I asked him to take a look at the faulty hose bib Gj installed last year and, after explaining his bibs weren't in his venue, he got right to work under the kitchen sink. He showed me the price of the repair, I signed off, and Dylan got right to work. While I ran some errands, Dylan installed a new garbage disposal and attended to other business under the sink. I felt perfectly comfortable leaving him to finish up on his own, and sure enough, he did and left the site tidy and ready for me to move my stuff back in. I waved to him as we passed on the hill.Thanks for sending this polite, competent young man to attend to my plumbing issue.

This guy has more energy in problem solving than Mr. Wriggles McGiggles, our 10-year-old papillon, on fetch day. Problems getting through to dispatch, Chad takes care of it. Need a quote, Chad. I’m not entirely sure anyone else works here as Chad does it all. I am currently looking for more plumbing projects for this guy because he is one of the most enjoyable people to have in the house, I have two teenagers… Kidding aside, he is on a win streak for exceeding expectations, and I always know where I stand and what my options are. I feel no shame in selecting an option and am well educated on the path forward. Are they the cheapest? I have no idea, it is worth it to me to have quality craftsmanship and materials because I know I am not going to have to worry about it for many many years, if at all. I couldn’t recommend Chad Hendrix any more. April 23rd will always be known as Hose Bibb Replacement Day, and I will smile while watering my plants.

We’ve used Glendale Heating before for troubleshooting a freezing line and they were good, but Nest can be tricky and Max was great.

When he got back to the office he was able to set us up with a detailed quote, item by item and it was only a couple hundred dollars more than what he loosely quoted- I wanted a remote and that was why. I wouldn’t have held him to the loose quote but he was pretty spot on! They were booked out 7 weeks for install but we figured it was worth the wait and we had time. Once we accepted the quote a day after quote was delivered to us January 14th, they booked us for March 2nd and that’s exactly when they showed up! A crew of 2 arrived right on time, were very knowledgeable, professional, answered our questions and got started right away. They were able to run the gas line in under 2 hours which we figured would be the case since the gas meter is only 10 feet from where it was going into our fireplace. So we were only without gas to our house for a short time, not the whole day as quoted by the other company we talked to. They were tidy, communicative put everything they moved back in place, the gas line is totally inconspicuous and helped us move the furniture I moved out of their way inside back into place. I painted the inside of our fireplace with high heat black paint to clean things up in advance and a little got peeled off during the running of the line, they fixed it right up and had paint with them! It’s the most perfect set up, the logs fit perfectly, it looks WAY better than it did when it was a wood burning fireplace and it’s so easy to turn on for ambiance! We’re kicking ourselves that we didn’t do it sooner! Now I want to paint our ugly outer brick fireplace, something I couldn’t do before because of all the soot and smoke the wood burning created. My husband wasn’t totally on board with this project and in the end he’s happier than me about it all! They stayed in budget, delivered exactly what they said they would and installed right when they said they would! It was a wait that was TOTALLY worth it!

Garry Lund: Seattle Fireplace installed a new gas fireplace insert in my home two years ago, when it suddenly stopped working I called and they responded quickly. As it turned out, there is a "receiver" for my remote control located behind the insert's surround that needed new batteries. They showed me where it is located and replaced the batteries all at no charge and it's working fine now. In fairness, I think they mentioned I would need to replace the "receiver" batteries when they initially installed my insert, but I forgot all about it, now I know how to replace the batteries myself. Thanks again for the prompt service.

He did an amazing job and gave great advice to maintain the fireplace going forward. We got a quote from another fireplace company prior to working with Seattle Fireplace who quoted us for several days work and 20x the price, which we found out was unnecessary from Enes. We completely trust Seattle Fireplace and would recommend them to others needing an honest assessment of their fireplace.

They all recommended Seattle Fireplace, which was able to schedule a service about 3 weeks out from when I called. Jed Davis: Please read.When looking for a plumber, there are two types of businesses: The first is the small family-owned type operation that employs mostly the same reliable people from year to year. The second is a big operation where you recognize the name through heavy advertising on the sides of buses and a large fleet of service vans. The former works on repeat business and customer loyalty. They stay small to so that the business is built on reliability and relationships. The latter is built on high volume and very high pricing. They do not care about customer loyalty. They want that highly profitable big sale from people who are either desperate or who don't know any better. And the pricing is outrageous and deceptive. The inspection fee is reasonable and then if you agree, they really get you. Make no mistake about it. It is YOU who is paying for all that advertising on the sides of buses, not them.I have been using Soreano' Plumbing for about 25 years. This is a small family-type operation that has employed mostly the same good people for years. Repeat customers who have been with them a long time are usually given quick service. The work is not cheap but then, I have never had a case where it was not done correctly. As a precaution, I would note that you should be very specific about what the problem is what you want done before they come out so they bring the right tools or equipment. Otherwise, I recommend them without reservation.
