Dr. Boateng: Dr. Oltman is great. He does a good job being present, thorough, personable, and efficient even when it’s super busy and you know he’s got patients back to back. He makes us feel good about our son’s care as a Black family.Samantha at the front desk is so helpful and kind. Some of the other staff can be curt and not have the best attitudes or purview for customer service.

Mindy Jones: I drive all the way from West Seattle to here because the staff and doctors are so amazing. They're actually nice, they treat me like a human being, and they take my concerns seriously. I wish that this was the standard and medicine, but unfortunately it is not. I wish other facilities could do what this facility is doing and hiring good doctors with up-to-date information, that give good medical advice, and show that they truly care for people. Dr. Hutchinson is amazing! Even the people that work the front desk are nice and friendly. Hands down this is the best primary Care facility I have ever been to in my entire life.

Alison McCarn: Dr Hutchinson is the best doctor I have ever seen. Both her and her entire care team have been exceptional in helping answer all of my questions and have gone above and beyond to reach out to specialists for me to help find a doctor who can help with a very rare condition. Dr Hutchinson takes time to understand your medical history and looks at the full picture before diagnosing you. There really should be more doctors who are so efficient and caring with their patients.

Holly Koenig: My family has had nothing but good experiences at this clinic! Dr. Fradkin is by far the best pediatrician my son has ever been to, I just wish we had transferred care here as soon as we moved to the neighborhood. Dr. Fradkin is patient, kind, and very good at connecting with kids rather than getting information from us, the parents, which is a great skill to have when talking to a pre-teen/teen.
Meghan Healy: The nurses here are phenomenal. They are kind, and always smiling. My young daughter sees Dr. Starnes. His bedside manner is wonderful - he is kind, patient, and completely present with our family. The calm demeanor in all the office and medical staff puts my daughter and me at ease during every visit.

Thomas Michael: Overall, very good experience. The quality of care for my daughter was top-notch. If I had any complaints, it would be that the security guard checking us in at Ocean six was incredibly rude. He was probably early 30s, dark hair. Didn’t catch the name. Really dark energy, And really super rude. As the first person that I interact with coming into a Children’s Hospital, which is already a stressful, generally serious situation, you guys should have somebody with excellent bedside manner. That dude was the opposite. Please consider firing him. Thank you that is all.

Sarah Agtarap was a nurse practitioner who took care of her.We were highly satisfied with her care, concerns, advice and knowledge. She was very careful not to hurt my daughter 's throat while swabing her for infectionWe highly appreciate their support and hardworking.
Brieanne H: Dr. Meehan is beyond a 5 star surgeon. He has been my son's main surgeon since he was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma. He removed my son's 6lb melon sized tumor completely with no complications and negative margins. Then most recently, my son had a partial bowel obstruction from adhesions. He removed all adhesions without creating perforations in the bowel and did not have to resect any portions of the bowel.I highly recommend him as a surgeon. Not only did he perform the surgeries well but his bedside manner is phenomenal. He made us feel comfortable during very hard times of waiting for surgeries and recovery. He explained all of the procedures and challenges to us perfectly.We have had struggles with many struggles during our sons treatment at Children's. He just happened to be the kid that ran straight into every single obstacle he possibly could instead of leaping over them. We spent probably a total of 8 months all together inpatient at Children's and really worked hard with us during these moments. They allowed us to express our frustrations and worked with us to make things possible.I attached 2 pictures, one of my son where we started vs today. Thank you Children's for making this possible.

They were knowledgeable, professional and very sweet to my girl. We were there for 2 1/2 hours with the procedure alone took less than 10 min. I’m very grateful

J: My toddler had their first ever surgery recently and we had a great experience. Please utilize Child Life services — toys were given and kept them busy. The CLS also introduced the gas mask in a fun way that was tailored to my tot’s interests.No tears were shed. We were given a phone and was updated on our tot’s surgery. We also had the case # which was listed in different areas of the hospital. We ate in the cafeteria while keeping an eye out on our tot’s case. A smooth overall experience 💯
Amber Hawkesworth: My son was transfered by ambulance to Children's late at night. The nurses checked us in immediately and got us settled in the emergency room. They were sweet and even brought us a big tray of snacks and food. They informed us that there were no rooms available upstairs and we would have to wait until morning. That was the only uncomfortable part. We had no blankets, pillows and we were up for more then 24 hrs with an extremely sick baby. We got admitted the next morning. That room was our home for the next 5 days. Doctors and nurses worked endlessy and gave AMAZING care to our son. In the end he was diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease. Because of the doctors and nurses my son will not have long term side effects. This hospital is amazing.

emanuel richardson: I just had my left hip replaced with Dr Clabeaux Jonathan, great surgeon, totally successful, I’m recommending him for any orthopedic procedures. This was my second surgery with him. I have two new hips within 2 years period. Everything from beginning to the end was very smooth at Virginia Hospital. Thank you doctor for helping me walking normal again with no pain.

Brian White: Dr. Pulido is a great physician and takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides excellent care. The staff at the lab, assistants, and front desk have been great as well. I have yet to have a single negative experience here. Also conveniently located in downtown! Just a couple of blocks from Pioneer Square Station, though they do have parking available.
Andrew G.: I've been coming here for many years. I like my doctor and I've never had trouble with billing. In particular the doctor and care team have been generous with their time in responding to online inquiries and requests promptly.

Janel Howat: Love Swedish Downtown Primary Care! Staff are helpful, kind and welcoming. My PCP has been super helpful in treating my anxiety and depression problems and giving me at home ideas to work on. I appreciate how clean the lobby and waiting rooms are. Staff are friendly, welcoming and show sympathy to my medical concerns both in person or over the phone. My only bad mark would be I often have to wait longer than I'd like for the provider I see, and that often causes delay for me to get to other appointments. Overall, great group of providers and people.

Jenn Castro “Pepper Kan” Camacho: The hospital and staff were fantastic! Everything you would want in healthcare providers. The only problem was parking! This is a huge issue. Was circling the parking structures for 1 whole hour before there was an open slot... And the parking garage had actual traffic! It was horrible. The worst part..that time you spend LOOKING for parking... You have to pay for that, too!
Kay Staffenhagen: My grandson has been at Harborview since 3/26 due to a horrible car accident. The night of the accident on 3/24, he had coded blue but was almost instantly revived. Had so many internal injuries, Providence on Colby in Everett stated the prognosis was not good. They kept him alive and transferred him to Harborview. After 8 surgeries, the compassionate care and amazing doctors and nurses he is still with us today. He has a long way to go, but he is healing. Thank you so much to all at Harborview. He wouldn't be here without you.
