Seattle Boxing Gym: what do users think?

Ken L: !

Terhi Vesterinen: SBG is by far the best gym I've ever trained at. I didn't know many people when I relocated to Seattle, and I was welcomed with open arms to this inclusive community. Since joining here I've made many of my closest friends and continue to enjoy the classes and 1:1 sessions with really kind and knowledgeable trainers. Emil, El, Joey, Jeremiah, Jackie and Simona are all skilled and thoughtful coaches who take the time to get to know new joiners, and push the more seasoned members to train a bit harder when appropriate. I would recommend SBG to anyone, no matter their skill level!

뚱이: exorcism

Sunil Khale: This place is a gem! It'll get you excited about boxing irrespective of your age or fitness objectives. Their team is awesome and will push you to your limits. Excellent opportunity to learn as a newbie. The professionals share the same gym, so you decide what you're ready for.

Brian Richards: Great place to work out and train. Staff our understanding and helpful to inexperienced boxers like myself but I also see them riding with the Big Dawgs. Everyone is super nice and it's a great place to come and learn the sport.

Alex Cooper: As an out of towner from a different gym, I had an super workout here. Highly recommend

Elliott Vogel: Great place to just use their equipment or a full on lesson! Ether way it is always fun to go to SBG!

Michael Mack: Great service really enjoyed going before the second shut down happened my son and I did one on one separate training. At first they didn’t seem enthusiastic about training a kid which turned me off a lil bit but after the first few weeks everything was great I still have 3 sessions left but no one can tell me if I can use them still since it’s been so long which sucks but otherwise a good boxing gym.

Prasanth Meiyappan: I love this place and the people.

Clayton Bruce: All I can say is this gym is the best! Very good people, clean and comfortable. They know their stuff! I recommend Seattle Boxing Gym to all, beginner to novice. They have what you need.Thank you all very much.

Mark: Excellent staff and class offerings. Love this place.

Mike W: I love the T/TH 6 AM class with Jon. Great to have instruction from a experienced heavyweight. I really like all the staff at the gym and the environment is welcoming and upbeat.

Cappy's Boxing Gym: what do users think?

Ronin Cunningham: Good equipment and nice vibe!

The meme marter /Face it im better: Love it I come here 4 times a week

Nicolas Anderson: Love love Cappy’s. Coaches Lynn and Margaret are super helpful! And Mia is the best gym dog in the state!!!!

Dubem Nzekwe: Great environment and even better staff. Best place to begin your boxing journey!

Jaime Freeman: I joined just looking for a good workout but found so much more. The coaches are approachable and knowledgeable, the gym is well maintained and has everything you could want. I also love the community minded approach and the ability to donate to the community fund to keep boxing available to everyone!

Iain Valentine: Still going strong after more than a decade. The community is fantastic, the coaching is great and the workout is killer!I started training at Cappy’s because I was curious about boxing and interested in cross training for my primary competitive activity. I quickly found that it challenged me and provided benefits that I had not expected. Boxing teaches functional movement patterns and muscle organization skills that has improved my foundation for all of my other activities. Plus, it’s just a whole lot of fun.Cappy’s is a great gym, with thoughtful coaches and and a welcoming community in which to challenge yourself, learn new skills, and get a solid workout.

Kadianne Pollioni: Can’t say enough good things about cappys! This is the most wonderful, inclusive, supportive community I’ve found in Seattle. I started here never having boxed before and before I knew it I felt right at home. The coaches are awesome, there is tons of community outreach and organization, the classes are well structured, and you’ll really feel met at whatever level you’re at. Cappy’s is the best thing that’s happened to me since moving to this city.

Manny Kuphal: Very encouraging and personable trainers, great for any skill level. It's also a great way to build confidence while getting a great workout at your own pace.

Danielle Gahl: Scrappy gym with a big heart and zero pretension. Open, welcoming environment with accommodations for different abilities, bodies, and experience.

Adam McGee: Фантастический, гостеприимный зал для боксеров всех возрастов и уровней подготовки. Если у вас есть возможность провести тренировку один на один, я настоятельно рекомендую тренера Линну!

Ranjan: отличный тренажерный зал и сообщество!

Robby Grodin:

Alison Stagner: Это мое счастливое место.

Vince L: Лучший боксерский зал в городе

TITLE Boxing Club Seattle Greenwood: what do users think?

CTN America Trucking LLC: Excellent Club. I'm a Longhaul Truck Driver. I stumbled upon this family owned gym and visited twice. Saturday then, Sunday. Great atmosphere, very welcoming and excellent training, both days. I'll stop by again, next time I'm Seattle. I had great time, thank you.

Shobha Malawarair: Andrew Soliz is a great instructor. He makes the walkout fun. I'm enjoying sessions.

Shannon Rebersak: Maya was so great for my first boxing class, even though the class was crowded she came over at the beginning for helpful tips and I had a super fun class! The music was fantastic ☺️

Kinsey Davis: Been going to Title Boxing Greenwood for almost a year now and love it!! The coaches are wonderful, involved, and very informed on all aspects of boxing. The classes are great workouts AND mentally stimulating. Special shout outs to Coach Janet, Coach Nicole, and Coach Tanner for being extra awesome! Definitely recommend this studio.

James Sabbatini: Nicole and Tanner - always A+Andrew is A+ as well. Nicole's 6am classes are back.... Your mission, should you choose to accept it is to take one of Janets classes without receiving more than 3 compliments.

Will White: The session was intense and Tanner really paid attention to all the participants! He encouraged us to go hard, at our own pace! Very challenging and felt like a safe space to train at your own pace with great coaching and guidance! Other staff members were present and very helpful as well!

Eric: Great gym. Great instructors. Plus I love down the street

Cole Johnstone: Janet and Andrew were awesome instructors and guides for our first time! We had a blast and will definitely be back!

Lulu Kao: Janet was great at instructing and coaching. Very lively and upbeat

Michelin: I have a really good experiences here! Staffs and coaches are really friendly and welcoming. I like every second I spent here! It’s an incredible and fun workout to get your stress out. Shoutout to Coach Janet, she’s really good at teaching the intro to boxing!! I will definitely come back as much as I can.

Jesse Abbott: I’ve been a member at Title Boxing Greenwood got a few weeks and love it. As a complete boxing beginner and one that started with a recovering shoulder injury, there’s no pressure to do any more than what I’m comfortable with. Everyone there is doing the class at their own level. I like that the instructors like Tanner work with you where you are, making sure you get questions answered and are moving along at the pace that feels right to you. It’s fun and a great workout I like all the different class time options.

Jonathan Stein: Dru and Janet have great classes!

Trevor Gould: Janet starts every class with an intro that includes stating “this’ll be the best hour of your day” - and I find she’s 100% right. The 60-minute boxing classes are a great blend of warm-up, high-octane bag rounds, and core. I also find the general environment to be incredibly inclusive and supportive - there is a place here for people of all fitness and boxing levels. Janet is a fantastic instructor and I highly recommend her.In my 2.5 months attending ~2 classes per week, I’ve noticed marked improvements in my fitness and boxing technique while simultaneously losing weight. I’m not a boxer in my day-to-day life, but I’m using these classes to supplement weight lifting and they’re now an integral part of my weekly workout schedule.

Amanda LaRussa: Been going to Title for about 8 months now and I have enjoyed every minute! All the coaches are great, incredibly welcoming and encouraging. I have learned something from each of them and never felt out of place as a beginner.

Arcaro Boxing: what do users think?

Jacob Weaver Weaver: Where to start...I have been part of this community since 2015 and could not speak more highly of Tricia Arcaro as well as her talented coaches. Most importantly, working with Tricia through her executive private coaching for the last 8 years has provided me with not just boxing experience, but an incredible set of tools personally and professionally. Tricia and her team have peeled back layers of mental and emotionion hurdles and have helped me level up as a leader in the real estate industry. I attribute a huge amount of my professional growth to the coaching, tools, and accountability provided by Tricia throughout the years. Bring Tricia Arcaro into your life as soon as possible if you want to become a better leader, professional, and human being.

Isaac Robancho: Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great experience

Carl “Cid” Romero: , so I really appreciate the accommodation and understanding of my current physical limitations.

Brigid Staveley: and it is so much fun to say hi and pet them every time I come in. I have nothing bad to say about this place and highly recommend this gym for everything from sparring to light physical therapy. They have taught me so much about myself both physically and mentally. I truly love this gym. A bonus is that it is run by a woman! She is truly amazing.

Saree Han: Dope and inclusive environment to box at!

Peter Creed: A well-equipped boxing gym with basic services available at a very reasonable price, and additional options to meet the needs of just about anyone. Tricia deeply cares about the community and i've seen her go out of her way multiple times for people in need.

David Fischer: , and started out very out of shape! I wouldnt call myself in shape now, but my SO and I have definitely noticed a difference, and its thanks to the amazing team at Acaro :

Marc Chamness: .

Rachel Li: This was the last workout class I took before we started the stay-at-home order in March. It was a good workout. I miss it.

Ben Scott: From the first moment you step into this gym, you know it's a special place. The walls are decked from floor to ceiling with bits of boxing history: copies of Ring Magazine signed by golden age greats, memorabilia from coach Tricia's own championships and fights against legends like Holly Holm, and the belts and trophies earned by her stable of dedicated young boxers. It's much more than decor, though, the culture at Arcaro is different too. At my kickboxing gym, I was used to "hard work" meaning maximum reps, power, and speed, maximum calories expended. In boxing classes at Arcaro, there is just as much sweat and hard work, but the coaches help you direct that focus and intensity inward: using feedback from the mirror, the bag, and inner body intelligence to make adjustments and correct dysfunction. The emphasis on balance, structure, tension, self-awareness, and integrity makes each class a unique opportunity to learn and grow. The atmosphere reflects this: egos are left at the door, coaches project clearly without yelling, and everyone's progress is valued and celebrated. The music is good too, no aggressive EDM like so many gyms. Each class brings a mixture of jump rope, bag work, shadowboxing, footwork drills, and functional movement exercises, broken into 3 minute rounds with short breaks. After four months of near-daily training, every class is still a new experience, with fresh drills to try and more feedback to work on. This freshness really gives meaning to coach Tricia's concept of training intentionally, not habitually. It keeps you guessing as to what's coming next, pushing you to absorb new information while remaining locked into the moment. Once training becomes routinized, the mind starts to wander, but there's rarely a chance for that here. After a few classes, you'll quickly understand why people of all ages, body types, and athletic backgrounds keep coming back to this place. The quality of instruction is not just excellent, but clinical: medicine for the whole body, rooted in knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, correcting chronic, accumulated dysfunction.Tricia is deeply connected to her neighborhood and community, and is doing everything she can to support us and offer her services during this pandemic. In addition to complying fully with the governor's orders, she has also gone above and beyond to provide virtual lessons, private training, open gym rentals, and limited-capacity socially-distanced group classes, according to the guidance from the state. She has outfitted the gym with extra ventilation, mandatory hand sanitizer at the entrance, mask protocols, and extensive cleaning/sanitization of the gym/equipment. Everyone respects the COVID policies, and I always felt safe while training.Unfortunately gyms are shutting down totally once again, but I pray things will get better soon. I sincerely hope that everyone gets a chance to come train with Tricia, Ondrea, Matt, Cass, and the rest of the team. You will not regret a minute of it!

Molly McConnell: I've know the owner of Arcaro Boxing for many years and she and her staff are incredibly well schooled in both the art and science of boxing. This gym has a wonderful, safe, inclusive community and is welcoming to all types of people. They work with all levels, from beginners to professionals, and have the experience and understanding of the sport to make learning fun, challenging and rewarding. I highly recommend Tricia and her staff if you have always wanted to learn the sweet science, or if you wish to sharpen up your existing skill set!

Kaos Boxing & Fitness: what do users think?

Christina M Chung: I've recently joined Kao's Boxing and Fitness due to the convenience of my current location. I have been a former member of other gyms such as prestigious and reputable Seattle Boxing Gym and Evolve Fitness and I'm excited and relieved to discover another amazing gym at Kao's Boxing and Fitness.Instructor Coach Tristan's super positive and energetic vibe is not only contagious, but he also will not disappoint and make sure you have a fulfilling, amazing, and intense workout. We would start the class with the warm-up, boxing session, and end the class with a bit of weight training and I value the balance of cardio and weights in one class.Tristan, who is knowledgeable with many years of experience, was very hands-on and attentive to every member. Tristan will monitor, explain, and help you through in areas you may need improvements on which I appreciate because getting the form and movement done correctly is more important to me than getting my workout in for the day. The instructor desires for you to become your best self. All levels are welcomed, everyone from other trainers to members is super friendly and incredibly supportive. This was my third boxing class and I'm looking forward to my next class.

Darcey Hughes: I first met Tristan when he was teaching at the YMCA downtown. I decided to try his boxing class after he subbed for a couple other classes I was taking. It was a whole other level of intensity. Tristan pushes you beyond where you think you can go, but he does it with positivity and encouragement, all while making sure your technique and form are good and safe. In just a few classes, my boxing technique improved, and Tristan continued to give me pointers every class so I kept improving. He also taught a total body conditioning class - part crossfit, part circuit training, with cardio and weights. It was also an epic workout. He’s not at the Y anymore, but I try to catch a boxing class from him whenever and wherever I can! I highly recommend Tristan as a trainer and coach.

J Kuk503: Was welcomed in, shown around and supported in my fitness goals. Highly recommended.

Indy S: Best workout money can buy!

Edgar: I've trained with Tristan for around 10 months now. Tristan is extremely good at keeping you engaged and pushing you to your limits. His workouts are challenging yet accommodating to any physical constraints you may have. Tristan has been extremely encouraging from day 1 and there is no doubt in my mind that he has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals.

Andrew McLain: Tristan provides a well-balanced approach to boxing and fitness. Every session is different which keeps it interesting and engaging. He knows when to push you, and helps you get the most out of the workout. If you wan to get in shape or stay in shape all while working on your boxing chops, give Kaos a call.

Tom Min: Was fortunate enough to train and learn from Tristan for over a year while I was in Seattle. As a trainer, coach and friend, he helped immensely to fine tune and enhance my boxing skills over that time period. Tristan is a true expert at his profession because he knows just how to gauge and push you hard enough so that you will keep improving and honing your techniques and abilities.

Emily Ireland: This boxing class is no joke. Great all over workout. Focuses on technique and power and is an hour of intense cardio and abs. Very hard. I love it. You won’t be disappointed.

Naomi Miller: Tristan is all you could ask for in a coach - clear and concise, pushes you to your limits, but is also very understanding and flexible, and truly cares about you as an individual. I had an injury partway into my training and Tristan made sure I rested appropriately, and ensured that we didn't add any additional stress. Tristan doesn't brush over the importance of boxing technique, and you can feel you skill sets grow as you work with him. If you want the very best training experience, look no further!!

Spencer Goldberg: Tristan is a fantastic coach and trainer and has truly transformed me physically and mentally in the gym and in the ring. I've lived in DC, Baltimore, New York, and now Seattle and Tristan has been THE best I've worked with throughout the country. He puts so much thought into preparing the individual and class workouts. He cares about everyone's progress and really works hard to make sure each and every one of his students achieves their goals and beyond. Working with Tristan has also made me stronger outside the gym, on the mountain hiking and skiing, and even in the backyard doing manual labor. Simply put, Kaos Boxing & Fitness will truly change your life for the better!

Ballard Barbell and Boxing Club: what do users think?

Jack Sevigny: Ballard barbell boxing is a gym that is incredibly inclusive to beginners and experienced boxers alike. Coach Nathan’s classes will put you through a workout unlike any other and leave you feeling like you accomplished something every time you go in. The boxing is great, the workouts are intense and the community is incredibly supportive.

Alex M: The perfect place to really get in shape! There are both boxing classes and a weight room for lifting. A very friendly vibe combined with an always changing workout. You'll be dripping in sweat. The owner, Nathan, is full of excellent fitness advice and is very motivating.

Josh Ortega: As someone who’s never boxed, Nathan has been a very great owner/instructor and there’s room for everyone to learn! If your looking for a great cardio type workout or looking to learn boxing and lift some weights it a great place. They have gloves for you to borrow and just be ready to put some work in from day one! Just like anything you’ll get whatever back whatever your willing to put in!

Hao Tian: is also a great workout and calorie burner. Nathan and Eli are great coaches who have provided me tremendous help to correct my boxing forms and skills. Highly recommend this place.

Max Del Real: Great boxing coaches and effective programs for boxing and lifting. Good for all skill levels!

Elizabeth Hafner: My social club that I box at 💕

Owen Kim: I've been coming to the gym ~3 times a week for 3 months and I've already managed to set a mile run time better than I did in high school 18 years ago.

Ryan Smoot: During my eight month stay in Seattle, I discovered BBBC about four months in and am only disappointed I had not found it the day I got there. I travel a lot and like to frequent the local gyms and this one is in my top 5. You won't find a smoothie bar and tanning bed or ladies pilates at 6am. It's a rough warehouse structure with basic open floor format with a ring and bags. You go there, you and your fellow patrons sweat and punch each other or at least the mits and you go home happy. I'll definitely visit again if I'm ever in the area.

Dain Liffman: Life-changing gym! Coaches Nathan and Eli really push you to give it your best, and have helped me achieve fitness goals that I previously thought were unrealistic. The gym is super welcoming to all fitness levels and has a fantastic supportive atmosphere.

Andrew Michael Brown: being a consistent support for my fitness goals. I come on average about three times a week to one of the afternoon classes. I’ve lost about 35lbs and am in the best shape of my life.Though, losing weight may be why I came initially, it’s not why I keep coming back. The X factor that sets this gym apart for me is the community. Nate is great, and the rest of the gym stays tight too. this has been a great space to make and keep new friends outside of my bubble! Which just seems harder to do as I get older. Now having been here for this time, it’s great to see new faces join and their experience reflect my own. Nate has created a special thing here.Always be slipping! Hope to see you at the gym, you won’t regret it.

Austin Barnes: Love training here! Nathan is a great coach and communicates very well. Highly recommend

Jordan Barnes: I have been coming to Nathan for coaching and help for years. Guys a stud! Runs a tight gym that I feel safe in, learn every day at, and enjoy coming back to. I always recommend this place to my friends and family, some of whom have also come and found the same results. Great workout while learning a great skill. Thanks Nathan!

Ian Clark: Great place to get your sweat on and hit the bags.

Maddy Bowen: Came for the workout, stayed for the benevolent buff babes that frequent this 5 star establishment. Good gym, great people. Community like this is priceless!

Danielle White: Took our son for sparring practice tonight. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Sparring partner's were more experienced than other gym's we have been to also.

Anisha: The gym is a clean extremely welcoming environment. Nathan the owner and instructor with work with you and pair you with partners at your level. The workout can absolutely be at your level, but Nathan and the other members will push you and encourage you to give it your 110%. I moved down to LA and have had a really difficult time finding a gym with the same comradery. Nathan is hilarious caring and an observant trainer. I couldn’t speak higher of my experience at BBBC.

Marc Signorello: visited from out of state for a few days. great local gym with an awesome atmosphere.

Suzi Spooner: I've never really enjoyed working out until I joined this gym. I'm so grateful for the accountability, community, and growth I've experienced here. What are you waiting for?? Come to a class!

Wim Koster: A great place to go if you want to learn how to box or just want a good workout. Great atmosphere and friendly people. Going here was pivotal in preparing me for my go at the 15k tough mudder

30 Minute Hit: what do users think?

Sophia D: Ali is a great trainer, she is so energetic and it is fun to be in her class!

Jennifer Christison: I highly recommend Ballard 30 Minute Hit!Essentially, it is a 30 minute kickboxing circuit, guided by a skilled trainer. You show up and start when you’re ready - no worrying about being late or having to attend a specific class time. The environment is welcoming and upbeat. The trainers are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And it’s always super clean, which is a nice bonus. You get a fantastic workout. And you can absolutely go at your own pace. It’s completely scalable. And, it is definitely suitable for beginners or people with injuries. I have chronic back and ankle issues. The trainers listen to your situation and offer alternate exercises / techniques while you heal.Special shout out to DeWayne, one of the owners, who is a fantastic trainer. I have learned a ton and been able to push myself farther than I thought. They offer a free class to try it out, so why not? It’s only 30 minutes!

Sheena Marie: 30 Minute Hit has been a life changer for me. The killer workouts are exactly that, killers! I’m exhausted after every session and they’re only 30 minutes long! You get what you put in and if you come with intention of maximizing your workout then you’ll feel the results every single time.I gotta give props to the trainers who are all amazing, supportive and knowledgeable. I attribute most of my progress to DeWayne who has been the main trainer I’ve worked with since starting. He focuses on my form and technique which has helped me improve by leaps and bounds. I average about 3 times per week and have lost over 20 pounds in 4 months! This is one of those workouts that’s becoming apart of who I am and I’m so grateful 3

Kristina Smith: I can be. Also, with this being a women only gym, I feel safe and supported. And because of that, it's more than a gym now to me but rather, a community. I love that 30 minute is a part of my life because it changed it for the better. It's not a place where you are expected to be perfect, but a place you can come as you are and do your best, no matter what that may look like for you.

Gigi Davidson: to learn kickboxing techniques.I like how there’s no set class times; circuits start on 2 min intervals so you can walk in anytime during their hours and work out. I feel like I’m already in better shape having gone only for 2ish months!

Kelsey Tempel: Great gym in Crown Hill / Ballard! I love that you can show up whenever you want and be in and out in just 30min. Women only is a huge plus, and very unique to the area. I’d love to see more gyms like this around the city!

Saniya Regmi: Best gym ever!! I hate working out but I found my place!! Ally is truly amazing and so motivating! Love her! Meg is an awesome trainer as well - incredibly helpful! DeWayne the owner is extremely fun and is always showingn me different techniques!! I cannot say for enough how grateful I am to find such a great place!

Ana Ruiz: Awesome and fun women-only kickboxing gym. I've been coming for 3 months and love it!! The coaches and trainers are super helpful and supportive. It's so convenient that I can come when it's open and not have to follow a fixed class schedule. The workouts have been a game-changer for my mental and physical health. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.I cannot recommend it enough!

Nancy: Great place to workout! Amazing coaches who help inspire your training. Love to complete full workout in 30 minutes. Helpful and they get the most effective workout from us while cheering us on everyday. Love this place!

Sophie Zhang: Great women-only kickboxing gym!! I can definitely see more definitions on my arms after coming here consistently for almost a year 💪🏼 excellent trainer as well, especially Meg & DeWayne! They really push me to work harder & become stronger 😊

Amanda L: Excellent workout, I'm always a sweaty mess when I leave. The staff is super encouraging and always ready to help you learn new techniques or combos! Every song on the playlist is a total banger!

Michelle S: .I was nervous going in for a free trial because kickboxing was completely new to me - thankfully, the environment could not have been more welcoming. I was excited to try a new, fun workout, but what really got me hooked was the friendly community and very personable and sweet trainers.I feel safe, encouraged, and empowered at 30 Minute Hit - not to mention what a great workout it is! This gym has truly has been a game-changer for my mental and physical health. I cannot recommend it enough!EDIT

Katherine Tole: and everyone has been super friendly and helpful with me getting back into shape and taking it easy as I need to!

Tristan Eddy: I love this gym so much! The coaches and owners are so motivating and energetic. The schedule is perfect for my life as a new mom. And the workout is SO amazing - who knew hitting things would be so much fun!? I highly recommend joining 30MH!

Cara Bohmann: . Trainers are friendly and make an effort to engage you in the workout, without being forceful if you don’t like that sort of thing. I’ve learned so much to improve my technique and love having a fun option to get fit!

Ashley Weiner: Fun and great workout! Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful. Love being able to stop in when it works for me and am out in 30 minutes Feeling ready to take on my day!

Axtion Club: what do users think?

Said Plaza: Cool place and nice people

Louise Lapus (louiseez): because it works out my whole body. I really enjoy kicking too, after I finally got better lol.Because of all the amazing coaches, I've seen and felt a lot of improvements with my techniques and my strength. And didn't expect it to be this fast too. When I first started, I felt very uncoordinated and awkward

Jinhua Hong: First time trying the boxing 101, everyone else seems to have some experience before. I seem to be the only one with zero knowledge... But everyone is so nice. The class is so intense! One hour almost none stop. Almost pass out😵 gonna come back

Francis Maddox: Years ago I started learning Muay Thai at Ryan Clark’s gym in Bend, Oregon. Incredible experience. Took about 5 years off moving to Seattle and through the pandemic. Never thought I’d find a place like that again. And Axtion is…nothing like it haha. But not in a bad way.David is welcoming, patient, and talented. So are all the trainers I’ve had so far. There’s not a strong emphasis on ceremony. But there is every bit the same emphasis on technique, pushing yourself, and having fun that I really wanted to re-find. Great vibe from the other learners and practicers of all levels so far too.I’m too naturally uncoordinated and out of shape to be half decent at this for a long time, but I can definitely see myself continuing to keep coming back over the months. Thanks guys!

Cedric Strickland: The instructors are great and offer lots of one on one attention. Whether training for a fight or just working on fitness, this is a great place to include in your regiment.

Eilis Jones: I’ve been going to Axtion Club for 4 months so far and have loved every minute. I’m a fit person, but had never tried boxing before. All of the instructors are welcoming, constructive, and excited to help you grow and learn. This a great community to learn/maintain fighting skills. Would recommend to newcomers and seasoned fighters alike.

tim foley: Brilliant gym, David is so welcoming and Gerard ran a slick class. Very good for beginners or more experienced. 👏

Doug T. (Sheepo): Kim is awesome as a group instructor. Super patient, gives every student a lot of personal attention to correct posture and movement, and extremely encouraging. I have never taken a kick boxing class before this but I had a lot of fun in the first month's try-out. Will be renewing my membership for sure.

Aishwarya: All the trainers in the club are so so good. They give personal attention to each and everyone in the boxing and the muay thai class. I joined the club when I moved to Seattle and I am so glad, I joined.Every class is new and all the trainers are so motivating. Everyday something new to learn, all those techniques in Boxing and Muay thai are so fun.Thank you so much.

Dhanesh: They have some really great trainers. Everyone is really motivating and helpful! Each workout/session would have some new exercises and techniques and trainers help you learn at your own pace.

Chase Monroe: Top notch gym!! David is very knowledgeable and keeps the workouts demanding yet fun.

Mike Thomas: without needing prior experience or training while still lending enough partner work and close instruction to keep sharp those who've already built a craft. The community is close-knit but full of positivity and lacking in any real drama- it's all business and getting in shape is the bottom line, but they have fun and are incredibly supportive at every level. The location is nice if you're within walking or easy commuting distance of Belltown, downtown, SLU, etc. if only a bit small compared to some of the larger "Fitness Centers" you'll see farther away. Gear is plenty and the classes are no joke- I've cross-compared to many other boxing gyms and I can safely say, if you listen and push yourself, you'll see serious results working out here.Whether you've never tried a combat sport but want to, used to but haven't in a while, or just feel like hitting a bag/mitts, I'd absolutely recommend you visit Axtion Club.

Alex Malapitan: excellent coaching and instruction

I use these classes as cross training for long running races and mountaineering expeditions, and I have been extremely happy with what Rowdy has brought to my overall fitness. Can't say enough good things about my experience here. Strongly recommend to anyone who wants to try something new and add a bit of fun to their workout routine!
