Big John's PFI: what do users think?

Uff Duh: Amazing selection of interesting and obscure food items, friendly staff

deb vilhauer: Truly one of my favorite places on n Seattle. The cheese selection is unparalleled as is the selection of different sorts of pasta you’ve never heard of and didn’t know you needed + the staff are all super super nice and helpful. Can’t wait until they open tomorrow!

Obed Ruiz: Drove up from Portland just to restock on cured meats and cheese here. Great selection of Levoni and other top brands. Dealt with Alex and the product purchaser, both very friendly and knowledgeable. Will stop back every time I’m in Seattle.

Florian Ray: Welcoming, knowledgeable crew. Cheeses to die for, nice collection of great wines at reasonable prices, olive oils, tinned fish, cured meats, bulk spices and on and on. I love this place!

Leaf: This place is awesome. They sell quality products, many from Europe. Excellent selection of olive oils, vinegars, wine, dried pasta and canned tomatoes. They also have a deli with excellent cured meats olives and cheeses. They have other great products, listed above are just the items I was able to try on my first trip in.Really happy to find this place and it's worth a trip to check it out.

Ice Qu: A fun shop to explore! Many Italian, Middle Eastern, etc. specialties like pasta, sauces, olives, candies. And much more! Not a large shop, but well organized with vegetarian salami or pork salami, fancy cheeses and meats in deli case. Green peppercorns for your steak sauce recipes, pizza flour for your baked goods, wines, plus cocktail bitters of all sorts. Take your time and wander through. Not a bargain hunter's shop, but more of an upscale gourmet happy place. Friendly staffing.Helpful to know: Free parking garage is convenient, if a little tight getting around a corner into it. And watch for two way traffic going up or out of the ramp.

Frank Ruiz: It's fine. There are some products not found in most stores and the deli has some good looking cheeses. The service is good and the staff are very nice and attentive. Prices are high because they're imported products.

Christopher Bergman (Bergie): Doesn't live up to DiLaurentis, but it's still a good store

Simon Chiu: at the deli was super knowledgeable in helping me assemble a charcuterie board for Valentine’s Day. They recommended a blue cheese, Gouda and a variety of meats, all were delicious. The board was a hit!We love shopping here in general too and always leave stocked up with premium olive oil, balsamic, pasta, red wine and sometimes some flour too. Really great shop. Wish there was one on the east side too!

Moriel O'Connor: Or packaged kosher deli meats as alternative to all the pork products!

Helen Maher: Very helpful staff. My go to for Italian ingredients.

carmaleta aguilar: Easy parking and well stocked with speciality foods.

sylvia bengisoy: Í loved Big John's. Friendly helpful staff. Good price on Bulgarian feta cheese and Turkish olives. I loved that they carried bulk spices. I stocked up on spices for baking.

Dave: What a great store. We couldn't believe the selection of cheese and other imported foods. Hidden gem for spices too. Will be back many times I'm sure.

SaraEatsDinner: Absolutely love this place. The staples that I get from here are: different flours, olive oil, wine, and baking chocolate.Of course, I also wander around and get pasta, canned tomatoes, little cookies and things as well. Essentially, I load my handheld basket up until it's too heavy for me.

DeLaurenti Food & Wine: what do users think?

Abby Snoznik: Always a great selection of fresh and packaged food. Love coming here when in Seattle!

Kelsey: Yummy sandwich. Get it pressed, it was very good. Standout was the vegetarian sandwich - it was very flavorful and unique. We wished they made there sandwiches fresh, but that than that, great fare.

Obed Ruiz: Great place to pick up cured meats along with a very impressive cheese selection. Came up from Portland for the day and returned here. Annabelle was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Anat Stapleton: DeLaurenti has such a great selection of fine cheeses and spreads, as I went to them to get a birthday gift for my brother. Elyse is a Manager there, and she is wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I highly recommend Elyse and this company.

trusted: love this place and the girl who helped me out with today was so amazing. thank you for the recommendation of the sauce on the side!! definitely will be back

Eduardo Borges: I stumbled upon DeLaurenti Food & Wine while exploring Pike Place Market during our conference break. The inviting aroma of espresso drew us in, and we found ourselves surrounded by an array of specialty foods and wines. We couldn't resist trying their chocolate chip hazelnut, and it didn't disappoint. The combination of chocolate and nutty flavors was spot-on, leaving us craving more. What really stood out, though, was the friendly atmosphere and the staff's genuine hospitality. Calder, one of the food managers, went out of his way to make us feel welcome. His knowledge of the products and his passion for what he does made our visit memorable. The paninis were also a hit – simple yet delicious, with fresh ingredients that spoke for themselves.Overall, DeLaurenti strikes the perfect balance between tradition and innovation. It's a place where you can enjoy quality food in a relaxed setting, surrounded by friendly faces. To Pat McCarthy, Matt Snyder, Nate Plutko, and the rest of the team, thank you for a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Seattle.

Aleksandar Bujanic: Great

Pamela Gannaway: Oh my goodness! The huge selection of specialty condiments, sauces, olive oils…you could spend hours in here! A foodie’s paradise. Nice selection of wine too!

Robert Wilson: The help is great lots of knowledge. Great deli meats@

Shayan Emami: A very original, unique and rich grocery shop with all the rare fundamental products like olives oils, salts, mustards, chocolates , cheeses. There is also a coffee shop located there too, so you enjoy your coffee while getting your head around your expensive fancy grocery bill.

Melissa Sanson: This place is wonderful for discovering new ingredients for cooking. Not to mention their fresh-prepared foods are chefs kiss.

Cassandra P: If I had space in my suite case I’d have gone nuts. Price wise you’re getting what you pay for and if I’m honest it’s not as expensive as you’d think being down on Pike.

understanding Ruth: . We heard about this great quick lunch by asking a vender for a tip where their favorite place to eat was in the Market. If crowded downstairs there’s alsoLimited seating upstairs.

Dr Steelhead: Busy, full of people and a terrific array of familiar and unfamiliar items. And not as expensive as you might think.

Truffle Queen: what do users think?

Richard Fox: Went here as a part of the eat Seattle tour. Our guide Silas was right in taking us here. The staff were very knowledgeable about truffles and told us all about how they were used. This combined with samples of various food that included truffle in some way was awesome. A very unique flavor!Check them out.

Obed Ruiz: Second trip in 2 months from Portland. Dealt with the owners daughter who clearly was familiar with all their products and helped us select fine truffle oils and balsamic. Great selection of truffle products and aged balsamic.

Megan Thee Myth: Very knowledgeable staff! If you like truffles this place is for you! Family member had one of the frozen drinks and really recommends it. They have samples of just about everything in store. They ship too! Family friendly place.

Tracy Green: I got enjoy some samples while on an Eat Seattle tour and the Truffle Princess herself convinced me to try a peach Bellini! The truffle salt was excellent and I’ll be buying some to take home as well. This place also ships AND has wine tastings! What more could you ask for?!

Jennifer Thomas: , start with the salt. Yum! Yum! Yum!

Steve Eckelberry: We are happy with the quality of the truffle we ordered. We ran into a shipping delay with UPS and Truffle Queen went out of their way to get it to us on time, despite the error being UPS’s and not theirs. We will be back for more!

Paula Chaverri: One of the coolest and most delicious specialty food store!

Meng: I didn't go in to buy anything, so I can't speak to the products. But I asked for directions to another shop near the market and the wonderful person behind the counter walked me to it all the way down the block. Excellent customer service! Much appreciated!

Shiniqua Lee: As we were exploring Pike Place Market we stopped here. We originally just wanted to sit but decided on a wine tasting as well! We tried their white truffle oil in our clam chowder and it elevated our meal while sophisticating our taste buds. The Service, atmosphere, wine tasting, seasonings, and truffle oils are highly recommended. I encourage you to check this place out on your Pike Market stroll!

Sera Yaz: Sadly I did not take pictures but the flights and charcuterie board was amazing. I can 10 am. It’s 1:30pm. I’m still here the armor is amazing I’m so relaxed and enjoyed my time here immensely. Take 5 minutes sit down and relax here. You will not regret it.

JD: Kingdom of truffle!!!!!!!

Wanda G: I had the loveliest day in Pike Market for my 51st birthday. The frozen bellini was gifted to me by the owner to help me celebrate and it was so good that I bought the ingredients. This is a beautiful shop with wonderful treats around every corner. Treat yourself ladies and gentlemen!

David D: We took the "Show me Seattle" Tour guided by Lucky and we found the best little shop in the entire Pike Market Place, if you ask me, Alicia was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. We bought the truffle cream, the truffle pesto and the red pesto with truffle sauce, truffle oil and truffle cream, a very buttery one, it was all so good! We really wanted to do the wine tasting but we had to take the highway to come back home in a couple hours, however, the selection looked really European and not very common, which makes me even more curious about trying them. The ambiance was very nice, there were two more employees and even though, they were very busy, we did not feel rushed at all. We will be coming back to this shop when returning to Seattle.

Elena Ernst: I bought a single truffle. It was completely tasteless and a waste of money.Update: owner contacted and issued a refund. I will hit you guys up next time I’m in town and try again.Thank you!

Brandon Martine: An excellent, charming little shop with a fairly large and unique selection of wines and truffle related products. Lovely owners, great atmosphere, and high quality stuff. Highly recommend checking it out.

Katie Mae Williams: My sister and I did a food tour at pike place market and this great little spot was a quick part of it. We knew we had to come right back at the end of the tour and we did! Even with the hustle and bustle of the crowds in the market, and the small space, the people who work here manage to make each shopper feel welcomed. We enjoyed a wine tasting and ended up buying 3 bottles of our favorite!

Colleen Dooley: they are absolutely brilliant business owners. Had a hiccup with the labeling of an item online and I got misty eyed at their response to correct the error. They have me as a customer for life

Munzie Peng: Couldn’t stop thinking the pasta after dinner…it tastes good without any source

Will Cappon: Nice selection of high quality goods.

Carol Yip: I love the kale pesto…so garlicky 😋

Kirill Kostiuchenko: Very nice and delicious pasta. 100% recommendedRecommended dishes …

Simon: good pasta

Jeanie Lindsay: Friendly people, delicious pasta and for a good price. My new go-to pasta shop!

Lily Witham: Great pasta, friendly and knowledgable staff. Will be back often!!

Elliot S: In addition to being an awesome pasta place it's also a year round mini-farmers market. The only negative experience I've had is when a couple specks of walnut shell made it into the pesto but in their defense I've had the same thing happen in the stuff I've made at home as well. Wish I had their pomodoro recipe it's on another level.

Eric Olinsky: great little shop, its so nice to have fresh pasta and incredible local ingredients available in the neighborhood

Lois Wallace: Excellent. Get the tri-color pasta, cream sauce, and fresh bread. Delicious and extremely fresh. Very well-priced.

Salumi: what do users think?

Spencer Novick: .By far, my favorite sandwich has been the eggplant parm. I am not vegetarian, but I do like eggplant in general. I think the eggplant parm here is potentially the best sandwich I've ever had, full stop.Salami sandwiches are really good.Meatball sub is good, but I think I still prefer the one from the pink door's lunch menu.

Scott Callens: Get the Cuban sandwich! Been twice now and can say it’s one of the best sandwiches I’ve had.

David Folweiler: I used to eat at Salumi when they were in a tiny hole-in-the-wall twenty years ago with my young children. They are still making great cured meats and sandwiches to put them in. I had the Grindhouse sandwich. The balance between the meat and cheese with the acid of the pickles and mustard was perfect! The bread was very fresh. This place still rocks.

Harshal: Meatballs are delicious. Salami is a little light on the meat though. More expensive than other sandwich places I've been to, but the hot sandwiches are filling nonethelessRecommended dishes Meatball Sandwich …

J Souza: Salami Classic Sandwich $15.00 tasty but I don’t care for the veggie spread.2.

Little Market on Portage Bay: what do users think?

Chris M: I had heard about this place for a long time and had finally driven by and stopped for a coffee and to check it out. I was shocked to see it is mostly empty. I should have asked the situation, but I didn't. Don't know if they are closing or just pair down in the winter, but they still had wines and beers and some pastries as well as their pizzas. Otherwise a lot of empty shelves.

Alexis Cook: Recommended dishes Pizza Insalata, Muffuletta Sandwich, Iced Latte

Monserrat J.: Cute market with great cakes, bagels, and other pastries. You can find Sea Wolf baguettes here, too. They have a great menu of pizza and other dishes, but I haven't tried them yet. You can also get some great local gelato.I highly recommend their hummingbird cake, banana cake, carrot cake, red velvet, pear cake, and orange olive oil cake. Check their instagram in case they post the cakes they have that day.

Jim G: . Parmesan is a winner, too. Recently scored the elusive salt & pepper bagel = delight. Maybe new favorite.

Iconic Thibodeaux (Iconic Thibodeaux): It's pasta, oils and balsamics, what's not to love? A little spendy but about what you'd expect at the marketplace. Made a great dinner for two at my place. Delicious taste and hearty noodle. Plenty of variety!

Justina Rodrigues: LOVE the specialty Flavored Pasta's. Everytime I make a stop in Seattle I have to go to Pikes Market. And their stand is one of my "go to". When I do I STOCK UP!!

Dan Parkent: Probably my favorite place in the market! Always great for samples, all of the oils and marinades are AMAZING. Just took home the honey ginger teriyaki sauce and made the best stir fry of my life. Must stop by and try the this place out. Fairly affordable, high quality pastas, just $6 for a serving for 2 people.

Caroline Marcucci: Great pasta! Every one I've tried is delicious. Made a fruit salad pasta that was amazing!

Maiko J I: I would definitely come back when I get to visit Seattle again.

Kate Kirkpatrick: Amazing assortment of pastas with take-home recipes, that are fabulous to boot! Quite a variety tasty oils to try as well.

Shannon McCafferty: This little specialty food shop is nestled among some nearby urban gems—a bakery, wine shop, brewery, upscale diner, a waterfront park…— it’s a great area to spend a late morning or afternoon. I discovered the shop while exploring here. Stepping through the door is like having several different countries and cultures suddenly at your fingertips. The newsletter is written in a warm, inviting tone with a love of food that keeps me looking forward to its stories and stopping in for ingredients from recipes shared there.

travis dimmick: One of the best online specialty food stores I have known

Bonnie: Terrific products and helpful, kind staff. Happy to find a reliable source of muscovado sugar. Will definitely return!

dana ecelberger: Excellent food and recipes. Woman-owned business. Online portal is also great.

Rob Laroche: A must do resource for a true food explorer.I use the website monthly, but on a hookie day I love to pop in and fill in the holes in my pantry. The ingredients are mostly imported, mostly rare / hard to find and of course, budget busters. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. Try the Sgambaro venetian style spaghetti.

Jamie: OMG! Love this place! I've been shopping at Chefshop for years and always find new and interesting things to buy and eat. The best!

Liam N: Cool little shop for gourmet food items

Marinda Graham: I love this place - quality ingredients and lots of fun stuff to choose from. I get inspired by the wide variety of things they have. And their customer service is amazing!! Highly recommend whether you need specific ingredients or you are just browsing for ideas...

j n: They just have the best stuff ever. Need quality ingredients, start here. People are super helpful every time I go in.

jimmy jack: got my Tasmanian honey and honey drops today--everything was packed very well--the can my honey was in was package well so the can would not dent--thanks for packing it good

The unique cafe and wine: what do users think?

Makijah Phillips: . I'm only now able to try the gluten free crust. I'm in shock with how good it is! I had to keep asking myself, is this really gluten free? I struggled to not eat the entire pizza in one sitting! The toppings I got were the Tikka Masala chicken, with a spice level of 4/5. I can definitely tolerate much spicier but this is so tasty. I will get my gluten free pizza from here from now on. My tummy didn't hurt at all, so I'm hoping the cross contamination is taken seriously for those with celiac

Ronnie Robinson: Food was amazing, you get a great serving size for the price. Wine was good, overall great experience. I will be coming back!!

Hayley Marie: Our favorite neighborhood bistro! It's great to have a place we can walk to. Staff is so nice and food always satisfies. My husband recommends the calzones!

Alexander Salazar: Really great Tortellini. Don't expect some bougie restaurant, just an honest small business Italian restaurant.Parking: A lot of parking.

Jasper Zaporteza: Low-key restaurants that have standard food. Would go again, just not regularly

Terran Wheeling: I ordered a deep fried snack & a cold bubbly beverage. Prompt & friendly service. It wasn't too busy but there was a steady stream of folks picking up phoned in orders. There is a good amount of space and it felt family friendly, with a large area that looks perfect for a pizza party.I will update when I return for an actual meal and/or pizza.Features: The server was masked but there were no other visible 'practices'.

Taylor Braithwaite: Fun store, and friendly employees.

mary ritzman: Consistently great quality, good selection and variety.

Sean Kiaer: If you're looking for good Scandinavian food and Scandinavian ware this is absolutely the must go to place. They typically keep everything well stocked. Call well ahead for special occasions like the holidays to make sure or to reserve the foods you most desire for your pallet. There are other Scandinavian specialty stores scattered throughout the Puget Sound region but this one by far is absolutely the best

Chris Wherity: Absolutely best deal in the entire PNW, maybe the entire west coast too!

Tomas Rodriguez: Beautiful store with many Scandinavian goods, clothes and souvenirs

Joey Hawkins: Such a fun selection of, well, Scandinavian specialties. Lovely helpful staff too.

David Warren: It's the only place to go if you need lefsa, or other Norwegian stuff. They even carry salted licorice.

Cody Madison: Couldn’t ask for a kinder experience. A true neighborhood convenience store. Happy to have him next door!

Tomorrow's Man: Best little store on Capitol Hill.

Erica Wend: One of the nicest corner markets I've been to. A big selection of food and drinks and the owner is very kind!

SVR R.: Its extended hours make it easy to pick up items that UPS didn't deliver that day.

SRINIVAS KATLA: Good market with almost all available items

Nick Greene: This place is legit. Owner is incredibly generous, kind, and helpful. Prices are about what you'd expect from a corner mart, but they have pretty good selection considering the space available. Especially when it comes to beer. This place is staple of the local community, and I prefer going here over Summit Foods even though Summit has more space and selection, simply because the owner of Mercato Belliagio is one of the nicest people ever.

Cameron Stack: best tiny convenience store to grab snacks, drinks, random toiletries etc! the guy who runs it is so nice

Ringo: A local shop for local people! Clean and tidy with a well stocked beer section

Bryan Phung: New customer to this restaurant and this place did not disappoint me!First walked into the restaurant and was kinda skeptical not gonna lie, the restaurant looked small and the tables in there look claustrophobia to meBUT the lady working at the front offered us to have the meal in another dining area which was more open and looks very majestic!Server was a very nice and friendly 👍🏽I got the classic spaghetti and meatballs with spicy marinara sauce and it was D-D-DELICIOUS 😋 and the pasta dish also comes with 2 garlic bread slices which were fantastic and crunchy!Overall awesome service, great atmosphere, and especially AMAZING FOOD!10/10 would go again 👌🏽🤙🏽

Laura Alvarez: If you go to Seattle , this place is a must. The food is delicious, they have a little space with music, very private to eat, and the service, awesome, they are very attentive.Don’t hesitate to come here, is just a great place to visit. Here a Colombian family visiting Seattle .Thanks for everything!!

Williams-Sonoma: what do users think?

Adin A: Visited to scout items for our registry and received the warmest of help from Ben. He was quick to fill in gaps of knowledge in our pursuit of knives and some Le Creuset pans, and gave desired direction. His help was positively impactful and I cannot sing his praises enough as a kind and professional presence.

CRT Sportscards: Bill was amazing when we decided to visit the store and inquire about purchasing the DeLonghi TrueBrew Automatic Coffee Machine. His personality was infectious, just like his passion for coffee. Thank you Bill!

김고은: This is a store that sells kitchenware, so the prices are a bit high. There is a basket in the corner selling products nearing their expiration date at low prices. It's nice to look around slowly.

Peggy Hunt: The store manager Brian, this past Monday went above and beyond to help me with an exchange we needed for a Delonghi coffee/espresso maker that stopped working. Great customer service! I highly recommend this location.

Haydn Nitzsche: Amazing store with incredible selection. Came here with my family as we just moved to the city to pick up some odds and ends to complete our kitchen. Bill was a tremendous help and even recomended some great activities to do in the neigh orhood. Will definitely be coming back!

Gordon Mitchell: when it comes to discussing their wares. Maybe it’s an “educational” issue regarding the products, or maybe its just a lack of interest, not sure.

Ali: He helped us pick out an espresso machine. He was kind, knowledgable & had great customer service. I've had plenty of pleasant interactions with folks before, but I was really struck by him. Enough that I annoyingly kept telling my partner how much I was rooting for him & how happy I was that we popped into the store at random that day! Regardless of the work someone does, it feels rare to see someone so engaged & thoughtful about their experience at work. I really admired his presence. The world would be a better place if there were more Bills! Someone give this guy a promotion, a raise & some acknowledgment. He's a gift!

Sandra Bashore: nice and helpful employees

kelly pleva: Nice store, helpful employees. Also had some good after Christmas sales!
