Their website was clear and to the point, it explains initial intake call, cost structure/quote, types of appliances, and areas of the city they serve. The intake call was quick and easy, someone answered the phone immediately, asked specific questions about the dryer issue, dryer model, etc. and had me scheduled within minutes. The repair appointment was scheduled 1 week out from the initial call, and given a 2-hour window for the appointment. The day of the repair appointment, Mike called ahead of his arrival to let me know he was on his way, and was able to diagnose & quote the dryer repair within minutes of arrival. The repair service was about 1 hour in total. At the end of the repair, Mike explained what the issue was, how it was fixed, demonstrated that it was resolved, and demonstrated prevention tips, in a clear and respectful style. The cost was reviewed together, matched the quote, and option to pay by card on the spot. Overall, the entire experience from initial call to the repair itself was wonderful. I highly recommend Mike and the Green Machine business!

Took it into Ajax and they got me all set in about 10 minutes. Extremely friendly and they didn't charge me anything even after I insisted they do. They didn't have to do that. I can't recommend them enough!

I googled "LG appliance repair" and came across Jerry. His outgoing voicemail said to text him, so I did, and I heard back from him 3 minutes later! Rich Rye: These guys were absolutely great! From the moment I called, Jay answered the phone and was very polite and professional in trying to understand my problem and quickly set an appointment for me for inspection. Mike and Austin arrived, both clean and professional and seem very knowledgeable about my particular Samsung machines and Appliance diagnosis in general. Within 20 minutes they had assessed the situation and found the solution oh, they ordered the parts and return the next day to complete the repairs. The speed from phone call to appliance repair was amazing, 2 days and my wife and I have our Samsung washer and dryer back in business at all at a very fair price from these guys, they're truly appreciated! As we all know, it's very hard to find service people who leave you with a smile having done a great job, these guys left me feeling like I got a great job done and fair deal. That's what we all want.

I called customer service at Albert Lea and she told me to kick rocks so I called the manufacturers and they cant do anything either. Two of the appliances are out of warranty in 5 weeks and we haven't even plugged them in yet. Terrible experience and we have one year old products not installed yet. Won't use Albert Lea again!!!

Benjamin Manne: Very thankful to Mark for his advice on our refrigerator repair. Although he wasn’t able to do the repair himself, he counseled me through his recommendations for getting it fixed by the supplier. Just an honest, friendly, and knowledgeable professional. Brandon Knox: Called on Monday and a new Dishwasher, the exact model we wanted that wasn't even in stock, was installed by Friday. When I called, Steve Wiseman answered the phone and helped with my order and installation schedule. The price was competitive, maybe slightly better, than the big box stores, but the service is on another level. Steve was very responsive by phone and email. I also love that the installers are part of an in-house team, not contractors, and so both accountable to the business I purchased from, and invested in the same great service we received from Steve. The installers were on time, professional, and did an amazing job. 100% buy your appliances from Wiseman over the big box retailers.

Luckily I called Wiseman’s and they were able to help get us a new fridge very quickly, going out of their way to help. The delivery / installers were very through and had great communication. The process was complex because it required removing and re-installing the panel door on top of the dishwasher. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and walked me through the process step by step. Chris Casiano: Had a repair person tell me our old dishwasher was dead. Called around to get a new one, couldn’t get the one we wanted that also matched our kitchen and couldn’t get it sooner than 8-10 days— an eternity when you have to hand sanitize bottles for an infant.Finally got to Wiseman. They had an in-stock model that we were looking for, perfect for our needs, and had it delivered and installed the following day, all at about the same price as the big box stores with longer lead times and no personal touch. Everyone we worked with was fantastic, from Amber the sales manager to Steve who kept us informed on where the delivery team was at to John and his apprentice on the delivery team.
Paul Loeb: Wonderful folks. Been using them for 25 years. I love using a family owned company like this. Prices are competitive. They give you great advice on which appliances work for your needs in a way that you can't get from a big box store. They deliver promptly when the appliances come in are available to answer small questions that come up, and if something does go wrong, a couple of the family members do service as well, and will do everything they can to keep your appliances running if it makes sense. We feel lucky to have them in our West Seattle neighborhood.

Additional granite-cutting work was needed and they gave a referral that was also prompt and professional. I've bought several different appliances from Wiseman's and am happy with the products, people and pricing.
Susan Davis: I've bought a stove, and washer/dryer from them. No hard sell, just good old-fashioned decent service and products. It might cost a little more than the big box stores, but I'm all for supporting local businesses.
Martin Sherry: . So not finding a decent freezer for sale anywhere, we drove up to Wiseman’s and lo and behold they could get us a freezer! It was delivered by them in a few weeks later and seemed ok, but upon closer inspection we saw the door was damaged and the door seal leaked causing ice to form inside— not good. This wasn’t Wiseman’s fault, it came out of the box it came in that way. But much to Wiseman’s credit within a few weeks they delivered us a replacement freezer of the same brand and model, a little smaller but it will work just fine for our freezer needs. They stand behind their products and if it’s not right they make it right! We had also bought our Maytag clothes washer and drier from them several years ago and both products have worked perfectly since their installation. I’d say for your appliance needs skip the big box retailers and start with Wiseman Appliance in West Seattle, Martin & Barbara Sherry
