We tried the clam chowder, which was excellent, and the mimosas, which came in different flavors and were delightful. The salmon was incredibly flavorful, and the appetizers were amazing. Every aspect of my dining experience at this restaurant was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning.A special thanks to Chrissy for her phenomenal service and for creating such a wonderful experience for us. Mary Wynn: 30 years ago, minus 2 days, we had our wedding reception at Saltys. We stopped by today on our way home from a night in Seattle and decided to swing through West Seattle. Randomly, we thought we would step into Saltys for some random skyline photos, then it dawned on us..our anniversary was 2 days away. We had not planned on staying but they were so great and we thought it was very nostalgic. Mara the manager treated us like royalty. She sprinkled the table with rose petals, gave us a signed staff congratulations card, drinks on the house, cake to die for and John F, the server was a top notch professional. There is a reason we had spent so much time there through the years, but this day was over the top special and the staff sealed the deal. We have been away too long. One of the photos was from 30 years ago. Thank you John F and Mara.
Andy Derscheid: Always a great experience here, for locals and tourists alike. You can't beat the view and the service, and the food and presentation match its quality. Plenty of fresh seafood and excellent steaks. Definitely get the seafood chowder no matter what you order. Solid cocktails and truly top notch service. All in all a fantastic experience.Parking: There is on-site parking but the spots are small, so leave the full size trucks at home.

If your busboy has made it into my review you have really made good hiring choices!!And that’s just the people. The FOOD. The food was to die for. To start we got the Thai chili prawns, and the moved on to a crab-stuffed sturgeon and a halibut with mushroom risotto. To finish up we got a crème brûlée and the delicious cake you can see in the photos
Kennedy Farmer: This is my first review I’ve ever left because it was such a great experience! My boyfriend and I came for our anniversary and all the staff there made it feel so special! The food and views were great, I highly recommend the crab stuffed steelhead! Our server Ignacio was super friendly and patient when we were being indecisive about how to start our orders. This is a great place to go for a special occasion, we will definitely be returning!

Chris E: First time visiting, during a trip to Seattle. We stopped in for happy hour. We were able to get a table outside. This restaurant is located in the Edgewater Hotel, on the northern end of the Seattle waterfront area. Happy hour prices for drinks are a couple dollars off. And they have a limited food menu. I ordered the wagu sliders, which came with garlic fries. Both were very good, in my opinion. And made a good meal. The weather was fantastic, so that made the experience even better.

At this point its been more than 20 minutes and the wind had picked up so me and girlfriend just walked up to the reception area and waited for someone. For a total of $100+ and $20+ per dish, it was not worth it, considering the lack of service we received.

Yan Sun: This is a restaurant that is very, very worth visiting. The reason why it gets four points is based on my own usual evaluation system. In a place like Downtown, the taste needs to be very distinctive to match the location and customer base. And parking is so difficult. It's fine here.We ordered the appetizer of tiger prawns, seafood barbecue and seafood pot. They are all signs. The appetizer base includes mango and cherry tomatoes. The tiger prawns are not too big, and the tail after cooking is only as big as a six- or seven-year-old child's little finger. But it tastes really great. My kids raved about the side dishes. There are chickpeas on the bottom of the seafood pot, and the soup is a little spicy and very delicious. Pair it with clams, shrimps, and the sweetness of the seafood is brought out. The seafood at Grill, the snow crab legs are average, but fortunately they are plump. Two pieces of corn may have different origins, one is sweet and the other is dry. The shrimp is excellent. The sausage that goes with it is great.The child ordered two flavors of ice cream and didn't expect it at all, so I can't comment on the dessert.The service is super good, which is rare in Seattle. The atmosphere is very good, which shows that the quality of the surrounding residents is very high.

Michele Minich: Wow! Visited the Can Can last weekend for the first time. And we were soo impressed. First the staff was amazingly helpful at bistro/bar. We didn't have a reservation and they took immediate care of us. Our waiter Cameron explained the drinks to us and was very patient as one of our party members was turning 21 and wasn't sure what to order. Our food was amazing, the shrimp, melted brie, and oyster sliders were top notch. We had tickets to the show and the staff was so great helping us transition to our table with full drinks and still noshing on our food. The show was amazeballs! The full production was perfection. The dancer and singer gave everything during the show and we were thoroughly entertained. Since we had a birthday girl, we got her the bday package and she got to go on stage. She absolutely loved it. I highly suggest you splurge for a special occasion and give your loved one something to remember. We couldn't wait to tell more friends about it and that we will definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: Our gluten free party members loved the mac n cheese gnocchi.

John Eddy: My wife and I were in town from Boston and had the good fortune to catch a VIP seating experience for the Cabaret show Noir. The show was phenomenal! Music, lighting, dance, and the performers were a delight! Beautiful intimate venue put us front and center to the performance, and the joy of performing was evident on the crew's faces. Such a rare pleasure to participate in a show that is so well done, and with a crew that obviously loves what they are doing. It is a must do for date night! You will not regret it. I know we didn't.

Gwendolyn Jeffers: I had the absolute best experience at Charlotte restaurant and lounge. Once we got up to the 16th floor and found the restaurant, the hostess gave us a warm welcome and we asked her if there’s anyway we can sit by the windows and she sat us at a wonderful table with a stunning view. Timoteo was our server and his service was phenomenal. He gave wonderful suggestions regarding the menu and even went as far to write down some spots we should check out in the Seattle area before we leave. He’s very knowledgeable and extremely hospitable. Food was delicious, ambiance was amazing and service was excellent. Highly recommend!

The manager was so kind and generously provided us with some alternatives. All members of staff were so friendly and we had a really great time. Jesse C: Art of the Table is a wonderful experience. Their menu chances every few weeks so you'll always get new food. They can accommodate for vegan or any other dietary restrictions too. Their vegan tasting menu I had was the best meal of my life. My partner had the regular omni meal with two upgraded courses, one with caviar and one with Wagyu tenderloin that she also loved as. They offer an excellent wine pairing as well. The atmosphere is great. The food was the best kind to pair with a lot of drinking with wonderfully breaded strips and fries and the staff were understanding, welcoming and willing to cut off people if they got too rowdy or belligerent. I keep coming back for the entertainment and I stay for the community.Parking: Good luck finding decent parking on Cap Hill. Take the light Rail and walk if you can help it.

Laura: Visited on Valentine's Day and ordered from their Wolfie Valentine prix fixe menu, which included four shared appetizers, choice of pasta, choice of main, and choice of dessert.Steak tartare - it was okay, but pretty bland and under seasoned. Kind of had to rely and the salt flakes on the cracker for seasoning. I also wish the crackers were thicker, or that there were a couple more of them.Ahi crudo - pretty good, sauces were tasty and well balanced!Delicata squash with goat cheese - this was my favorite of the appetizers. Well cooked, slightly caramelized.Burrata with beets & kumquat - beets and kumquats were sweet and sour, which complemented the creamy burrata really well.Duck pappardelle - pasta was overcooked, so it was kind of mushy. Sauce was a bit plain, but duck was nice and tender.Black trumpet tagliatelle - well cooked, and tasty! Huge portion, we ended up taking some home to save space for the main course.Scallops - sadly also overcooked, so they were too chewy. I thought the fresh blood orange slices were a bit overpowering, but enjoyed all the other components.Zabuton - well cooked, but the cut was fattier than we expected. And more weight from the nduja butter on top. It needed something more to counterbalance the fattiness. The rutabaga puree was unpleasantly bitter.Almond frangipane torte - by far our favorite course! Delicious mix of flavors and textures. Only regret was ordering soebetto instead of two tortes.Service - overall very attentive, friendly service. The check in was not quite ideal, since there's no space inside to wait for your reservation, so we had to wait outside in the cold.Ambiance - cozy and romantic.

jake devlin: A phenomenal experience and an absolutely must do if you are looking for fine dining in the area. Service and presentation were amazing and the food was full of flavor and meticulously prepared. My guest was a pescatarian and was easily accommodated.Parking: The parking lot comes up quick and the turn around is pretty far out of the way so be careful when approaching.
Sherry Fan: out of all the fine dining places in seattle, this doesn’t necessarily have the best food, but it undoubtedly has the best service and atmosphere. i appreciate that there is a formal dress code as it really elevates the ambiance of the meal. the service is truly unmatched; you feel very welcomed and the staff takes care of every aspect of your experience. the view is probably one of the best in seattle. however, for the price point, the food is merely good. there certainly were dishes that blew my mind, but this was maybe 2 out of the 10 dishes we tried. the drinks again were good, but not particularly special. again at this price point i would expect the food and drinks to be more singular.
