Tanner Dickson: They stand behind their work. My ecobee thermostat was telling me that my furnace kept rebooting unexpectedly. They came out and did what they could. A week or so later I still had the same issue. So they came back out at no extra charge. Still couldn’t replicate the issue but did a few other things to hopefully help. Still had issues a week later so they came out a third time at no cost to me. This time they were able to see the system rebooting every 5 minutes and diagnosed it as a high temperature thermostat issue. They ordered the part and came out again to replace. So 4 visits later and all I had to pay for was the original visit to diagnose and the part. Was very easy to text them and reschedule visits. I will definitely be using them in the future and would suggest you do also.

I switched to them, away from the company that installed my Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump because of better pricing for seasonal maintenance and no pressure about high-priced maintenance subscription plans. Better Air seems to keep enough crews available that you don't have to wait months for an appointment. They are quick, clean, competent and friendly. They just reinsulated the refrigerant lines on my system; looks great and the price was very reasonable.

Lynee Phelps: The ductwork in our older home had been improperly installed, coming apart at several joints and having big loops in other spots. Rats had gotten into our crawlspace, causing damage and then dying. The smell was beyond terrible. A repair was urgently needed, so our furnace installer recommended Better Air Northwest.Eric the Estimator went under the house to inspect, showed us photos of the problems, and explained every step of the repair process. He took time to address our questions and sent us three estimates so that we could choose the degree of repair/cost we wanted.On our scheduled repair day, Jack T was here promptly at 7:30am, friendly and eager to start work. He removed all the old ductwork and debris. A little later Jordon N. arrived and, working as an efficient team, they got our system up and running around noon. How glorious to have some central heat after 2 weeks of 30 degree nights and 40 degree days! They then installed the new vapor barrier, replaced everything, and cleaned up nicely. Before leaving, they showed me pictures of what the crawlspace looks like now. It looks neat, clean, and not at all scary. They were both such pleasant and hard-working guys who clearly took a lot of pride in their work.So now the duct system is fixed and sanitized, and fresh air is flowing. Kirk Ohly: Our contractor requested service from Better Air Northwest at the tail end of our bathroom renovation. I had also redone our hardwoods 9 months earlier and while I had vacuumed up all the dust that I could, I suspected there was more. Jason and Jordan were the technicians that came out, they explained all of the steps and showed me where previous duct cleaning technicians had accessed the duct work. They showed me before and after of the vacuum filter basket, something I would suggest that all customers request, its gross and amazing. One small ding on the report card, was that one heater register that was accessed and cleaned, was not cleaned up afterwards and the grill was left off. No worries, quick cleanup.Service:Cleaning

Thomas Kirby: The salesman Dean was very easy to work with and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Also, he was very responsive and I was able to get a hold of him after install for a follow up question. Their prices are very competitive. The only minor issue I had was during the install. I’d put down quarter minus as the base and asked them to place the AC unit in the middle of it. However, when I came out to check on their work it wasn’t centered at all. It was half on and half off of the quarter minus. So, I’d recommend watching the install team very closely. Other than that, the install team was easy to communicate with.
Tlyn: I called for an HVAC Technician at 7:30pm. Our heater stopped working and it was very cold in the house. The after hours answering service said a Technician would call me. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Nathan. WOW, if only everyone offered the kindness and excellent customer service Nathan gave my husband and I.Nathan went above and beyond to fix the problem. He efficiently corrected my Nest thermostat self-install attempt, which had involved over an hour on the phone with Google. He got it powered correctly and then did a full new install on the downstairs unit as well. And he was pleasant and professional. We’ve used Glendale Heating before for troubleshooting a freezing line and they were good, but Nest can be tricky and Max was great.

Well, they agreed that they installed it improperly and REPLACED the unit WITHOUT cost to us! It was well out of warranty, but Bob's honored the quality of their installation and replaced the unit.While it took some time to get the right unit working properly, they installed two units before getting one that worked 100% of the time!All of this was done at no cost to us. Bob's and their represented manufacturers lost the cost of a new unit
