I asked him to take a look at the faulty hose bib Gj installed last year and, after explaining his bibs weren't in his venue, he got right to work under the kitchen sink. He showed me the price of the repair, I signed off, and Dylan got right to work. While I ran some errands, Dylan installed a new garbage disposal and attended to other business under the sink. I felt perfectly comfortable leaving him to finish up on his own, and sure enough, he did and left the site tidy and ready for me to move my stuff back in. I waved to him as we passed on the hill.Thanks for sending this polite, competent young man to attend to my plumbing issue.

This guy has more energy in problem solving than Mr. Wriggles McGiggles, our 10-year-old papillon, on fetch day. Problems getting through to dispatch, Chad takes care of it. Need a quote, Chad. I’m not entirely sure anyone else works here as Chad does it all. I am currently looking for more plumbing projects for this guy because he is one of the most enjoyable people to have in the house, I have two teenagers… Kidding aside, he is on a win streak for exceeding expectations, and I always know where I stand and what my options are. I feel no shame in selecting an option and am well educated on the path forward. Are they the cheapest? I have no idea, it is worth it to me to have quality craftsmanship and materials because I know I am not going to have to worry about it for many many years, if at all. I couldn’t recommend Chad Hendrix any more. April 23rd will always be known as Hose Bibb Replacement Day, and I will smile while watering my plants.

Erik Olson: I have a Green home with solar panels, rain, retention, water system, and geothermal heating. I started getting a fault on my heating system, and reached out to my HOA for recommendation. NW Mechanical was suggested and I reached out to them for help. Everyone I dealt with at NW Mechanical was professional and courteous. Of course, their technical ability was of my utmost concern, and they did not disappoint. They troubleshoot the fault, found a faulty sensor, replaced it and got the system up and running again. Vivek Kishore: , Justin was really helpful throughout. His suggestion about the Mitsubishi heat pump system along with the heat/cool calc for our home were pretty accurate. Other hvac companies had given me very different proposals, and Justin explained logically how each of these proposals wasn't perfect for my house. Even after my installation with another company, Justin was ready to look at the installation photos and answer any questions I had. Would recommend him for any future hvac related work.

Charles Hedberg: Tom at Washington Water Heaters was great to work with. He showed up quickly and on time to look at the job, got us a quote quickly, got us scheduled for the water heater replacement quickly, and showed up on time again for the install. Then, he quickly replaced our old tank water heater with a tankless unit and did a really nice job. Final price was exactly as quoted and within the price range I expected for the job, which was several thousand less than a quote I got from one of the national chain places. Tom is a nice guy, too, and didn't mind that I was hanging around and watching. Love our new Navien tankless water heater so far. Highly recommended.
Patti Hill: Got a few bids to replace our old tankless water heater. Called Washington water heater and the owner came to see our system. His bid was $1500 less than the others. When they came to do the work, the next day, they found that there wasn't a need for a certain part. So when it was all done it was another $300 less. They were quick, professional and very nice people. I would refer them to anyone. Work was fantastic.

Tom spent the most time working with me and I found him not only professional and courteous, but also generous with his time, really making an effort to understand the nature of my request. Ultimately, after a service call to take a gas pressure reading, Tom helped me understand I didn't need to make any changes to our line. Thomas Kirby: The salesman Dean was very easy to work with and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Also, he was very responsive and I was able to get a hold of him after install for a follow up question. Their prices are very competitive. The only minor issue I had was during the install. I’d put down quarter minus as the base and asked them to place the AC unit in the middle of it. However, when I came out to check on their work it wasn’t centered at all. It was half on and half off of the quarter minus. So, I’d recommend watching the install team very closely. Other than that, the install team was easy to communicate with.
Tlyn: I called for an HVAC Technician at 7:30pm. Our heater stopped working and it was very cold in the house. The after hours answering service said a Technician would call me. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Nathan. WOW, if only everyone offered the kindness and excellent customer service Nathan gave my husband and I.Nathan went above and beyond to fix the problem.
