Dandelion Nutrition: what do users think?

Lindsay: I was referred to Dandelion Nutrition a few months ago after spending the last couple of years, diagnosed with IBS, and just "living" with gut issues ... I felt helpless. With Crystal's guidance, I discovered I have an egg allergy and a shortage of fiber in my body. A few meetings, new grocery list, probiotic, fiber supplement ... and a rockstar cheerleader ... I feel better than I have in a very long time. Crystal is down to earth and so easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend her to others.

Matt Rolak: We worked with Raven Bonnar-Pizzorno for eating disorder help / support and she was frankly AMAZING... cannot say enough how helpful and supportive she was for the 1year we worked with her

David Jaeger: I am so grateful for the care and encouragement Stephanie has provided for me. She has met me with a great deal of grace, curiosity, knowledge, resourcefulness, and challenge. I have learned so much not only about my dietary needs and my body, but about myself and who I want to be. My confidence and self-awareness have both grown, as well as my ability to stay the course when things are tough. Can’t recommend enough.

Valerie K: Stephanie has been a key part of our ED recovery journey. We came to Stephanie after years of counseling and completing a PHP program. Stephanie’s ongoing support is vital to continued growth and healing. As a RDN with extensive ED experience, Stephanie brings with her a compassionate understanding that has been missing with our other providers. Her ability to authentically build relationships, foster a safe environment for her clients, and offer practical strategies to support incremental growth are complete game-changers. Stephanie is approachable, warm, knowledgeable, and an outstanding listener. Parties adjacent to her clients will also find her communication and follow up to be outstanding & her scheduling and billing process to be seamless. We are incredibly grateful for Stephanie!

Teresa Young: Friendly Staff, care about getting your goals met. Great communication and they let you know if something is going on. If you are looking for good Nutrition Counseling and meet on line, Dandelion Nutrition would be the place to go. Working with Stephanie starting to help me see the other side besides listening to my eating disorder, what gives me a different perspective is doing some role playing, even though it is hard to do she gives me the support by listening to me and my thoughts regarding the role play. Stephanie will give it to you like it is, she won’t be around the bush and that is what I need. Stephanie is patient, and kind and cares about her clients.

Hana C: I don’t know how to stress how much my life has changed since Stephanie helped me with binge eating. I’ve struggled my entire life distrusting myself with food. I alternated between being stubbornly attached to knowing the “right” way on how to loose weight, and being completely confused on what rules and regulations on what was “healthy” and “not healthy” food.Stephanie was able to break through and lay down a foundation that was built on trusting my body first and foremost by learning my cues. She was appreciative of my lifestyle and the cultural aspects of my food. I never felt judged for what I had eaten, no matter how disordered it was. It’s been about a year and a half since we started and it’s incredible the difference is in how I approach food. I have so much more confidence in myself in making decisions for meals and snacks. I don’t feel like I have to be hyper-vigilant, constrain myself, or live in chaos about what to eat or not eat. I don’t have to worry about diets that will or won’t work for me, I trust myself to naturally eat to sustain myself and my lifestyle.

Barbara Borsi: Stephanie is one AMAZING RD. I’ve had her for the last couple of years or so and she is so sweet, yet direct. While, yes, my eating disorder didn’t like it, which I really needed. With her help, I’ve been in recovery a little over a year! I could go on and on about amazing she is, but all I will say is that I’m incredibly grateful that Stephanie is in my life!

Kelly Kube: I struggled with gastritis for almost a year before I saw Jaime. I was in pain daily and it was debilitating. No doctors were able to help. The doctors I saw just wanted to give me pills to numb the pain instead of finding out the root cause of my symptoms. After months of pain and no signs of healing, I met with Jaime and she was the first person that actually listened to me and cared. The first time we spoke I cried happy tears because I could sense her commitment to my healing, which was nothing like I ever experienced with my doctor. After following her advice, I started to see improvements and roughly 3 months later I felt like myself again. I wish I would have seen her so much sooner!I am happy to say now that I have healed my gastritis due to Jaime's guidance. She is kind, knowledgeable, patient and supportive. Thank you Jaime. I thought I was going to live with this pain forever and my entire world has changed because of your help. I am forever grateful.

Jessianna Saville: Marlene runs a wonderful practice and is always striving to get her patients results. I have known her professionally for many years and am always impressed with how she dives into providing the best patient experience possible.

Jessica Byrd White: Marlene is a superstar dietitian. My favorite part of working with her is how she relates and understands the struggle of balancing home life, work life, while taking care of yourself as well. She was able to help me tremendously. 5 out of 5 stars!

Kira Okamoto: I was very hesitant to work with a nutritionist, even though I knew how helpful and important it would be, because I'd had a negative experience with a nutritionist in my teens. But Morgan is incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. She does an incredible job of listening to me, working with me to come up with plans and strategies that feel doable for me, and never making me feel judged whatsoever. This has so far been a really wonderful experience.I would also like to praise the admin side of Dandelion Nutrition - there was a problem with my insurance making a mistake, and Dandelion proactively worked with my insurance company to expedite a solution.

Sam Highsmith: Great team, very friendly and accommodating. The LEAP program truly changed my life for the better. Was unable to find a good solution until working with Erica and Marlene!

Chris Knadler: Hannah is a fantastic nutritionist. Referred her to several family and friends and they've all had similar experiences. Great at tailoring a plan to your specific needs, explaining her thought process and the reasons behind the dietary changes she's helping you make.

Champagne Nutrition® Seattle: what do users think?

Mark Friedman: Back in July of 2021, I reached out to Ginger because of a blood test that came back with some abnormal numbers. Ginger worked with me to build a program, invested in helping me reach my goals, and helped me form a healthy relationship with food that complimented a healthier overall lifestyle. Since working with Ginger, all of my blood work has been normal and I have a much better understanding of how food can impact overall health. Although this is a very delayed review, I wanted to show my gratitude for helping me regain my health. I would definitely recommend Ginger to anyone who is seeking a healthier lifestyle - thank you, Ginger!

Kristen Tollini: I highly recommend Ginger Hultin Nutrition. Ginger has a practical, positive, and evidence based approach to nutrition. I have personally benefited from her nutrition sessions and recently gifted her online program to a family member who lost 10 lbs and eliminated joint pain.

Ho Yee Tsoi: Ginger is a nutrition professional, and an author, who is generous in sharing her knowledge with a great intention to help people. Her newsletter is interesting to read. I enjoy it a lot!

Marianne Moran: I found Ginger quite by accident but I’m so glad I did. Her knowledge of nutrition is outstanding and I’m trying many of her recipes. Here’s to a healthy delicious 2024.

Diane Miller: Love the newsletter ... it's full of sound nutritional advice for a healthy lifestyle.

Maureen Esser: I am always looking for ways to provide myself and my family with delicious foods that heal our bodies as well as the soul. Ginger has provided so much great info. and wonderful recipes! Her newsletters are full of useful information.

Brigid Stackpool: Ginger made all the difference in coaching through a very difficult time after being diagnosed with enzymatic pancreatic deficiency. I could hardly eat anything without being sick and had lost an unhealthy amount of weight. Ginger helped me gradually add back foods to my diet until 6 months later I can eat just about anything without an illness issue. I am grateful for her knowledge and encouragement. I highly recommend her!

Kali Little: I am a dietitian myself and I reached out to Ginger for her expertise in nutrigenomics and fertility. She developed a meal plan for me, starting with what I was already doing and adding in specific foods that support my personal health based on my genetics. She was really easy and enjoyable to work with and I would certainly recommend her!

Maddy Garfunkel: I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for nutritional/dietary resourcing and support! I worked with Jasper for 7 months to treat SIBO, and a large history of GI issues and emotional history with eating and food. I left the program with a renewed relationship with eating, with noticeable shift is energy, mood, and improved digestive symptoms/challanges. I found the rates were reasonable for the level of sustained support I was given and resources gained, both external and from within myself. Ginger oversaw my program conscientiousness and commitment to me as a client!

Kim Dean: I began working with Ginger after receiving a difficult cancer diagnosis. I worked with her for 6 months while I was in treatment. Our work together completely changed my relationship with food and my body.We set goals and she tracked my progress as well as honored my own preferences and tastes. I never felt forced into a particular agenda or eating plan and we truly worked as a team and she was incredibly supportive and not just looking at the nutritional piece, but my whole life/lifestyle. I have a good foundation to move forward with from our work together, and I always have the option to reach out if I hit a stuck spots because of the relationship we developed. Working with Ginger as part of my care team was one of the best decision I ever made!

Roger Kromer: I like your focus.

Tracy Siri: I've always had wonderful, authentic interactions with Ginger & her content, be it via LinkedIn or her newsletter is almost always something either read or "snooze" for perusing later.

Rachael King: I attended a webinar Ginger did with the Arthritis Foundation and it was AMAZING! I loved her approach to teaching people to be able to eat healthier. It was great learning that not only can you use food as a tool to improve your health but also some great time saving tips on those super low energy and high pain days. I think the way she explains things can be geared towards any age group so that even the kids can be involved in learning healthier habits

Jenny Bapton: We had Ginger present at a clinical nutrition departmental meeting and she was an energetic and engaging speaker. As a registered dietitian I highly recommend Ginger!

Melinda Issakov: Ginger is a wonder.I had hit a point in my life of giving up and giving in. I didn’t know how to help myself, all I could see was a bleak depressing future ahead of me. I needed help. From the very first phone call with Ginger, I could tell I was at a turning point. A positive pivot towards happiness and health was coming my way. Before we spoke I worried about feeling judged, or that I was doing everything ‘wrong’. I was a bundle of negativity and anxiety. With Ginger’s gentle guidance, positivity, and compassion; I never felt any of those things. Not even once. Working with Ginger felt like I had someone in my corner, a genuine true ally to cheer me on.I came to realize that health isn’t being so strict with yourself life is a bore. Health isn’t doing that one thing EXACTLY RIGHT every day. Health isn't feeling guilty about every choice you make. Health isn't black & white thinking. Health isn't waiting till the stars align to do it 'right'. Health is not feeling guilty eating a piece of your own birthday cake.Health is honoring your body and getting enough sleep. Health is moving your body in a way that you enjoy and feel good. Health is days of eating well followed by a weekend meal you thoroughly enjoy, with no guilt. Health is a mindset that allows grace, kindness, and perseverance with yourself.Health is a patchwork of small things we do to the best of our ability in everyday daily life.Ginger has changed my life immeasurably. I am better than I can ever remember feeling as an adult, and you can’t put a value on that. I will be forever grateful.

Meng Wang: I've had the privilege to work closely with Ginger in our extra-curricular pursuits and I've observed her plenty as an educator and private practice RD. Not only does she know what she's talking about on a scientific and evidence-based basis, but more importantly, she genuinely empathizes with and understands others. She's one of those people that gives you her full attention and makes you feel seen and listened to, and does the work to show that she did. She manages to wear so many hats with elegance, whether it's serving her clients, teaching, making television appearances, writing a book, and somehow leading an entirely volunteer-run organization successfully on top of it. She is a role model to all and a practitioner that we should all aspire to be.

Katelan Head: Ginger is such a pleasure to work with! Not only is she extremely bright and innovative, she is also personable and so full of life. She really meets client where they are at and shows up in a supportive and empathetic way. Ginger really gets the concept of treating each individual in regards to their own needs and journey.

Thomas Cantu: I love the classes they're fun and very helpful I love the floor exercises work out the whole body the coaches are awesome as is the staff good cardio lost lots of weight since I've been there

Lacey Jayne: I had a really great experience in a short amount of time. My specific goals were to eat more 'whole foods,' curb over eating, and to feel more energetic; I got strategies for all of these and am on a really good path now. Recommendations took into account everything in my life and I never felt shamed or judged, just really supported.
