Jana Hendricks: I have been to Natural Medicine four times for iron infusions: three times last fall and once this fall because I have a hard time retaining ferritin from the foods I eat. All of the doctors whom I’ve worked with are friendly and helpful; Dr. Mahmood really stands out for her exceptional attendance to my specific health challenges. She has done on-the-spot research and educated me while I was there for my infusion. This is particularly noteworthy because she’s not my primary care doctor; she takes the extra time to tend to patients who are there for the sole purpose of getting an infusion. Highly recommend her; if I weren’t quite pleased with my current PC I’d switch to Dr. Mahmood.

Ann Dingwall: NMS came recommended to me. The doctor recommended wasn't taking new patients, but I went with Dr. Chang. She has been great. I came in prepared for what I thought was going on and she covered everything. I learned a lot. She never tried to "upsell" or "add-on" to what I was needing. She did tests that my primary care doctor wouldn't do. With the supplements and prescriptions we found I needed I am feeling great! Overall staff and office is very professional. Well worth the money and didn't cost as much as you'd think - I am out of pocket.

justin coglitore: A healer's touch.I'm traditionally someone who relies on western medicine to solve my bodies issues. However I have been suffering from pain for a while now that I haven't been able to find treatment for a while.Luckily I was able to find Meghan. Her intuitive, caring and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease. Within a few minutes of our first session she was able to do some physical manipulation that relieved my pain!She also recommended some practices at home that allowed me to relieve my symptoms on my own; and offered some recommendations for acupuncture if I had additional issues.Overall I felt this was a wonderful experience stepping outside of my comfort zone for care. Christy Morse: in both my knees. I have been trying everything I can to avoid surgery and relieve the pain, and had not yet tried acupuncture. When I met with Dr. Willett, she immediately made me feel at ease. She is warm, bubbly and confident, but most importantly, she really listens to you.She explained everything she was doing and the purpose of each needle. The whole session was painless, as I never felt the needles being inserted. Afterwards, I had some relief from the knee pain, and have been sleeping so much better. I have had a complex and life-altering crush injury that Dr. Sabin has been treating, and before him two other ND at West Seattle Natural Medicine treated. I have gotten far better and more effective care here that at UW Medicine, which supposedly is the best place in the area to treat my type of injury. Here, the doctors take the time to treat as a whole human being. My entire family gets treatment here and it has always been a good experience.

Skyler Onyx: Overall great practice. I've seen Dani and she is a miracle worker, she is compassionate, listens well and very educational in that she wants you to know how your body works. Knocking a star down for lack of body inclusive practices, e.g. when not wearing loose enough pants I was offered shorts that were a size "large" as their largest available and they were tiny and absolutely not inclusive for people in larger bodies. Please consider how your practice needs to adjust to support fat and large bodied people, and that starts with buying bigger shorts.

Charles Smith: There is amazing care here. I've seen Roxane multiple times for acupuncture and energy healing. She is a kind listener, well versed in her craft, and exceedingly intuitive. An all around exceptional healer. The office staff is also top notch. They are friendly and down to earth, and have made a herculean effort working to get my insurance in line.

I went to the Union Center for Healing because I was 40+ weeks pregnant. It was clear that the sessions were productive in progressing me towards labor. Shana Kitchen: Jill provides thorough TCM evaluations, asks thoughtful questions for deeper insight and has excellent acupuncture technique. She explains her plan and adaptations to her plan as you progress. She adds herbal meds here and there as needed, no adding 6-8 herbs or changing every other week. Her office is quiet, beautifully organized and perfectly zen. I feel better and better with each session! I’m so thankful that I was referred to her!

Michelle Carlton: Sarah and all the members of the Glow team are amazing. If you are doing IVF please do yourself a favor and get acupuncture with someone who is experienced in fertility acupuncture like Sarah. She helped me through my IVF cycle with an acupuncture regiment, low level laser therapy and suggested supplements to support as I prepared for the cycle. We worked together 3 months leading up to, and all the way through my retrieval. Then again for my frozen embryo transfer. Sarah provided guidance at every step. I have no doubt that our IVF cycle was successful because I worked with her. We had been told we’d need two IVF rounds to have the outcomes we got in one round of IVF, which is amazing and I’m so thankful for Sarah’s help. My doctor even asked what I did to see such positive outcomes. Cannot recommend Sarah enough!

They strike a very healthy balance between natural remedies and science based pharmaceuticals and always with the utmost care for your health and the thoroughness you deserve from your Doctor and/or medical team. I've been homeless for a few years and battling several health issues and the team there and students really have gone above and beyond to get me the treatments, care, and resources that I need. They've never looked down on me or treated me differently in any way, but have routinely showed me how much they care and want to help. Highly recommended.

Saggio Ricercatore: Have visited Jill Fresonke, Kevin Connor and Benjamin Apichai for naturopathic and acupuncture services as needed for several years. I would give these visits 10 stars. Dr Fresonke is professional, personable, thorough and compassionate.Drs Connor and Apichai have provided acupuncture care that resulted in relief in just 3 visits of pain in the neck-shoulder-elbow kinetic chain that had plagued me intermittently for several months. They too were thorough and professional. I have since gone back for acupuncture whenever medical issues linger - bronchitis, stiff neck, tension headaches, etc. - and repeatedly found relief.The administrative staff is friendly and reasonably efficient and the dispensary/gift shop is also a marvelous resource for books on wellness related topics, a healthy snack after your visit, and a variety of environmentally sound gifts and self care products - including a great selection of essential oils.Why not 5 stars? I also saw Sondre Beres for grief counseling a couple of times and cannot recommend - if I reviewed counseling service separately I would give 0 stars. Also, as they are a teaching clinic partially staffed by Bastyr students there are closures during school holidays.

Being totally mindful of what could recreate the conditions and symptoms.Later, I followed the teacher from the student clinic and became a patient of her practice.It’s nice to have more natural ways of combating symptoms, but also to have access to antibiotics if necessary and to really aim deeper into lifestyle choices & our mental space, to aim to shift what’s causing them in the first place :

Yogi Bear: My personal experience here was honestly better than I had expected.I've been struggling with my health for almost a year now, relying solely on the support and expirence from others like me online and through groups without any help from doctors.They listened, they were knowledgeable, did not gaslight me not once, I was given a treatment plan that correlated to my specific condition.On top of all this the staff, students, everyone I interacted with were genuinely just very kind. I'm greatful to have been referred here, thank you guys 💜
Ameera Girly: I love this medical facility. The doctors and workers are fantastic. The parking lot is quite small, their employees should be parking in their designated locations. This employee van in the picture I have posted, I have seen her countless times park in the patient parking area, with two highly aggressive dogs in the back of her van. Not only is it cruel and unethical to leave dogs in a van for her entire shift, it’s unfair to us patients coming to seek medical treatment which have to resort to street parking when the garage is full.

Vincent: Dr. Jena is a terrifc and fabulous Naturopathic Physician.I have been seeing Dr. Jena since she opened her practice more than 12 years ago i believe.What is so great is that she is very meticulous in diagnosing my health issues.She gathers all of the factual data, bloodwork, signs and symptoms and history and then diagnoses the person and treats the person not just the disease.She fully understands body functions and how one system affects and interacts with another and how the body is awhole system and not simply different peices in isolation the way western medicine thinks. Dr. Jena has on more than one occasion discovered underlying health issues i have been dealing with that western docs had no understanding of and also looked down on as not actual causes of illness.Her treatments turned my illnesses around for the better.Dr. Jena also likes to collaborate with other medical professionals and some western med docs that have certian specializations. She knows how to stay grounded in her expertice and not guesstimate.Dr. Jena takes the time to ask the questions to get the right picture of what is going on with my health or lack of it.Dr. Jena is truly a fabulous doc who really cares about others and works very diligently at bringing her patients back to health. steve: I share this review under my husband's email... I have been a patient of Dr. Jena Peterson for many years. In fact, my whole family, spouse and 2 children, have also seen Dr. Jena for various things... I am currently on a long stretch of treatment through Dr. Jena. It has been unique in the fact that I became very sick very quickly. After about 10 clinic visits and 5 urgent care visits, I realized there was a deeper problem. I went and saw Dr. Jena and after the first visit, the cause of my ugly UTI's were found... parasites were the culprit. I have had many bumps in my health journey, but all in an upward trajectory. She spends all the time I need in each office visit, compassionatly listening, understanding my symptoms and tears at times, while creatively always compiling a treatment plan my body needs and can tolerate. Most Western doctors still are baffled with my case and encourage her to continue my care. Her staff is equally caring and always on the ball with any business. Full Circle Natural Medicine is a no nonsense team! They care and they save lives, simple to complex.

Dr Jena Pedersen has shown exceptional tenacity at looking at all possible reasons for my condition and was successful at diagnosing and treatment. Dr Pedersen is well connected with traditional medicine doctors and has provided me with excellent referrals when the situation was warranted as well. She is compassionate and caring. Her staff follows her lead and shows professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend this naturapath practice.
CHRIS THOMSEN: UPDATE: Circle immediately refunded me $100 for the second appointment and they acknowledged that the app did not show that my particular assessment would require two appointments. They have said they will update their app to make it more clear. I appreciate that they listened to me.Their pricing structure is misleading and value for the dollar is horrible. I sought them out for an assessment which was unnecessarily spread out over two appointments. By the end of the first appointment, the caregiver stated clearly that I didn't meet criteria for diagnosis. Due to excessive chitchat, we didn't complete the full assessment so she scheduled a follow-up but didn't say that it would cost more more. I messaged Circle through their app to let them know that I was not authorizing a second payment until we spoke but they ran it anyway. $249 for nothing!It feels like this company is taking advantage of our broken healthcare system by promising to affordably fill the void. Terrible experience, don't waste your time or money.
