They were extremely attentive and answered questions thoroughly. First time trying Insight Pest Solutions. Too soon to tell if pests will stay gone but I will update if we do not have good results. If no updates… consider it good thing.
VoxFini Swartz: Called for the little black ants that in a few days taken over my kitchen, bathrooms and dining room. We kept cleaning and kill them and the numbers multiplied then we started finding them in the pantry and coming out of wall outlets. Insight sent out their technician Quinlan and he was able to listen to our concerns and navigate a house full of kids to apply the needed chemicals that decreased the ants a lot in less than 2 days. We are 3 weeks after treatment and had our follow up appointment with a smaller number of areas to be treated. I look forward to an any free house and continuing to use this service keep our house treated against pesky insects.

If my life was as well organized as AMPM Exterminators, you would have received my review last week.The two technicians who performed my annual inspection, were exactly what I have become to expect from AMPM, right on time, courteous, professional, and pleasant. The training they received was obvious, from their professional appearance, including their pulling on shoe coverings before entering our home, to explaining all that they were inspecting for.After a thorough investigation of the interior, they performed a 360-degree inspection of the exterior. I really appreciate how they took the time to explain why they check what they do, and what they are looking for. They also gave me a few suggestions as to other services that are available, but at no time did I feel pressured to purchase additional services, which I greatly appreciate.Our initial pest control treatment was many, many years ago, and AMPM has performed my annual inspection each and every year, all with the same five-star professionalism. About 8 years ago, during my annual inspection, your technician discovered a tiny bit of sawdust hidden away against the interior wall of my foundation, a place where I would have never seen. AMPM responded by completely retreating my entire house, inside and out. This was a considerable undertaking, which took several days, but they made sure we were not inconvenienced in the least. Vanity A: Words can’t express how thrilled I am that we used AMPM Exterminators. A rental property of mine became infested with ants and bed bugs this past Summer. Being in another state when this was taking place became very stressful and I wanted to ensure I hired a pest control company that was going to guarantee the problem was taken care of efficiently. AMPM exterminators not only handled the problem but followed up to ensure it wasn’t a recurring issue for my tenants. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a honest and polite. Mary O'Malley: I have lived in my house for 26 years and have had rat problems off and on for all those years. I have tried a number of other rat control companies and none of them come even close to Redi. The man who checked my house found points of entry that no one else had and the technician gave me some important information that helped me to understand why this hasn't been solved over the years. Two days after they installed everything, I can no longer hear munching rats in my walls!!

They were very thorough, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They took their time to inspect and treat. We saw great results with the treatment,. We noticed after a few weeks that the problem wasn't completely gone. BBES gave me prior worning that this may happen. They came back as soon as I informed them and retreated the problem area. We had a rat problem and Ulises came out the next day, identified the access point, and even gave us tips on how to seal up the space if we decided to fix it ourselves. It sucks and for us, it really struck my family to the core because you feel helpless as you hear something gnawing away at your home then scurries out of sight when you attempt to confront it. Shon Crewe: Parker has been our go-to for monthly maintenance for a couple of years now. Everyone we’ve worked with has been fantastic — Chris, Jose, Timothy. We like that they use eco friendly products, especially since we have dogs.We recently had an ant infestation. It was something we had never experienced before and it seemed to go from bad to really bad overnight.Parker was great about getting us on the schedule immediately with visits in between our maintenance appointments. It's taken a little more than two months and several treatments to get under control but I'm hoping that we've finally rounded a corner as of their last visit.
Andrea DeWees: The team at Parker Eco Pest Control was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. They had an online scheduling portal which made it easy to set up an appointment after hours. They helped us get rid of a ground hornet nest that was too close to our driveway. The cost was reasonable to other pest companies in the area and they use eco-friendly measures.
Katelyn Medwid: Kevin from Parker Eco Pest Control recently helped us address some ants we were seeing in our home. We signed up for their quarterly service, as we have a toddler and dog that like to make messes, and so we figured it would be best to stay on top of the issue as much as possible. We had mentioned we noticed wasps in our backyard but hadn't noticed any nests. After spraying for ants, Kevin told us that he was able to find a wasps nest in the eaves on the front of our house that we had not previously noticed. He took it down and treated it as well. Kevin was helpful and professional, and overall we were very pleased with this first experience with the company!
Matt Perrone: Parker Pest Control is a local pest control company serving the greater Seattle area. They have a small fleet and a few employees, but it makes it feel like a family even more. Their prices are pretty fair for what services they give, and you get a discount for doing a quarterly plan, so take advantage. Our guy Nick comes everytime and he's by far the best. He's always happy, loves to play with our dogs or talk about random things, and is so good at his job. Would highly recommend getting this service setup so you can mitigate spiders, rodents or any other pests that may be bothering you.

Michael Lu: I have had two service calls with Green City Pest Control so far and both times have exceeded my expectations. The technicians had great attention to detail when servicing our home. Malik came out the first time, and Joseph came out the second time. Unfortunately, the first spray seem to yield little to no results getting rid of our odorous ants, so Alice at Green City Pest Control was kind enough to send Joseph for a complementary service.
