I went in around 7:30 and immediately I was offered tea and shown the shampoo I was looking for. Sydney offered to do a scalp assessment and together we learned more about my hair. She helped me select a shampoo that would fit my hair better and was really knowledgeable about what I could do to help revitalize my hair and scalp. The whole thing was complimentary and informative; I never felt rushed or that she was just trying to sell me on something so she could get me out the door. I definitely spent more than I anticipated, but after the incredible service I received, I’m hopeful for a great outcome.
