Their website was clear and to the point, it explains initial intake call, cost structure/quote, types of appliances, and areas of the city they serve. The intake call was quick and easy, someone answered the phone immediately, asked specific questions about the dryer issue, dryer model, etc. and had me scheduled within minutes. The repair appointment was scheduled 1 week out from the initial call, and given a 2-hour window for the appointment. The day of the repair appointment, Mike called ahead of his arrival to let me know he was on his way, and was able to diagnose & quote the dryer repair within minutes of arrival. The repair service was about 1 hour in total. At the end of the repair, Mike explained what the issue was, how it was fixed, demonstrated that it was resolved, and demonstrated prevention tips, in a clear and respectful style. The cost was reviewed together, matched the quote, and option to pay by card on the spot. Overall, the entire experience from initial call to the repair itself was wonderful. I highly recommend Mike and the Green Machine business!

He ended up walking my husband through figuring out the issue and fixing the problem ourselves without having to pay for an appointment. I find myself losing faith in my country as it once again appears to be about to be taken over by xenophobia. The lead technician is an immigrant from Ukraine and his assistant from Russia. It gives me hope that America can still welcome fine young men like these. I only wish we could send Russia compensation in the form on Donald Trump, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Lauren Bobert, Greg Abbot, Matt Gaetz and a couple of hundred more.
