Jay Dlay: Long story short, they charge by the hour so make sure you know what your needs really are before investing. In my case, a bunch of time got spent on an outlet update that I might have used a different method had I been more aware of my ask.We had a new outlet installed for an induction stove by Exact Electric, about 2 weeks before the stove came. When the stove was delivered, the new outlet didn't work; the breaker kept tripping. The delivery guys didn't know what to do but switch out the plug, and that didn't do anything.Exact Electric to the rescue. After we left a voicemail, they called us back and sent an electrician out within 2 hours. It was the way the new 4 plug ground wasn't setup properly from the oven manufacturer. They fixed it within a half hour, no charge, covered under warranty.Very appreciative and amazed at their responsiveness. Thank you, Exact Electric!Service:Electrical outlet switch installation

We got several quotes from various companies but went with Electric Co of Seattle and are so pleased we did. Justin and his team installed our entire A/C system amazingly well. The maintenance guys do great job annually. Mitch came out to see where the plug was which water coming up thru aerorater hose from dishwasher to up on my counters. Found the issue from another competers work when they put in my garbage disposal, fixed those and cleaned out my very dirty disposal. I will definitely call them for any plumbing work. In fact have them coming out to replace my main water turn off in June.Again I highly recommend this company.They are the best.

Nayely Bowns-Yepez: I'm so happy with the work that Mirsky did upgrading my electrical panel. They were comprehensive, communicated promptly and their price was very competitive. Their customer service is great too. A couple of months after the installation we realized a panel with the wrong number of switches was installed, but after contacting them they quickly sent someone to fix the issue at no extra cost. I fully recommend them!

Dan Long: I contacted Mirsky Electric on Monday morning looking for a quote on an EV charger install and to diagnose some moderate LED flickering. Within 90 minutes I received a call back from Matt who let me know they were booked pretty far out for estimates, and even further out for the work. He was also very up front that diagnosing the LED flickering would likely be quite time-consuming and costly because I've already done all the trouble shooting and it's matter of finding the interference that's causing it, somewhere in the whole house. Probably not worth the cost. I thanked him the call back and said I'll probably need to install the EV charger myself as I need to complete it sooner than they would be available. I had a couple follow up questions to make sure I was selecting the optimal equipment for that install and Matt quickly replied back with the info I needed. Timothy Tamm: I've worked with Kemly 3 times now and every single time, they've been excellent.The first time around we needed a hot tub circuit installed on our rooftop. Kemly did a great job and we haven't had any problems with it.The second time we were installing an EV charger. Since the house was hitting the limits of it's 100 amp service, most electrical companies said that we can't install the EV charger without upgrading the entire service to the house. Kemly was able to install a smart load shedding device that cuts power to the EV charger whenever the rest of the house uses too much power. This way we were able to avoid having to upgrade the service and saved a TON of money. We haven't had any problems with the setup during the years since.The third time around we used Kemly to do a bunch of upgrades on our new house. They did a smart panel change, added some ceiling lights, added an EV charger, hot tub circuit and a induction range circuit. They were also able to run a wire to our crawl space for a future basement conversion project so we wouldn't have to run more wires through the walls in the future.Every time they've been punctual, done a super high quality job and have been open to adding little pieces of work here and there as they've come up.I could not recommend Kemly Electric more!

Vitaly Glinsky: I do medical transport for people in wheelchairs, and my wheelchair van suddenly got an extremely loud noise coming from the exhaust. I called around to see if someone could check it out and was denied everywhere, but when I called Aurora Clutch & More and explained my situation to Derek - that I have patients waiting to be picked up - he told me to come in! He got my van directly up onto the lift, diagnosed the noise, fixed it, and had me out of there in time to pick up my next patient. On top of that, he refused to charge me because it was an easy fix. Any mechanic would have charged me, and probably a little extra for such short notice. You really don't see that kind of genuine kindness and neighborly service anywhere! Thank you!

The others were using a variety of panels from three different sources. The price points had about a $5,000 spread, for similarly sized panels arrangements.In the end we chose Puget Sound Solar for three reasons:1 - Responsiveness to answer both technical and financial questions.2 - The Panels, REC 405W, were the ones we think will stand the test of time. Made in Norway.3 - A strong recommendation from a prior customer about how they were treated during the whole process.In the end, the referral we received was accurate. By April we already have negative power bills and our rebate is back from our federal taxes. The installation happened on time in December. The installers are union workers who were efficient and respectful. I would highly recommend this company if you are interested in getting Solar panels!

Shannon Johnson: Artisan’s staff made making a major purchase on my rental and my primary residence easy and comfortable. Staff was very responsive and patient with my questions and schedule concerns. I sought many bids, some coming in cheaper than Artisans, but at the end of the day I chose Artisan because of their staff, customer service and responsiveness. Because they’re a local union shop I take comfort knowing should something go wrong, I have a safety net. I’ve heard too many horror stories about their online competitors not doing their front end due diligence, bidding low then hitting the homeowner up with change orders that drive the price up. Also, the online companies cannot provide a warranty safe house. Bottom line, if you don’t have the time to look me in the eye when bidding my job or responding within a decent amount of time when I’m dropping tens of thousands of dollars, you’re not worth my business. I’ve recommended Artisan to 4 other friends and family. Three of the four pulled the trigger and cannot be happier.
Noam Binyamin: we got 10 KW installation at our home. Got estimate from 3 places and these guys gave use most reasonable estimate. Happy with the overall installation work and solar performance.
Tiffanie McCoy: and connected us with the local solar loan options. Jeff handed us off to the installation manager at the pre-installation inspection. Our installation was moved up as space opened in their schedule, as we had hoped, and the entire process took a couple of days. The team of installers worked quickly and it was much quieter than expected. The team was friendly and polite, and they cleaned up the site afterwards.Whenever we hit a payment milestone or external inspection point, someone at Artisan would be in communication and handle it quickly. We had no issues with the permit inspections. A week or so after installation, we were worried one panel wasn't performing normally, and they sent a team over to check it out quickly.We're now about five months past the installation, and everything is working perfectly. The software to monitor the energy generation and usage is interesting and easy to use. Artisan hands over digital copies of documentation for taxes, and photos of the installation from the roof.

Jessica Zadorozny: Firstly, this is the only review of anything I have written in 4 years. This is not something I do. And I’m not being incentivized to do so now.We had a great experience with Merv Electric! They provided a timely bid, we explained our lighting vision and they were instantly comfortable with the plan. Other companies we talked to did a lot of hedging and indicated that they would have to lease special equipment, bring in separate contractors, etc. These guys were like “yeah, that’s no problem. We’ve done a lot of projects with this. No, we have all the equipment - this is our job”. We ended up needing to be away from the house during the project for an emergency medical situation and so the final positioning decisions I left up to their good judgement and they put things exactly how I wanted them. They texted us pictures along the way. It was an excellent experience, I would HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again for any lighting or electric needs that arise. Vinay Suryanarayana: These guys are fantastic! I had a problem with a heater not working in one of the rooms. These guys gave me an appointment right away for the afternoon. Showed up exactly on time, wearing a mask, wearing the shoe covers. Diagnosed the problem in about 5 mins to be because of a thermostat, had a new thermostat equipped with him. Fixed that and the heater was working right away. The best part was it only took half an hour to diagnose and finish the whole job! The price was reasonable, i had called around multiple folks and these guys did offered a price that bet most of the professional folks. And the best part was for this particular job, they guy absolutely knew what he was doing and for once did not shutdown the main power of the house or even the room etc! Alex called me back within 20 minutes and was at our house in about an hour. Everything was fixed quickly for a reasonable rate.
