kate Tung: Taylor from Black Lion surprised me with his kindness and helpfulness. I had mistakenly received the wrong size air filter/cartridge before Taylor was scheduled to service my HVAC system. He kindly installed a new filter from his truck and took the incorrect ones with him. The next day, he personally delivered the correct sized filter.I signed up for an annual service contract with Black Lion to maintain the 10-year warranty on my HVAC system. I must say, all the technicians are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and punctual. My HVAC system has been running for almost 7 years without any issues, keeping my winter warm and summer cool. Black Lion is a full-service company that provides electricians and contractors to install the ventilation, so I didn’t have to hire a third party when installing my HVAC system. The price is worth it. My energy bill dropped from $350 in the winter to $120, maintaining a comfortable 73 degrees throughout the year. Thank you, Taylor.

Ramakrishnan TV: The ecobee thermostat for HVAC blacked out at my home. Black Lion sent the technician Taylor Braunworth the very same day I called. Taylor was super friendly and professional. He found the issue pretty quickly and ended up replacing the wet switch that was causing the issue. Taylor was super AMAZING and was a breeze to work with. I would highly recommend BlackLion and Taylor for any HVac needs

We recently used them for yearly maintenance service, and despite a hiccup in our billing experience, Black Lion promptly corrected the issue. I will continue to recommend Black Lion for HVAC products and services but advise they could do a little better in their communication.

Dave Erbe: Black Lion delivers again when it was needed most -- our family had the furnace heat go out overnight when the temperatures were below freezing, and scheduled to be that way for a number of days in a row. After my call to them right at opening, Black Lion was out here within 1 hour on the same day! After a few hours of troubleshooting and some parts repaired I was back in order. This was especially concerning for our family as we have babies at home. Our technician was absolutely top notch. He knew the error codes by heart, was very familiar with technical details about our furnace unit, and took the time required to make sure he didn't leave without fixing the problem. Their professional skills were outstanding and they took the time to answer all of my questions.Blake C. was the electrician who installed our surge protector. Again, Blake was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly and easy to work with.I can't overstate how impressed I have been working with Seatown. I have been throughly impressed by everyone in the company with whom I have had contact. Tamami Fujise: We installed A/C with Seatown several years ago. We have been satisfied not only with the system itself, but also with the people in this company! Justin and his team installed our entire A/C system amazingly well. The maintenance guys do great job annually. And this week, when some issue came up, Nick did literally fight with it until the system completely got back to normal. It took a while but he kept being honest in disclosing his findings with us, listening to us, and taking our concerns seriously, and solved the whole issue conscientiously. We highly recommend Seatown, where you can find the right people!
Sharon Whetstone: They send a picture of what plumber is coming out, they come exactly what time they say. Mitch came out to see where the plug was which water coming up thru aerorater hose from dishwasher to up on my counters. Found the issue from another competers work when they put in my garbage disposal, fixed those and cleaned out my very dirty disposal. I will definitely call them for any plumbing work. In fact have them coming out to replace my main water turn off in June.Again I highly recommend this company.They are the best.

The report they send after inspections are done is also very helpful and gives a summary of all the work performed and their recommendations. Highly recommend this shop!

Taran and his team were punctual, professional, clean and efficient. They even went above and beyond, by informing us of an unrelated issue we had in our crawl space. Our new furnace, water heater and heat pump that they recommend have solved all the issues we were having and have so many more perks than we anticipated. Even the inspectors said that Bob's did us good and the work was immaculate! Don't waste your time with endless bids and sales tactics, just call Bob's!

Jim Krigbaum: resulted from this installation error - apparently, all other units use a different size than the unit installed, so it was not caught until this other tech reviewed it.We submitted the other tech's info to Bob's and asked them what they would do. Well, they agreed that they installed it improperly and REPLACED the unit WITHOUT cost to us! It was well out of warranty, but Bob's honored the quality of their installation and replaced the unit.While it took some time to get the right unit working properly, they installed two units before getting one that worked 100% of the time!All of this was done at no cost to us. Bob's and their represented manufacturers lost the cost of a new unit
Charlie Lipthratt: Our home inspector recommended Bob's top get the furnace cleaned and inspected. Bibs was able to quickly work us into the schedule and complete the job. I would definitely call them again.
Sheri Halberg: when it was in the 90s and was 90 degrees in our house alone. When I called Bob's they came out the very next day and Ryan replaced the capacitor and kick-start in our very old unit. I had another question the next day, and Trevor came out to check a "tar plug" on our heater pipe. All was fine ~ and both Ryan and Trevor were literally a Godsend during the heatwave. Donny Dillard: Our thermostat stopped working on Christmas. We called on the 26th and a technician named Farshad came out within an hour. He was friendly and quickly figured out the issue. We had a new thermostat and working heat all within a couple hours of calling! After installing the new thermostat, Farshad walked me through using the app. I highly recomend both the company and their awesome technician.
