The instructors, front desk staff everyone is super friendly, kind, understanding and always ready to help with any questions. This is probably the best investment I did for my fitness after moving to Seattle.

But everybody there was so kind and genuinely helpful. I love that the class setting is kept small. The teachers have always tried to give their attention to each student. I've always loved all the classes I've taken so far, but my favorite is the OOV class and Adia's classes. Highly recommend!

Aditi Yoga|Wellness Studio: what do users think?

Katie C: Aditi has the best prenatal yoga classes I’ve taken. They are consistent, well informed, gentle and safe. You can tell that the women who take them are healthy and happy in their pregnancy. I recently learned that you don’t get that at some other established prenatal classes in the area. I recommend this yoga studio to anyone and everyone.

Anne Kimsey: The world seems so daunting when you're newly postpartum. The places and spaces that felt familiar and easy pre-baby are suddenly obstacle courses that you have to navigate with a hungry infant and all her accessories. Luckily I found the Baby & Me class at Aditi during this time. It provided me with a space to softly tiptoe back into the world. Parking is easy, the cancellation policy is generous...you don't even have to bring your own mat. You show up with your baby, one of the lovely teachers offers you tea and for the next hour or so you can just hang out with with your baby and get reacquainted with your body. It's not a strenuous workout, but it is so very restorative. So glad this place exists.

Kt M: I adore Aditi prenatal yoga! Morning classes with Julie are fire, evenings with Christy are rejuvenating and classes with Suzette are a perfect balance between. The only thing I would ask for more of would be music during class, only because the occasional music is lovely and just my cup of tea.

Courtney Johnson: I absolutely love both the prenatal classes with Suzette and the prenatal massages as well! Autumn was great to really work out those pressure/tight areas. She is sweet and makes the whole experience comfortable. It was super helpful to get some pointers and what’s tight and then talk through some stretches after. Kalika’s massages are very relaxing and I feel like I’m in a meditative state. Super helpful for when I need to just escape. We can’t forget about Suzette and her incredible prenatal yoga classes. I feel taller when I’m done! She is so wonderful about going at your own pace and the stretching helpings tremendously. She makes the whole experience about connecting with yourself and your baby. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. It doesn’t hurt that it’s beautiful and has an easy online booking system. Thank you Aditi for making this pregnancy experience empowering and managing my pain!

My back, calves and hips have been in constant pain through the pregnancy but after prenatal massages with Iris, I find immediate relief. Thank you Iris. Love that the classes are only 45 minutes but still very challenging even for someone who does strength training and HIIT regularly. The studio is super clean and the machines are well-maintained. Just be sure to give yourself enough time to find parking!

Rooted in expertise and care, Jessica has created a program for me that meets my goals and compliments my physical therapy. I look forward to my sessions every week - and leave feeling stronger and more knowledgeable about my body!

Adriana Brito Ruiz: I decided to take on Pilates to complement my Crossfit training. Jessica at Emerald City Pilates has surpassed my expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable of the human muscle systems. During class, she closely monitors my movements and provides constant guidance to ensure I perform the exercises correctly, avoid injury and I achieve maximum effectiveness. Her methodology of teaching has also increased my awareness of my body. I am very happy I decided to take this step in my fitness journey.

I can feel the difference with her classes that help strengthen and relax at the same time. The studio itself is beautiful and clean, very well maintained. Jessica is a very good communicator, and she is nice and patient. I'm glad to meet her as my instructor and I really recommend everyone to try starting your Pilates class here!

Maria Arriviello: I started coming to Emerald City Pilates after an injury to get back into low-impact exercises. Jess went out of her way to talk to my surgeon to accommodate my limitations, continues to find innovative ways to work within my abilities and has the best energy! My mind body connection has improved significantly and I've gotten much stronger. I couldn't recommend Jess enough!

Tracy Treseder: Emerald City Pilates is the best! Jessica is very patient and really takes the time to understand what’s going on with your body so she can help you best. She is very knowledgeable and has great suggestions for stretching accessories and exercises you can do at home to prevent pain and injuries.

Kim Mathisen Broetje: This studio is wonderful. The instructors are amazing. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, Triune has classes and instructors that will suit your level.They offer a ton of variety between reformer, mat, TRX, chair and more and the monthly membership is an excellent value. They also offer zoom classes, which is amazing when you are out of town.As someone who was tired of attending group classes that felt competitive, Triune is a breath of fresh air. The customers are also wonderful and I appreciate the friendly, welcoming community here.Pilates is improving my posture, balance and overall strength. I'm an avid hiker/backpacker and after only six months at this studio, I've been amazed at the improvement in my balance on the trail. I can't wait for ski season to see how leg strength improves my turns!If you're on the fence, don't hesitate to give them a try.

Nicole Schmidt: The best, all the teachers are super patient, clear with instructions and keep the classes flowing. Studio is sunny and spacious so we are never crowded, even before COVID-19, and it is super clean. I have been coming here for years, and love it.

The Zoom sessions are easy to set up, the sound is good, and instructors can still coach you because the picture is clear.

Grant & Hannah Carter: After a traumatic back injury as a pedestrian struck by a truck I had started to accept that my body/back would never be the same. I trained for years under Donal and now take regular classes at Triune. He was able to work through my injuries and I now believe my body is stronger than ever. The holistic approach to pilates has me hooked for life. Flexibility, core strength, balance, and general mind/body connection has me excited to explore pilates for the rest of my life. I enjoy the studio and all of the instructors.

They really know their stuff!I have many injuries and limitations and they are both very good at working around my injuries.
