Jay Dlay: Long story short, they charge by the hour so make sure you know what your needs really are before investing. In my case, a bunch of time got spent on an outlet update that I might have used a different method had I been more aware of my ask.We had a new outlet installed for an induction stove by Exact Electric, about 2 weeks before the stove came. When the stove was delivered, the new outlet didn't work; the breaker kept tripping. The delivery guys didn't know what to do but switch out the plug, and that didn't do anything.Exact Electric to the rescue. After we left a voicemail, they called us back and sent an electrician out within 2 hours. It was the way the new 4 plug ground wasn't setup properly from the oven manufacturer. Dan Long: I contacted Mirsky Electric on Monday morning looking for a quote on an EV charger install and to diagnose some moderate LED flickering. Within 90 minutes I received a call back from Matt who let me know they were booked pretty far out for estimates, and even further out for the work. He was also very up front that diagnosing the LED flickering would likely be quite time-consuming and costly because I've already done all the trouble shooting and it's matter of finding the interference that's causing it, somewhere in the whole house. Probably not worth the cost. I thanked him the call back and said I'll probably need to install the EV charger myself as I need to complete it sooner than they would be available. Showed up exactly on time, wearing a mask, wearing the shoe covers. Diagnosed the problem in about 5 mins to be because of a thermostat, had a new thermostat equipped with him. Fixed that and the heater was working right away. The best part was it only took half an hour to diagnose and finish the whole job! Awesome work once again on her part.The guys showed up exactly on time.I explained I needed them to inspect the panel and overall electrical system to determine that the work done by the non licensed guys was up to code, and that we hadn't been bamboozled and the place was gonna burn down.Without any argument, they showed me a tabled pricing tier and recommended a 10 point detailed electrical system check, which included a tare down of the electrical panel, and check of everything inside. All for the low low price of $400+ dollars on TOP of the $89 trip fee. Again, WAY too expensive, BUT I agreed. I had no other choice. We were down to the literal wire on closing the home.About 30 minutes later they came back with their list of observations. They caught some stuff NOT related to the issues I was concerned on, and verified the fixes by the non licensed guys were not only good, they exceeded what had been asked for in our original bid to the sellers. They explained this in detail.So...they did NOT prey on the fact I am not a certified master electrician, and gave me the exact information I needed with 0 upsell or pressure tactics.I also received a detailed written breakdown that went over every facet caught or observed in the system, with an A-F grade score for each. Additionally I was emailed this information.So, in closing, kinda highway robbery based off a specific pricing system that frankly, seems to prey on people who don't know a GFCI from a Lamp? BUT, the receptionist and guys DOING the work themselves are good, honest people. They were also available literally a WEEK sooner than any other company. They were punctual, they were professional, and YES, they were 100% licensed and bonded, with 0 infractions via the WA State Department of Labor and Industries to date.So, 5 Stars guys, pricing aside.In closing, this was a $300 all in, literal 30 minute inspection job with a 10-15 minute synopsis. The team was on site no more than an hour total. I paid $540+ after taxes when all was said and done. BUT...again, what was I gonna do?OTHER than that, and thanks to Phase NW's excellent communication and professionalism from start to finish, ...in retrospect? and even via what I paid; the quick, concise, honest, and well organized conclusion

erin Wells: I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for the upcoming Monday. I had called 3 other places and this is the first one that I was able to talk to someone on the phone. On the day of the appointment they kept me aware of when they would be there, which was the exact time the appointment was for. Trae was the person who helped and did such a through inspection and helped me understand everything that was going on. He helped with not just the main issue I called about, but thankfully had time to help with some other concerns I had around the house. We had asked four different companies for quotes. Dadz electric immediately impressed us with their level of knowledge, professional rigour, and transparent communication style. Throughout the process, they worked fast and with precision, maintained excellent communication with us, stayed organised, and made sure to keep things clean. They helped us think through how to modernize and update the electrical features of our home, both for our current needs and some specific near-future plans. For example, they worked with us to design a subpanel that enables installing heatpump, electric charger, and appliances in the basement later on. They also anticipated and discussed potential blockers that we might encounter with some of our requests and mapped out solutions/alternatives with the pros and cons, and gave us solid advice on light/switch/outlet placements. A few times, we changed our minds after the fact, they didn’t hesitate to re-do some completed work and added extra canned lights at no extra cost.
