John Adolphsen: Cal was extremely helpful. He saved me so much frustration and confusion. He helped get a new hard drive for my laptop, find exactly the monitor we needed, and he took all of our old electronics we brought in that we wanted to recycle. Cal is awesome and super knowledgeable! He deserves a raise! Definitely coming back here in the future!
Terri Nakamura: I had a photocopier and two printers that we hadn't used in a long time. It was great to be able to take them to RE-PC where they could be reconditioned and sold, or recycled. There is a cart available for loading items, and we were surprised at the easy, seamless experience.

We both liked the place, then there was this dude behind the counter, shaggy hair, when I asked if he could test my Desktop tower he immediately told me no we cannot, we don’t do that here, I said okay, 5 minutes later another employee said sure I can do that, and he did! And told me the exact problem. In this case I give 4 stars because I got the service I came in for. Nothing bad to say about anyone here. THIS is the place to GO for anything PC!

They were able to get us in right away and had it screen replaced and phn repaired in 40 minutes. Pricing was not bad either. I do recommend this Wireless Connect.

Helping us trade in set up our new phones. He was multi-tasking helping numerous customers but always made his way back to us to help. Again, his patience was amazing! My trade in phone was not complete with backing up so I’m sure I was a drain on his time. But the way he could help others and keep checking back on me was amazing. His customer service skills should be used for training. Helping people with technology requires great patience. And Daryl’s patience was so greatly appreciated. Lena Hart: and it’s just got like, genuine and helpful associates. It’s not chaotic and stresssful like when I step into an Apple Store, it’s like the opposite. I was in this last weekend to get a new phone and Kim walked me through it calmly and explained everything including the vaguely worded trade in offer Verizon had. The only downside is navigating to the actual store through all the construction at the link rail station parking, it’s kind of confusing if you haven’t been but that’s hopefully temporary and obviously not the store’s fault.

雙玉: Great experience!! I trusted Google reviews and came to this store instead of other ones closer to my house, and now it seems a wise choice. Nice staff with friendly attitude, and my Mac screen got replaced in an hour with a lower and more acceptable price, which would take 2 weeks according to what Apple Store told me. The only regret was the color of my screen seems a little bit different, since only Apple holds the program of fixing it to urge people to come to the Genius Bar so that everything can look EXACTLY the same. But the difference was subtle enough for me to ignored it. So, great experience overall, and will come back if I meet other issues with my devices.
Yikun Wang: I replaced the entire keyboard board on my laptop, and they not only gave me a professional explanation of what was wrong, but they also checked the entire circuit board and cleaned my microphone and other dust spots. They also helped me to keep the original keyboard board, if any of the keys out of the problem can be replaced at any time. What's more, they gave me a free six-month warranty. Very good service, very professional and attentive, very reasonable price.

Ultimately, the monitor's age and condition didn't warrant the cost for replacement parts and repairs. Heather: This was my first time using this service. I dropped a weight on my phone at the gym, because of course I did. Appointment was easy to schedule online with easy email confirmations. I did have to reschedule my first appointment, day of, due to a pet emergency and I was able to reschedule online without issue. The technician confirmed arrival time an hour before, was on-time, professional and completed repairs without issue. You can schedule your service at your home or elsewhere which I appreciated.
