Honestly still kind of emotional.I was looking for a hiking boot for the weekend but came really late. Like 2 minutes before they close late. I was really just browsing and didn’t expect much but a sales rep approached us and took so much time and care measuring my feet, giving me hiking socks to try, and letting me try some shoes. In the end it took about 15 minutes, but I just felt so appreciative. Honestly this is what makes REI the best. If the rep ever sees this, it’s a dude, thank you again!!

I wondered about flouncy skirts, but she said they didn't have them in-store at that time, but pulled some great ones up on their website, which I will certainly look into. I don't recall the other workers that basically waited on me while I was trying on things in the dressing room, but as I said, they were all willing to help. Free People has a top-notch crew at their Spokane store!

This Arc’teryx location is a direct reflection of that. Decades of hard work and pushing the boundaries of just how far innovation and cutting edge efforts can take us is what made Arc’teryx what it is today and why it is essentially the only brand I’ll put my money on when it really come down to it. With that said, every time I’ve come into this location over the many years of living in Seattle I’ve always been met with someone I felt was a perfect expression of that. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly friendly. I’ve never left any questions unasked when I’m there and always leave knowing something more about the industry that I’d didn’t know before. From Connor, Jackson, Freddy, Daniel and Eli and so many more, throughout all interactions I’ve always felt like I was not only valued as a customer but as an equal as to someone who shares to that same appreciation of what an amazing company has become. There’s been too many instances of employees going out of there way to resolve things on my behalf and with every time leaving me with the assurance of knowing my money is well spent. I could go on and on but to put it simply this is why I trust Arc’teryx with my money and will continue to do so. Amazing products backed by amazing employees. There’s really no reason for me to ever look elsewhere. Thanks guys, you are appreciated!

Herberth Osorio: After experiencing the space needle, we stopped by Nordstrom Rack, which is right at the Monorail station, and they had a good selection of items on sale. A couple of floors to look for a bargain.
