Kelly Schutz: I’m not “into” crystals and initially came in to Phantom Quartz to purchase a gift for a friend. But the shop was so pretty and the vibes so good that I’ll probably stop back in myself at some point! Really beautiful and thoughtful displays of different items, and I so appreciated that the staff were totally willing and enthusiastic to help if asked but also were polite about letting shoppers browse on their own without hovering. All the rocks and crystals are labeled with information about their particular powers / strengths and you get a copy of the info card for any that you purchase. I was also very impressed by the cute packaging that comes with a purchase - absolutely perfect for gift giving. I may have felt a little odd going into a shop like this because I don’t consider myself New Age-y or whatever else, but obviously I had preconceived notions and it was sort of fun to dispel those. This was a great experience that made me feel very comfortable looking around and admiring all the pretty things; I’d encourage anyone to stop in no matter your interests!

I love how this place is women-owned and all of the tarot decks are made by LGTBQ folks or women. Super impressed with this store and blessed that I get to live by this place.

There is also a signboard in front of the boutique so you can't miss it.The layout of the store is unusual, but I really like it. It seemed to make me feel calm when I was in that space. I was interested in tarot cards and asked the owner Sofia who was at the counter. She kindly answered my question. And I chose the one that I saw from the shelf where the tarot cards were placed. I was immediately surprised to find something I liked.Phantom Quartz carries a variety of curated metaphysical items including, ethically-sourced crystals and minerals, ritual candles, new and vintage books, zines, tarot cards and oracle decks, jewelry, essential oils, soaps, radical nail polish, greeting cards...etc.I would like you to come here and enjoy the healing and spiritual world. You will surely find something like me.
Dragon Migwyn: When a good friend of mine said a new little metaphysical shop had opened up near their house, I was like yeah yeah another crystal shop. But the moment I stepped into Phantom Quartz I was immediately impressed by the energy and aesthetics of the space. Sophia has done a tremendous job of making a beautiful, warm, and inviting atmosphere in a tiny footprint. The selection of crystals is thorough and well curated. Lots of aura quartzes and unusual shaped stones like skulls, mushrooms, and stars. Plus I was able to get some last minute ritual supplies I needed like spell candles and incense. Love it!

The younger guy working the library was such a bright lovely light and made my visit there so amazing. He was friendly and told me all the history of the shop as well gave me a brochure for the classes and workshops there are. Thomas Robb: An incredible bookstore for those seeking occult, esoteric, spiritual, buddhist, or other religious texts. Quest also stocks the most extensive collection of Tarot cards I've seen on the West Coast.For the initiated, invited, or curious, I would highly recommend a visit to their library.The Theosophical Society provides a wonderful space here, good work to all those involved.

Jess Davis: I stop by here on occasion to look for their varied selection of incense and oils, and the staff is incredibly kind and friendly every time. There is one man with long gray hair who occasionally works the cashier who's always a joy to talk to whenever I come in. I remember coming in wearing a NiGHTS Into Dreams shirt once and he was fascinated by it and asked who the character on it was. I'm going to miss this place when I leave.

Ophelia Li: Jim is a passionate individual and very knowledgeable about minerals and stones. He carries a great variety from specimen and jewelry. Being that I visit different crystal shops wherever I go, I don't think the price are outrageous especially when it's in such an iconic shopping center and a convenient location. At the end of the day each piece is one of a kind and you're the one to decide if it's worth it. I would highly recommend making a stop there and judge for yourself!

Dylan.D: have a impressive collection from fossils, meteors, BC jade, garnets, raw Ruby's and raw emeralds, beautifully cut opals and other gems from around the world, my favorite is the rare uncut tanzinite which is in limited supply because you can only find it in Tanzania and the mine is estimated to be out soon. I bought a meteorite for a good price.also they had a great employee where she had wide knowledge as well and let me inspect everything while also managing the store. I give this gem store a 5 out of 5. Keep it up will be back again.

While I waited for my time slot, I appreciated Darleen’s beautiful office through the window and enjoyed reading everything she had displayed on her window. Ken S: I recently read a rather critical and highly opinionated review piece by a Mr Thorsteinson who doesn't even seem to have been a student of PA. I came at 3pm on a Tuesday and the garage door was closed which was a bummer, but I came back the next day and they were open.
