Liam Watson: seemed like the place for what I had in mind, and so I checked it out. It was 110% worth it, and I can confidently say it was the best clothing shopping related experience I’ve ever had. I went in and chatted to who was either the manager or an employee there, to be honest I wasn’t really sure, but I explained what I was looking for and got ready to go try them on. Before that though, he offered to let me try on some other items I was looking at. Given the inventory here being quite high end and priced accordingly, I explained that I couldn’t really afford to spend much more than what the jeans cost, and regardless, he offered to let me try on multiple t shirts and jackets to see how the jeans looked with other pieces. He was so incredibly helpful and let me try on some gorgeous Kapital jackets with the jeans and it made for a very pleasant afternoon. I ended up getting the jeans and they are breaking in very well. Whoever was in the brown v neck sweater and baggy black slacks on Friday afternoon, if you happen to read this, thank you again, you rock and so does Glasswing.

Josh Christensen: Love this place. Everything is in mint condition and was made before "fast fashion" became a thing. Their prices are comparable to buying new, but the stuff you get is more unique, fashionable, and constructed better than you'll find at a place like Macy's or Nordstrom. I want my clothes, from shirts to pants to ties to belts, to be classy, subtle, and be good conversation starters that reflect my personality instead of what a corporate buyer that me and 10k other men would want to wear. I've found so many great items here that I dont feel the need to shop for "new" clothes any more.

Gabrielle Sivage: The customer service at Show Pony is delightful - friendly, personable and real. Do you know about the faux customer service sales habit of complimenting something a patron is wearing? You won’t get that tired trick here. As a petite height it is a shame, however, that so many of their fresh and eye catching skirts and dresses don’t work for me without alteration, which defeats the purpose of buying off the rack when you don’t sow. I do love their tops, light sweaters, slippers, bags, jewelry and other accessories. I hate shopping for clothes and accessories and I don’t like accumulating things so I love knowing what’s here when I’m in a pinch or need a gift. When my 9.5 year old dog was going through cancer care they has the sweetest light hoodie in a red/crimson with “Pawsauble” embroidered perfectly in white. That hoodie is now a keepsake close to my heart. P.S. this is all for the physical location. Online is described as a different experience.

The selection is great, and they've expanding upstairs to the Cramp and the little shop in the corner upstairs that has some fun festival wear, and niche outfits. I will say it's a little cramped in the stores as far as space goes because they have SO MANY clothes, but I'd prefer that over not a big enough selection. The employees are great and will help you find any fit that you're looking for. They really have everything, clothing, home goods/decorations, accessories, shoes. If you're alternative/punk/grunge/goth in Seattle, this is the store for you!

I had been trying to schedule a bridal appt via phone and the online request, which wasn't a great experience. There was a mix up on dates which I didn't realize until we got there but Kitty insisted on taking us back and turned the entire day around for the bride. I've been through wedding dress shopping for myself and can say without a doubt that was the best experience. If you love vintage and want to feel gorgeous and special, this is the place. You could spend hours in here going through all the amazing pieces. The staff was very friendly. They have a large inventory of vintage lingerie, dresses, hats, baseball hats, and men’s attire.
