R J Ranola: Nice place to shop for fish. Floor was a little wet and the aquariums a little older, however they know how to care for their fish. They have a good variety of fish. I bought two bala sharks, two silver dollar fish, and a bristle-nose pleco. Will have to go back and purchase some discus fish when I get a chance.

Yolanda Elsie: I stopped in to buy my nephews fish food but I was not sure if my nephew had the right kind of food for the eco aquarium tank that he had built. The stuff was expensive ordering in bulk online through another vendor so I thought that I would check it out. I walked into the shop and walked out with more fish frozen food than ordering online. Plus, I was educated on what the fish should be eating and related it to my nephew. My nephew was upset and I took him to the shop and he was told, “how to tell if a fish is eating enough to look at the eyeballs sockets and their bodies. They also informed him on the best foods to eat saving him money because the two different foods complemented another fish that my nephew did not have. I LOVE THIS LITTLE SHOP! It’s a working shop so its not petco looking store but they have a friendly knowledgeable store.

Zayd Omar: Food was great. Portion sizes were huge. We got the two kine poke both. We’re also tried the shrimp panini. It was really good with large pieces of shrimp inside. The poke bowl was fresh and tasted great, we tried the salmon and tuna. We also got the crab cakes. They were super crumbly and soft and were perfect. The crab cakes would probably be even better in a sandwich.

Jane Quinn: Visiting a local friend who'd never been here so we decided to try it. I ordered the three option fish and chips and she got the halibut fish and chips. I chose halibut, scallops and "calamari". The first two were amazing! And the fries were perfect. I should have read the fine print that the calamari was sliced calamari steak, then fried. I've tried calamari steak before in various ways and am not a fan. It has a totally different texture and is very chewy. BUT, overall I would recommend and go back. LOTS of fresh seafood available for purchase in the market. Good location and ambience. Very friendly staff!

Crab cake, clam chowder, halibut, pan fried pacific oysters, scallops and seafood pasta were all delicious.An Automatic 20% service charge was included on our check for a party of 4.“A service charge of 20% is included on your check. Tips are not expected but graciously accepted and retained by your server. Commissions are paid to our teams as a part of their compensation. The 20% service charge is 100% retained by the company. WA state law requires that we collect tax on all service charges.”
Michael Mahoney: Good food BUT sure wasn’t worth the price. Even though the food was good it was very pricey. Our server was Luna and she was terrific, friendly and knowledgeable. Guided us through the menu and all the offerings. Our bill for drinks and food was $250 they tack on 20% to the bill it doesn’t go to the servers. The servers are on commission so I really hope they have a good base salary. Would we go again no because of the price and the food.

They also sell very small tanks that make me worry. Higher prices on everything, but you can put up with it to support your LFS. VERY knowledgeable employees!

Herakles Li: Came in here for a pretty late brunch. Service was good and they were kind to check in on us as the kitchen and bar were closing.We got the po boy and the tasso ham Benedict. Both were pretty good. I wish the po boy came with something other than chips though they paired well together I suppose.
