Elizabeth Hardy: I was in Seattle and had to visit the flagship store. I also had my favorite salad. The Cilantro Line Chicken Salad in the Cafe is wonderful. It had been a while since I had been in a Nordstrom so it was a nice shopping visit.

As a 52 year old who has struggled with bad skin HER WHOLE LIFE I can say without reservation that Brendan Vartan is a wizard. His approach to skin care and his attention to quality products is beyond anything I have ever experienced. Skip the overly-made-up and under-skilled product pushers at Sephora and put your skin care in the hands of a true genius. No one believes that I am my age and it is entirely because of the precision care I receive from Brendan. I would give up many things if I had to, but my monthly facial is not one of them.
