I wasnt sure whay to expect at first but Aaron has been great through the entire process. I was initially going to go with the highest speed available and he saved me about $20 bucks by informing me I could use a cheaper plan and get everything I needed based on my usage.Install was quick and easy - and Aaron was friendly and respectful the whole time. The no contract policy and cheap prices is what got me interested and the top quality customer service is why I'm staying!

Jef Boyd: I have had SB on my boat for a few years and I love the service. I do have a few lagging issues and a connection error occasionally but it has been pretty reliable. The few times I have had issues, they are always quick to respond and fix the problem.Going on 4 years now and I love this service. I did find my earlier problems were on my end and after taking care of that, I have not had any issues. They are so quick to respond, helpful, and above all very knowledgeable.

The owner was at my boat the next morning installing the most up to date equipment. Then again on a Friday night at 7:30 asking for some help about my password , once again the owner helped me. Plus it is great Internet service!

Donnie McManus: The first thing I was really impressed by was the fact that they don't try to trap you. I hate companies that try to trap you with contracts. Salmon Bay doesn't, you get the equipment and pay for the months you need and just don't pay for the ones you don't.Then there is the service. I haven't ever had an issue that wasn't fixed in the same day, and usually within the hour. Needless to say, I am a very happy customer.

Katherine Vollenweider: Have the highest regard for Salmon Bay Wireless. They have been excellent providers for 6 years. I know from prior experience that the other large providers available take forever to resolve issues. I have literally reached Salmon Bay by email only to have the owner climbing a 15 ft ladder at my marina within the hour to check equipment. He always responds with honest answers or fixes any thing even when i email at 0400 hrs interrupted in my binge watching. That said, these are highly infrequent occurrences. Very pleased to recommend Salmon Bay.

Erin quickly installed the complete antenna and modem/router system on my boat which is moored in a Seattle marina. Wireless speed has been super fast, and just in time for my remote work WebEx and Zoom meetings! I just sold by boat, and new owner was so impressed by the high speed wireless internet that he also signed up with Salmon Bay Wireless.

Lena Hart: and it’s just got like, genuine and helpful associates. It’s not chaotic and stresssful like when I step into an Apple Store, it’s like the opposite. I was in this last weekend to get a new phone and Kim walked me through it calmly and explained everything including the vaguely worded trade in offer Verizon had. The only downside is navigating to the actual store through all the construction at the link rail station parking, it’s kind of confusing if you haven’t been but that’s hopefully temporary and obviously not the store’s fault.
