Mark Moxley: I am so happy with the service and quality of items received. We ordered some custom hockey jerseys for my daughter's hockey team for their outdoor winter tournament. I contacted them for a quote on their website and they responded quickly so I could provide all the information. The quote they provided had additional options regarding the customization and details to ensure I could make an informed decision and confirmed my due date. The jerseys were received right on time, and they look amazing. I also got a great zip up hoody that has an embroidered logo on the front and printed on the back of a zip hoodie, both are look so clean and detailed.

There are hundreds of blank hoodie options available on the wholesale market which can be overwhelming if you can't see and feel them in person. Through our conversations about what I was looking for, Liz was able to present me with the PERFECT option for a high-quality, luxuriously thick, soft, organic cotton hoodie. Despite an expedited timeline, Liz and the team were flexible and responsive throughout the entire process, and I never once felt like they wouldn't be able to get everything done on time and to the quality expected. Liam Watson: seemed like the place for what I had in mind, and so I checked it out. It was 110% worth it, and I can confidently say it was the best clothing shopping related experience I’ve ever had. I went in and chatted to who was either the manager or an employee there, to be honest I wasn’t really sure, but I explained what I was looking for and got ready to go try them on. Before that though, he offered to let me try on some other items I was looking at. Given the inventory here being quite high end and priced accordingly, I explained that I couldn’t really afford to spend much more than what the jeans cost, and regardless, he offered to let me try on multiple t shirts and jackets to see how the jeans looked with other pieces. He was so incredibly helpful and let me try on some gorgeous Kapital jackets with the jeans and it made for a very pleasant afternoon. I ended up getting the jeans and they are breaking in very well. Whoever was in the brown v neck sweater and baggy black slacks on Friday afternoon, if you happen to read this, thank you again, you rock and so does Glasswing.

The shop owner greeted me as I walked in and was very helpful in helping me to find a great toddler shirt for my son. I was surprised how hard it was to find a toddler shirt in the area, but this store had both a decent variety as well as cute options. I left very pleased with my purchase and my son wears his Seattle shirt as often as he can! I highly recommend this store.

Christiane Boyce: A luxury consignment with no items less than $100. Perfect little curated selection of clothing in great condition but not worth the money for used goods, at least in my opinion. The store owner is lovely however and she made our morning.
Vicky Biyo: My husband, my mom, and I all love this place. It's a real treat to stop in and admire all the beautiful designer bags and clothing. They offer many of the coveted current styles you're looking for at a more reasonable price than retail. While they may not have exactly what you're looking for immediately, there's always a great selection coming in and out of the store. Natalia is both fun and helpful. If you're in the neighborhood, be sure to visit this store.

Yesterday I visited this store first time and got so excited. It is amazing and found two brand new items with tags on! Got classy blazers and a dress. Will definitely keep this on my mind in the future also.

I’ve been shopping here a couple of times since moving to the Greenwood area, but recently I booked a personal stylist appointment with the shop and it was an incredible experience. It was so much fun and I left the appointment feeling more confident and in touch with my own sense of personal style. It feels so nice to support a family business that cares about sustainability. And it feels nice to feel excited about my closet again! You’ve got a customer for life, Labels.

Frye, Kate Spade, Prairie Underground, Reformation, Free People - it goes on and on. Plus the owner has made shopping on Instagram a breeze and I find excellent pieces I might miss in the store. The mission of the store is inspiring and the owner a strong advocate for inclusion, kindness and buying second-loved to help our planet. Go! You will find treasures!

I get to feel good about my impact and supporting a local, family-run business that's been in the area for generations. Also, the sisters who run this store are the sweetest - I mentioned I loved the outfits on their insta and Nicole pulled some stuff together for me to try the next time I stopped in. Can't say enough about how much I love this shop!
Megan Byrd: Love this spot! Definitely my favorite consignment store in Seattle for women’s clothes, shoes, and accessories. They have great brands like Lululemon, Madewell, Anthropologie. And for shoes there is always an insane amount of Fryes and Rothys which is cool. Nice winter jackets too! Good prices, not overpriced like a lot of consignment stores like to do. Definitely recommend!
Noel Michele Corder: Always a great selection of clothes, shoes, and accessories at reasonable prices considering their condition, style, and quality. I've never walked out of Labels without at least a few items. Also, they have a fantastic Instagram presence, where you can shop almost every item as soon as it gets added to their inventory -- and they offer local delivery when you purchase through IG! My go-to thrift store in Seattle.

Kim Homchick: Family emergency brought me to UW Hospital in Seattle with only the clothes on my back. After searching the web, I found Buki and ordered some clothing on line to get me by. Then I called the store explaining my situation. The polite and very kind Sales Rep, named Stacy offered to DELIVER my order to me within a couple of hours. PLUS, when I received the order, she had included a beautiful long jacket for me and a gorgeous gray throw for my husband “because hospital rooms can get chilly”. I just love her and the clothing .. and still can’t get over Stacy at BUKI’s act of kindness. I currently have 9 in my closet, having given away a few older ones and recently added a new Survival and a classic Mocker off the scratch-n-dent rack. I'm kind of a fan.The store doesn't exist anymore, but the shop abides. We were visiting from Oregon to see a band at the Moore, and my wife called and set up an appointment as a surprise for me. From the outside, it kinda looks like the sort of place where Dennis Hopper gets...uh...interviewed...by Christopher Walken in True Romance. But inside, it's warm and welcoming and feels like you are meeting the friends you didn't know you had.If you're a casual, just browsing and looking for souvenirs as you visit Seattle, go to the website and leave them in peace. If you're a member of the clan, make an appointment, make the pilgrimage, and pay your respects. It's not just about the awesome kilts, but the truly nice people.Franklin the Disabled Dachshund says hi. And my wife says my butt looks amazing in the Survival. So, score.
Jorge Campos Cortés: I bought my first kilt with them in SD Comic-Con three years back, a beautiful Mocker model and I've enjoyed every minute of it. It's been delightful, the kilt has kept very well over the years and I've had no issues with tears, or wear of the different components to the kilt. Their kilts being adjustable has also been amazing, I've gone up and down a couple of pounds over the three years and it has still be able to fit perfectly.Customer support is top notch, both in person and online. I spoke to an employee over Instagram regarding their participation at an event and they provided super useful information, answered all my questions, and were super nice through it all.I 100% recommend Utilikilts. Super high quality, beautiful clothes, amazing customer support and just all around great experience.

Gabrielle Sivage: The customer service at Show Pony is delightful - friendly, personable and real. Do you know about the faux customer service sales habit of complimenting something a patron is wearing? You won’t get that tired trick here. As a petite height it is a shame, however, that so many of their fresh and eye catching skirts and dresses don’t work for me without alteration, which defeats the purpose of buying off the rack when you don’t sow. I do love their tops, light sweaters, slippers, bags, jewelry and other accessories. I hate shopping for clothes and accessories and I don’t like accumulating things so I love knowing what’s here when I’m in a pinch or need a gift. When my 9.5 year old dog was going through cancer care they has the sweetest light hoodie in a red/crimson with “Pawsauble” embroidered perfectly in white. That hoodie is now a keepsake close to my heart. P.S. this is all for the physical location. Online is described as a different experience.

I wanted something made in America from 100% natural cotton and in a very specific pattern, and Revival had just that at very competitive prices. I should also add that I made my order after store hours.The very next day, as soon as they opened, I received an email from the owner herself. She reached out to apologize and explain that an item that was listed in stock at a certain quantity was only available in a lesser quantity. I bought multiples of this item, mind you.The owner made every effort to ensure I was informed of the situation and to make it right. She offered me solutions, up to and including a full refund right then and there, and sincerely asked how we could move forward in the best manner for me, the customer.We got everything straight with a couple emails and my items were headed my way that very same day. They arrived promptly and were packaged with class and care.I gave Revival a shot and I am very glad I did. They are focused on customer service and run their business with integrity and a helpful attitude. They even tossed in a cool sticker for my locker at work, which I greatly appreciate. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant buying experience and will gladly buy from them again.
