is wonderful. It had been a while since I had been in a Nordstrom so it was a nice shopping visit.

She was super quick when grabbing my size options from the back, and communicated with her team when the LAST pair of a shoe in my size was playing hard to get in the stockroom. It was great to see the team members supporting each other when the shop had a steady amount of traffic soon after opening!I ended up getting three new pairs of shoes. I started breaking in a pair yesterday, and my feet are already feeling so much happier! When checking out, Danelle made sure to get my basic info to start tracking by purchase history. She also let me know that after getting 12 full-price items, I get 25% off! After chatting with me at the counter while bagging my shoes and tissue-paper-wrapped dress, Danelle gave me a very warm farewell.I likely would’ve been a repeat customer because of the clothes and shoes, but I will DEFINITELY be returning because of the wonderful experience I had with Danelle and the rest of the Market Street Shoes staff. I mentioned I recently accepted a new job offer and was in need of some more business casual attire, and Sherry asked if I would consider looking at any of the clothing they had in stock. I'll admit I was a bit skeptical- as a plus sized person, a lot of smaller shops and boutiques cater only to more petite or straight sizing. However! I was able to walk out not only with my new shoes, but some very flattering and very nicely fitting tops and sweaters I could wear to the new job. Marcus Monaghan: This is the only retail store left in the area that treats people right. I’m there 15-20 times per month and customer service is always good. They are pleasant and willing to accept returns and honor price matches without any trouble.
Rathish Kumar Rajendran: One of my go-to stores is Target. It's always tidy and well-organized, and the staff is helpful if I can't find a product on the shelves. I appreciate the frequent email notifications about promotions and deals, and the wide range of products makes it easy to find what I need. I prefer using self-checkout at the end, which is quick and convenient, usually taking no more than 3 minutes. While the rewards program is moderate, overall, I highly recommend this store to my friends.

Nick Hardwick: This Target somehow got better ever since the ones in the U District and Ballard closed. Sure some items are behind locked doors, but the store is well staffed and well stocked so you're not waiting for long. Plus it's now full of actual security who can keep the insides safe from the out, so I feel even more safe going than before. If this is how big retail stores are headed in this area, can't say I'm disappointed with the results here.

Jae Lee: I made like 4 returns/exchanges because I’m pretty indecisive and never shopped at Aldo before and they were super friendly. Unlike the one in Tacoma mall, they returned my unworn shoes without nitpicking the state of the brand new shoes. They also carry more sizes at the store compared to the one in Tacoma. If they don’t carry a certain size they will help you order them to your house so you get your shoes without having to pay the shipping fee. They never really brought that up at the Tacoma location. Michelle was such a sweetheart and she helped me with so much patience.

They even managed to squeeze my pants in for tailoring and my shirt in for ironing the literal day before the wedding. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough, I will be going here for all my semi-formal and formal clothing needs from now on. Someone give Aladdin a raise; I don’t know what he’s paid but he’s worth every single cent and probably much more.

Maria handled each task with remarkable speed and thoroughness. I couldn't have asked for a better experience - in fact, Maria's exceptional service is why I wanted to leave this review. Gurn Blanstein: I've never been shopping at the Men's Wearhouse before. But I needed to go to a memorial, and didn't have any proper clothes to wear. If I had gone to a department store it would have been taken forever to pick out what I wanted and to try everything on getting the right sizes and what not. Edward at the Men's Wearhouse at Northgate was excellent. He measured me and help me pick out some very nice clothes at an affordable price. It was an excellent experience. And if I ever need dress clothes again I will definitely go back to the men's warehouse
Grace Henneford: Went here this week with my boyfriend to upgrade his wardrobe a bit. The outside of the building is a little worn, but inside they had a lot of different options and sizes. Once we got a bit settled looking at everything we were assisted by Gabriel who was super knowledgable, showed us how to do a full knotted tie, transparent about what colors would look best, styling advice, and was super personable to talk with. I really appreciated in general the environment of it being laid back and approachable, there wasn't this sense of being rushed to get in or out, no pressure to buy what we touched, and no pressure to know what was what.

Walked-in today to browse some items on sale and everybody were respectful of my time to browse stuff alone after I mentioned, when I needed help several employees were more than happy to help me out and they were wonderful to talk too as well. I purchased several items today and I'll return for more in the future.

Silly Consumer: I recently had the Grand National shoe purchased for me in a 10. They felt fine in-store, but I came home and tried them on a little longer, only to feel that they were a tad too small. I came back a couple of days later and exchanged them for a 12. These shoes run small! The service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning to make my own purchase in the near future. I couldn’t believe how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. Highly recommend this brand!
Eric Brave: Anyone who owns Fluevogs knows how amazing they are! But the best part of shopping for Vogs is the experience! I have shopped in person at Seattle, Vancouver, and Denver and no matter where I am or where the shoes have to travel from, the customer service experience is always amazing!! My phone calls have always been answered with welcome tones and detailed answers! I’ve ordered so many pairs of shoes over the phone and every employee has been cool, knowledgeable, and kind! The culture at Fluevog is the best, and should be an example for any sales experience!!My most recent purchase was over the phone at the Seattle store last week. The Fluevologist helped me pick the correct size based on other shoes I had. The last pair in the country was in Manhattan and that store shipped them fast! I had them in under a week! Thank you so much for all the fantastic service through the years!
Quintin Kreth: The Seattle Fluevog store is one of their best. Fluevogs are excellent, hand-made shoes. Their boots were a big part of the grunge scene. This location is a smaller store, but they have a great selection and extremely helpful staff. I love shopping here whenever I'm in Seattle.

Nathan Haley: I’m giving these guys 5 stars because they’ll cut you custom shoelaces for cheaper than you can get knock-offs on Amazon, whereas other mall retailers will laugh you out the door. Hopefully I’m not the only pet owner who cares about this.
