There were a few minor hiccups after install but we smoothed them out. The customer service has been outstanding. I can say my service is much clearer and we are not having problems dropping calls like we were with our other provider. I don't know why we didn't switch over sooner!

Hunts Plumbing: The service has been great!!!! Quick responses when we need changes to our account. The call recording feature was something we were missing, now it makes us more efficient and we can see where we need improvement. The addition phone numbers for tracking our marketing is a must have and is very inexpensive. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

When we initially started using SoundLine's VOIP service they had a tech that came down to the office and help get all the equipment up and rolling- super white glove service! We have had a VOIP service within our company through Ring Central for a while now and have faced problems with call quality, phone problems and a lack of features. Soundline, being a local company, is able to meet with us in person to discuss possible features and be able to provide technical support locally, a service that is not possible with companies such as ring central. Between their superior customer service and technical prowess, I would highly recommend Soundline as the company to choose if you want a stable VOIP service.
