Ali Rogers: I was looking for a reputable jeweler to resize and reshape my engagement ring as well as have my ring appraised. This ring was my late mother-in-law's and so ensuring it was safe and the work was done well was of the utmost importance to me. I worked mostly with Crystal and she was knowledgeable and friendly! She noticed a few additional things that needed to be addressed to ensure the stones remained secure. She was very forthcoming with costs and provided a clear explanation for the estimate. They got the ring back to me 2 weeks later and it looks perfect! They also provided a wonderful appraisal for insurance very quickly after it was returned. I am sure they do lovely custom work but they are wonderful and trustworthy with your heirlooms!

My girlfriend and I had very specific visions and Wacek helped us make those visions a reality while keeping the price within budget. I even got a bigger, natural sapphire than I had originally planned - I should add our budget was LESS than an estimate we were given at a larger custom jeweler. I honestly couldn't be happier with our rings and with the man whose art is now part of our story.
